She was left for dead after the brutal murder of all members of her family, Henrietta is the newest addition to the Agency. She was assaulted repeatedly next to the dead bodies all night, which had inflicted psychological trauma to her, making her suicidal. Her struggle is the most developed of all the girls as she adjusts to her new life. Henrietta's favorite activity is to spend time with her handler, Jose. Whenever Jose seems to turn his attention to other women (including the other cyborgs of the SWA), Henrietta becomes slightly jealous. This is due to Henrietta's strong romantic feelings for him, as a result of her faint conditioning and the care he gives her.

Saori, nicknamed Saorin, is a girl who is a fifth grader in Shūichi's class at the beginning of Hōrō Musuko. From early on, she takes an interest in encouraging Shūichi to cross-dress, even going so far as to buy him an expensive dress for his birthday which he later returns, much to her displeasure. Saori finds it difficult to associate well with most others, and as such has very few friends, though she becomes close friends with Shūichi. She tends to tell others what is on her mind, disregarding how others may take what she says. As Saori grows up, she gradually becomes more standoffish and stoic; she even has bad relations with her teachers. Despite her self-centered attitude, she remains popular among the boys in her classes because of her physical attractiveness. She is a sensitive girl whose temper sometimes gets the better of her when reprimanding bullies that tease Shūichi because of his femininity and cross-dressing. As she has feelings for him, Saori is often emotionally affected by circumstances involving Shūichi. Due in part to this influence, Saori converts to Christianity to seek forgiveness for her previous actions, though she only attends mass when feeling guilty of her behavior.

Sayuri is a young girl who plays the violin. With her two friends Hiroki and Takuya, they promised to go to see the tower on Hokkaido Island, with the plane the two boys are building. But mysteriously, Sayuri disappeared before fulfilling this promise. She is secretly in love with Hiroki.

Mao is Sara's younger sister. Unlike her sister she is cheerful and outgoing, longing to see the outside world. Mao has a very obvious crush on Shin.  In the 2008 series Macross Frontier, a version of the Macross Zero story is reproduced as a movie, in which Mao Nome is played by the character Ranka Lee. Ranka's adoptive brother Ozma is also shown reacting on his sister playing "Doctor Mao" as something "bound by fate".  She is Sheryl Nome's grandmother and Sally Nome's mother.

A 14 year old schoolgirl delinquent who is also a HIME. She hates men and will flirt with them, only to rob when invited into their homes with the help of her child.    She becomes an antagonist towards the other HIME after she is mistakenly accused of attacking Yukariko and loses an eye from the retaliation of the other HIME.    Her element takes the form of claws that can create glowing &quot;threads&quot; which are strong enough to cut steel. Her child Julia is a giant spider with the upper body of a human and attacks with its webs and jaws.

She can grow her fingernails into claws and is known as Juliet on the streets, a reference to her My-HiME incarnation whose child was named Julia and element was a pair of metal gloves (or rather metal straps on her hand) that can extend her "nails" in addition to sending out razor-sharp threads that can cut through steel. (Mentioned in one of the extras on the My-HiME DVDs, Nao's online alias is also Juliet). She appears to prefer that people call her Nao. At the academy, Nina Wáng was her room attendant and later on Arika Yumemiya was assigned to her as well. It is unknown what she and her gang, the Stripes, do on the street but it appears to be for the cause of good. Her life goal is to find a rich man and live comfortably. Ritsuko is a classmate of Kaoru and Sentaro and an old friend of the latter. This kind, always cheerful and charmingly-freckled high school freshman is also the poster girl for Welcome Records, her family's record shop. The basement of the shop has a practice studio that serves as a hang-out for Sentaro, Kaoru, her father, and assorted jazz cronies.

Ichijou has monstrous strength despite having a weak and feminine appearance and is a member of the amateur wrestling club. Her power amazes even her strongest male classmates (i.e., she is arguably even stronger than Harima and Hanai in terms of raw muscle strength, for she could carry a piano without any signs of physical stress, while the other two were on the verge of breakdown while trying hard to carry objects of the same size). It would also seem that she is not able to control her strength well, as shown when she nearly suffocates Tenma when trying to cover her mouth so that she does not blurt out secrets. Lala Gonzalez is her only rival in this regard, but has not been able to physically defeat her (In fact, Ichijo defeated her with her ultimate move, the "Frankensteiner"). Despite this, Ichijō has not reciprocated Lala's antagonism, always remaining polite towards her. Later the two seem to have developed into friends.  Despite her strength she has a kind nature and is one of the more timid girls in 2-C. She is in love with Imadori, but gets embarrassed when this is hinted at. Imadori also initially avoids her, not only because of her small measures (later it is revealed that she does have considerably large breasts), but also because he fears her strength. She is also a good singer, and her singing is featured in episodes 2 and 6 of School Rumble - Second Term.  When Imadori met her practicing wrestling and asked her why she liked it, she said that she really did not want to do wrestling. Later, when Imadori, along with Harima and Hanai were working for a moving company, they found out that Ichijō was also working with them as well as how strong she was. At the end of their shift, Imadori accidentally said that he could take Karen out on a date with his earnings, which Karen agrees to, even though Imadori did not really mean it.  Ichijō-dōri is the northernmost of Kyoto's numbered east-west avenues, which in the east extends to the Kyoto University campus and the precincts of Yoshida Shrine. 

As the fourth of the five Shishido sisters, the agoraphobic Nami demonstrates through her downfall from being a former teen model because of a nasty comment on her blog to an evil &quot;Girl Who Leapt Through Space&quot; that simply having common cultural and genetic origins will not lead to a worthwhile cohesive family. The Primavera staff affords Nami the capability to channel her QT powers for such things as discharging energy blasts at her enemies and controlling the EXISTENCE&mdash;the latter often being wielded as foot soldiers. As Takane and Akiha have demonstrated for them, Nami&#039;s inherited anti-QT powers will discharge as a concentric circular energy wave that cancels any other QT energy fields as a result of a direct hit at just the right time during combat. The defection of the EXISTENCE to Akiha who wanted to protect Itsuki and Honoka along with finding Imoko drives Nami into a genocidal and misanthropic psychosis as she makes a hasty retreat. As Nami bloodthirstily fumes in disgust of the world and reaffirms her volition to exterminate the human race starting with Akiha and her other three siblings, Panther flies over and invites Nami aboard the Leopard colony&mdash;which is Akiha&#039;s next destination.

She is the homeroom teacher at Souta's school and the resident adviser at Quest Dorm. Her alternate world equivalent is a descendant of Souta who is noted as a "main character" in the quest.

Theresa is the previous Sarkaz King of Kazdel by the time of the most recent civil war that ravaged the country. As a gentle, down-to-earth person, she had been wishing to end the never-ending cycle of nation's fragmentation and bring peace to the Sarkaz people. She had been cooperating with her brother Theresis and the Sarkaz Royal Court to rebuild the nation. Over due time, Theresis listened less and less to Theresa, and years later, the Royal Court, along with Theresis, went against Theresa because of their ideal differences. The incident not only ignited another round of civil conflict, but it also forced Theresa into exile.
