Sir Shelby M. Penwood being a descendent from a noble family was able to inherit wealth and a hight position in British Navy even through on the surface he appears as a somewhat cowardly and incompetent man. Still Sir Penwood is a long time family friend to Hellsing household, he was a comrade to Arthur Hellsing and kept an eye on Integra after Arthur passed away. Penwood's family wealth is used to cover expenses of Hellsing organisation frequently.

Chapel the Evergreen is part of the &quot;Eye of Michael&quot;, an organization of assassins founded by a church that worships Plants. They provide Knives with mercenaries, with three slots of the Gung-Ho Guns reserved for the Eye of Michael's best. Chapel, also known as 'Master C', is shot and left as a paraplegic by Wolfwood, who impersonates Chapel. He is only middle aged, but the modifications on his body, which grants him enhanced strength and reflexes, and allows him to heal at a very fast rate, have aged him considerably. Though in a wheelchair, he still wields a large cross-shaped machine gun with four spiked ends at the base of the cross. Wolfwood kills Chapel with an immense head butt, cracking his skull and breaking his neck.    The anime features Chapel the Evergreen as Wolfwood's direct mentor. He carries the parent version of Wolfwood's Cross Punisher, though Chapel's splits into twin machine guns. He cares for Nicholas after Nicholas kills his abusive guardian. He dresses in dark green and has red goggles grafted to his face. He is killed by Knives after an unsuccessful attempt to kill Legato for taking control of him and forcing him to kill Wolfwood.    from wikipedia

Black Jack is a medical mercenary, selling his skills to the highest bidder. He is a shadowy figure, with a black cloak, eerie black-and-white hair, a scar across his face and partially black skin. Black Jack cures patients indiscriminately, from common folk to presidents and yakuza leaders. To his VIP patients, he charges absurd sums. All this has given him a reputation for callousness and greed which he gleefully cultivates. However, to the reader it is clear that Black Jack actually is a good man: he is anti-wealth and anti-prestige, and believes he is actually doing rich people a favor by removing their material wealth. The opposition to wealth and power is a common theme in Tezuka's work: powerful men are almost always portrayed in a negative light.

Throughout his life, Black Jack learned some harsh lessons and has to face the reality that there are times he cannot go against the forces of nature. In difficult and tricky situations, he is a quick thinker and is able to fool others easily. Besides being an expert in surgeries, he is also a skilled combat fighter who makes use of his surgical tools that he hides underneath his cape. Although, he is perfectly capable of fighting with his bare hands, even delivering a single knock-out punch to the stomach at one point. He also shows that he is highly responsible for his patient's safety and well-being, which explains his high pricing. He even goes to the lengths of deceiving his patients to make sure they heal properly. 

He also cares for and is deeply appreciative of people who change his life, such as Dr. Honma, who saved him through surgery once. Black Jack is also very prideful and hates being made fun of, or things he deems important desecrated.



Morrison is a character in Devil May Cry: The Animated Series who brings Dante most of his job requests, much like Enzo did previously. However, unlike Enzo, Morrison is calm and doesn&#039;t get very scared by the demons that Dante hunts, as shown in the final mission of the anime. Morrison is also shown to be a handyman of sorts when Patty asks him to fix the TV in Dante&#039;s office. Like Lady, Dante owes Morrison a sum of money although how much is never really implied, although he continues to bring Dante jobs even with a lack of confidence he will ever be paid, no matter how many good jobs he brings Dante. 

He is the father of the protagonists, Edward and Alphonse Elric. He is a brilliant and well-known alchemist. He left Ed, Al, and their mother Trisha when Al was a baby and Ed was very young. Years later, Ed still holds a grudge against him for abandoning his mother, which he believes contributed to her death. As Edward Elric points out in book 14 of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, "Elric is my mother's name!" He (in the original 2003 anime)...  ~!  Has been alive for centuries. He worked in a lab, which took advantage of 'witch trials' as human bait, to create the first philosopher's stone. He succeeded, but it cost him his life. Dante, (his lover at the moment) attached his soul (much like Al to armor) to the nearest man in the room, reviving Hohenheim. They continued this practice for many years, until Hohenheim fell in love and married Trisha Elric. After they sired Edward and Alphonse, he left for fear Dante would use them against him, and also because he felt ashamed of his past. Like Dante, his flesh is wearing away, so he must wear cologne to mask the scent. He can transmute without circles, because when he died, he saw past the gate, as did Dante. !~  He (in the manga and 2009 series) is...  ~! a human Philosopher's Stone. Homunculus (Father) was a test subject at a lab in which Hohenheim worked (in fact, Father was the one who named Hohenheim). The king of Xerxes demanded the secret of immortality from the homunculus, and he obliged. a country wide transmutation is formed, and everything is working as planned. However, at the last minute, Father lies about where the center of the circle is, and engulfs both himself and Hohenheim into the gate. Hohenheim wakes to see everybody in his country dead. He meets Homunculus, who tells him everything, how he has now gained half of the powers of the stone. Homunculus did this out of gratitude. after these events, Hohenheim travels to Xing, and founds the art of Alkahestry.!~
