Leonof the Puppet-Master is an elderly man who controls a large number of puppets with an elaborate system of strings. He can manipulate them to look like real people, and uses them to do horrible things to people close to Vash. His real name is Emilio, having known Vash during his childhood. Starscream is a Decepticon in the various fictional Transformers universes. He appeared in several incarnations in the related comics, animated television series, and movies. Most incarnations of the Starscream character are extremely ambitious and treacherous, but with varying degrees of strength and competence. Often, Starscream is the leader of a sub-group of Decepticon attack jets called the Seekers, and in many incarnations he is also second-in-command of the Decepticons.  He makes no secret of his ambition to overthrow Megatron as Decepticon leader. He is more intelligent than the average Decepticon, ruthless, and cruel; but, he is also a coward: He is unlikely to directly act on his ultimate ambition without, in advance, secretly getting enough fellow Decepticons to support him. He considers himself vastly superior to other Decepticons, and looks down on Megatron for being antiquated in his military strategy and tactics. Starscream believes that the Decepticons should rely more on guile and speed rather than brute destructive force to defeat the Autobots; although, even when Starscream is given the chance to strike out on his own, he is rarely more successful than Megatron -- often, considerably less. Megatron overlooks the potential threat that Starscream represents because he believes that Starscream is very good at his job. However, Starscream often exhausts Megatron's patience quickly; violent-yet-brief verbal and/or physical conflicts are not uncommon between the two. Usually, these result in Megatron treating Starscream in a humiliatingly dismissive manner. Makintaro a.k.a. Evil Kintaro (English manga) - The first fighter for the Fractured Fairy Tales, he had no enchanted items in battle. He fought against Hiei in the first round. Hiei took off his forearm so fast that Evil Kintaro did not notice until he pointed out. He then grew his &quot;Axe Blade Fist&quot; from his stump and slashed straight through Hiei. He truly only slashed through Hiei&#039;s afterimage. Hiei then skewered his sword from the top of his head straight down through his jaw, killing him instantly. His character is based on the tale of Kintaro.

Santori is a member of the Inquisition and Colonel of the current Miracle Makers, the Thaumaturges.

Heinel is the prince of the Boazanian Empire. Though more handsome than the usual bad guy, he initially he appears to be a fairly typical villain of a super robot show. However, Heinel is a far more complex and interesting character than the viewer might expect.

Castellan was a machine that looked much like an elderly king. He wore a dark-colored robe, trimmed with fur with the symbol of Granbell Kingdom emblazoned on the back. As well as a multi-color, stripped crown on his head. He had a thick mustache and beard and gear-like decorations around both of his eyes. When entering into battle, Castellan discarded his robe revealing a robotic-body similar to a medieval knight's armor.
