Dornkirk is the ruler of the Zaibach Empire and the main antagonist of the series.

Yoshiko's father and Vice Principal of Holy Forest Academy. He is a very strict man who readily blindly follows the school rules and places them on top of anything else. Also he doesn't have much patience. He is easily enraged by Onizuka's behavior basically always. He seems to have no respect for school delinquents or any rebels during the series. Hiroshi believes that Onizuka is the evil root of all his misfortunes. He was visibly against Onizuka's hiring, but had to accept Principal Sakurai's decision.  Uchiyamada is always yelling at Onizuka's behavior and argues with him a lot.

Dornez is the butler of Integra Hellsing, but is at the same time a deadly combatant, wielding high-velocity microfilament wires (dubbed by fans "The Dental Floss Of Doom"), and fought together with Alucard in the Second World War to stop a certain groups attempt at creating an undead army. 

He was an active industrial spy, but rode on the chance of the catastrophic earthquake and entered the salvaging business, setting up K2 Corporation, a Salvaging operation. He is Rion's father. He prefers to hold onto the old ways (cheapest price for the best service) and principles of doing business, which does little good to the business. His past with Aika goes far back. General Revil is one of the Earth Federation's leading Space Force commanders.  Known for his personal courage and popularity with his troops for joining them on the battle line , he is well-regarded by the White Base crew. ~! After his 12-Round Match with Joe, Carlos goes to Mexico City to fight the Champion Jose Mendoza, but is knocked out in the first round, 1 minute and 33 seconds in. After the match, his manager, Robert, claims, “Carlos Rivera did not lose against the champion, Jose Mendoza. He was already broken by an unknown Japanese boxer named Joe Yabuki” confirming that Carlos was left punch drunk after his match with Joe. While offered a rematch with Jose, Robert turns it down and says that Carlos may never step into the ring ever again !~
