 Class: Harvest Cleric Real Name: Kojirou Nakamura  Phyllo appears as a small Tu Tribe character dressed in a dark gray robe. He has the ability to hover when he moves and wields a gnarled wooden staff when forced into combat. Despite his rather cute appearance he nevertheless has a wise aura about him.  Phyllo has become a sort of landmark in The World R:2. He can almost always be found sitting on the same bridge in the Root Town of Mac Anu. People of all classes, levels, and ideals come to ask him for advice, making him one of the most well known players in the game. His level is quite high, so he is able to wander through the game without having to worry about attacks by PKers.  In the real world Phyllo is a 62 year old man named Kojirou Nakamura. He lives alone with a pet dog and 2 cats for companionship.

Wendell is a starving artist who sells wallpaper and carpet. While walking along the beach, Ai discovers him lying against the rocks famished. She proceeds to invite him to her house where he is fed onigiri, and later disappears out Ai's window when she answers a knock at her door.      In Animal Crossing the game, if you feed him fish he will give you free wallpaper. He is part of the game's trading event as well. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, he gives out designs if you give him fruit or fish. If given a red radish, he will give you either a turban or a country guitar.

The story's main antagonist. Also known as "the Earl of Millennium". He tricks people with dead relatives and friends into creating Demons (Akuma). He is a sorcerer from long ago, and he plans to lead the world to its destruction. Some time in the past he formed an alliance with the Noah Clan, who call him "Duke Millennium"(Except Road who calls him Millenie). Hoshino says she based the Earl of Millennium off a legendary alchemist/preacher (most likely the Count of St Germain or Nicolas Flamel, though in many ways he also reminiscent of Dorian Gray, possibly referenced in "Dorian Grey man" and thus "D.Gray-Man", as adapted in the film The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) whose tale even claims he still may be alive somewhere.  In appearance, the Earl resembles a grotesque caricature of a Victorian gentleman -- a rotund figure in cape and top hat, with an enormous grin that remains fixed even when he is speaking and even eating, and his eyes permanently hidden behind a pair of pince-nez spectacles. In the manga, almost every one of his lines of dialog ends with a heart.In the anime, he invariably uses polite Japanese. Throughout the story, he displays two different personalities. The first is his normal cheerful, friendly, and happy attitude, almost like a friendly old uncle. With the Noah, he's a member of the family, and is particularly playful and affectionate towards Road. His other personality is one of sheer, sadistic malice, capable of happily playing with people's lives.  He wears a different hat in each encounter, each with a different decoration. In a gag comic in Volume 2 of the manga, he is shown taking off his hat, and having another set of ears. His main form of combat involves his umbrella Relo. He has also shown the ability to create massive explosions of dark energy. The Earl is also able to summon a large black sword that is the opposite of Allen's Crown Clown sword.

An old demon with the form of a hat, he possesses great knowledge in all the matters related to the underworld and demons. In the OVA, he is often sleeping because of his old age and is mostly in the head of Enma. While he rarely takes action, he advices Enma of the best course of action as well as alerting him of the presence of demons. Uranai Baba (占いババ, Uranai Baba?) is an old witch that has been fortune-telling for more than 500 years. She is Muten Roshi's older sister, whom he bickers with. With her unique clairvoyant capabilities, she is able to see into the future using her crystal ball. She is more than happy to tell anyone what their future holds for them, although, the price is very costly at a payment up front of Ƶ10,000,000,000 zeni. However, the alternative way of gaining one's fortune is to defeat her five &quot;other-worldly&quot; martial arts experts. She has a knack for divination skills with her crystal ball, allowing her to see any place on Earth, or even look deep into the future. She can also travel to the &quot;Other World&quot; and back.

Guru is the oldest and wisest remaining Namekian in existence and is one of three of the only survivors of a cataclysmic climate shift several hundred years prior to the events in the series.

Porunga is an Namekian magical dragon from the anime and manga series, Dragon Ball Z. His name in the Namek language translates to &#039;dragon of dreams&#039; or &#039;dragon of law&#039;.

One of the henchmen of Dr. Hell, the antagonist of Mazinger Z. Before his death, he was a legendary and cold-hearted soldier. Years later, he was revived by Dr. Hell as a cyborg and made the commander of the Iron Crosses, the air division of Dr. Hell's army.  Despite both being loyal underlings of Dr. Hell, Brocken and Ashura have a fierce rivalry for his approval. Count Brocken is generally held in higher esteem by him, due to not being more competent.

Another of Tezuka’s scientist and doctor characters, Makeru Butamo has made an appearance in many of his manga series.  However, unlike Dr. Ochanomizu and Dr. Hanamaru, who always have the good of science and mankind in mind, Makeru Butamo is frequently a conspirator, an ally of bad people, a taker of bribes, or simply pigheadedly wrong, and while he is rarely the source of any intentional evil, he is frequently responsible for it.

In Metropolis he is called Dr. Laughton (Dr. ロートン).

Robotnik is the villain of the Sonic universe in most games, a genius scientist with an IQ of 300. He is always attempting to destroy parts of the world to make it home to his super-city so he can then attain world domination, only to be stopped by [Sonic](https://anilist.co/character/2882) and his friends every time. He doesn't fight himself all that often and usually builds robots to carry out his dirty work, powered by small animals. An apparently prehistoric talking parrot who seems to be the only source of information about Dr. Kieda's location when he was lost in time, but he always made random testimonies on that. The only thing he fears is probably his wife, Otake. It turns out in ep.6 that he accidentally triggered the time machine while Dr Kieda was absent, and returned to the modern days with it.
