Sakaki is the Rocket Team Boss and a former Tokiwa City Gym Leader. He is a very ambitious man and is intolerant of failure. Sakaki is shown to have access to vast wealth and resources. The money probably comes from Rocket Team's main source of income — the profit of selling stolen Pokémon. Sakaki also gains a lot of money from smuggling Pokémon, Pokéball trafficking, and other crime rackets. He has Rocket Tean operations in both Kanto and Johto. He rarely meets people in person, as he prefers to communicate with his underlings via telecommunications.
__Manga:__
Sakaki serves much of the same role as he does in the games, although he now has Matis, Natsume, and Kyou as subordinates. However, Sakaki is much more ruthless than his other counterparts. ~!Like in the games, he is the father of Silver.!~

Hasegawa doesn't like hearing 'no' as an answer. Either the criminals do as he orders... or else he blows up their heads. He doesn't enjoy placing the criminals' lives hostage... but he hates crime even less. He also has no patience with any of their outbursts - which includes Sengoku, for which he gives the harshest treatment. But he also can see the hidden good within all of them, and as a reward for a job well done, he takes time off their sentences.

A chain smoker, he always has his lighter handy, which also controls the timer on the collars.

Before joining Red Shield, David was the sole survivor of a chiropteran attack on his special forces squad. His father was also a member of Red Shield and was one of Saya's victims in the Vietnam incident. It is implied that he, along with Joel, are the only members that are descended from a line of Red Shield operatives. He is aware of Saya's past life and wishes to use her in the struggle against the chiroptera. David's red crystal item is a cross.   David tends to be straight-faced and serious, with a cold personality. However, he also assumes an unofficial guardianship of Kai and Riku, and would be instrumental in helping Kai come to terms with what Saya is and with Riku's conversion to a chevalier. He seems to take a particular interest in helping Kai grow up to be a strong man who can support Saya and Riku as their brother, despite their unusual natures.    ~!When the Red Shield's headquarters are destroyed and Saya is believed to have gone down with it, David sinks into a deep depression and becomes an alcoholic. Kai helps him get back on his feet, though, and he returns to his duties slightly more cheerful and able to smile than he had been before.   During the investigations into one of Cinq Flèches's lab, he finds Julia and she tells him something about the research they are doing. He talks to her briefly again at Amshel's party, and lets her know that she will always be welcome back with the group.   Towards the end of the series, Dr. Collins tries to murder Julia, but David protects her, getting critically wounded himself. Tubalcain Alhambra is one of Millennium&#039;s artificial vampires, but much more powerful than Luke, Jan and the basic Millennium troops. His special ability is cards, using them to attack and regenerate. He was sent to assault the hotel in which Alucard and Seras were staying, and the coming battle with Alucard became his end.

Toshio is Yuu's childhood friend, on whom Yuu has a crush.  However, Toshio falls in love with Creamy Mami at first sight, and will do anything to see Mami perform, even breaking dates with Yuu to do so.

He is the father of the protagonists, Edward and Alphonse Elric. He is a brilliant and well-known alchemist. He left Ed, Al, and their mother Trisha when Al was a baby and Ed was very young. He worked in a lab, which took advantage of 'witch trials' as human bait, to create the first philosopher's stone. He succeeded, but it cost him his life. Dante, (his lover at the moment) attached his soul (much like Al to armor) to the nearest man in the room, reviving Hohenheim. They continued this practice for many years, until Hohenheim fell in love and married Trisha Elric. After they sired Edward and Alphonse, he left for fear Dante would use them against him, and also because he felt ashamed of his past. Like Dante, his flesh is wearing away, so he must wear cologne to mask the scent. He can transmute without circles, because when he died, he saw past the gate, as did Dante. !~  He (in the manga and 2009 series) is...  ~! a human Philosopher's Stone. Homunculus (Father) was a test subject at a lab in which Hohenheim worked (in fact, Father was the one who named Hohenheim). The king of Xerxes demanded the secret of immortality from the homunculus, and he obliged. a country wide transmutation is formed, and everything is working as planned. However, at the last minute, Father lies about where the center of the circle is, and engulfs both himself and Hohenheim into the gate. Hohenheim wakes to see everybody in his country dead. He meets Homunculus, who tells him everything, how he has now gained half of the powers of the stone. Homunculus did this out of gratitude. after these events, Hohenheim travels to Xing, and founds the art of Alkahestry.!~

During the course of FMA's story, "Father" commands the other Homunculi and orchestrates the various conflicts like the Ishvalian war, plotting something involving a transmutation circle encircling the entirety of Amestris.   ~!Most likely the very first Homunculus, "Father" met Hohenheim in the ancient country of Xerxes, where Hohenheim served as a servant in a laboratory. The Homunculus taught Hohenheim to read and perform alchemy, and was eventually brought before the king of Xerxes to give him immortality. After utilizing the life force of all of Xerxes' populace, Homunculus crafted himself a body akin to that of Hohenheim, and rendered them both immortal.!~

The Count approaches and befriends Albert in Luna as the first step in his plan of revenge against the people who once betrayed him.  ~!The Count's previous identity was Edmond Dantès, a sailor who worked for the Morrel family's shipping company. Edmond was imprisoned in the Château d'If on false charges, and it was there that he met Gankutsuou (known as The Ruler of the Cave in Animax's English adaptation). In exchange for the strength and means to gain revenge, he allowed the cold-blooded demon to possess him. Because of Gankutsuou, he is afflicted with an odd condition which causes his body to be crystalline, revealing his bones and internal organs.!~

The Greek god Thanatos (死を司る神タナトス, Shi o tsukasadoru kami Tanatosu?, shi o tsukasadoru kami meaning &quot;death-ruling god&quot;) is one of the antagonist deities featured in the universe of the Manga Saint Seiya, authored by Masami Kurumada, that was later adapted to Anime. He was created by Kurumada based on the mythologic persona of the same name.    As in Greek mythology, he is the personification of mortality and death, and the twin brother of Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep. In Kurumada&#039;s mythos, although he is a subordinate of Hades, the Emperor of the Darkness and ruler of the Underworld, he is a deity with all attributes, and as his lord, he is a sworn enemy of the protector goddess of the Earth, Athena.    Kurumada introduced Thanatos in the final parts of the Hades arc of his manga, specifically in vol. 27, and he is portrayed as very cruel, merciless, hateful towards humans, haughty, and non-hesitant to whimsically inflict death. He was sealed along with his brother by Athena after being defeated in her last battle against Hades, in 18th century. Thanatos spent 243 years sealed in a box marked with the Seal of Athena, and only regained his freedom after the box was opened by a curiosity-driven 3 year-old Pandora, to whom he announced that the resurrection of Hades was near, and that she would serve them henceforth.    As described by the Pegasus Saint Seiya when they first encountered, he is identical to his brother Hypnos, the only differences being Thanatos&#039; silver colored eyes and hair, as opposed to Hypnos&#039; golden. A strange looking star is placed in his forehead. Unlike his brother Hypnos, who is more calm and calculating, Thanatos is prone to lose his temper and act without any regard for consequences when influenced by rage.    His dwelling place is the Elysion, and he spends most of his time there accompanied by scores of Nymphs, and his twin brother Hypnos, waiting to fulfill their lord Hades&#039;s bidding. Thanatos offered fierce opposition to the Saints of Athena, when they tried to rescue their goddess from certain death and stop Hades&#039;s Greatest Eclipse, which was meant to eradicate mankind.    Thanatos duty is to impart death on all living beings when their time has come, or as divine retribution. Before his formal introduction in the anime adaptation, he was featured in the opening of the Inferno stage of the Hades arc episodes (episode 128 and on), standing next to his brother Hypnos, and overshadowed by Hades. His full appearance in the anime adaptation occurred in 2008, in the final episodes that adapt the last two volumes of the manga, in which his participation is contained (vols. 27 and 28), 16 years after Kurumada introduced him in the manga. From episode 142 and on, his silhouette in the opening of the anime adaptation revealed his features fully.

Danzou Shimura was an elder of Konohagakure. As the founder and leader of Root, Danzou gained notoriety as The Darkness of the Shinobi (忍の闇) because of his frequent unsanctioned actions and his often-suspected (but rarely proven) undermining of specific Konoha personnel. Despite his decades of suspicious deeds, Danzō only ever acted in what he believed were the village's best interests. He was appointed the Sixth Hokage Candidate (六代目火影候補) after Pain's assault on the village.

A dark medical ninja who sought to revive the demon god, Moryo. By allowing his spirit to take shelter within his own body, he and his minions sought out to kill the priestess Shion while they recovered Moryo&#039;s physical body. In the end, Moryo killed him just as Shion was about to finish the sealing ritual.

Isshou, better known by his alias Fujitora, is an admiral in the Marines. Once the military chief of the former Aoi Kingdom, he was conscripted through a World Military Draft during the two-year timeskip, being appointed to fill one of the Admiral vacancies caused by Kuzan's resignation and Sakazuki's promotion alongside his co-worker Ryokugyu. A proponent of "Moral Justice", he notably spearheaded a campaign to abolish the Seven Warlords of the Sea system. Fujitora was first mentioned by Sakazuki when the latter was first discussing plans to deal with Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law. His primary goal is to protect people, telling a subordinate that it is more important to take into account the number of lives to protect rather than the number of enemies against them. He takes care to never put innocent civilians in harm's way during conflict and will try to avoid causing collateral damage with his attacks; when he does inflict such damage he makes sure to compensate the owner of the involved property.

In his devil fruit's name, Zushi Zushi is a Japanese onomatopoeia that describes a "thump" or "thud" sound, representing the footfall of something heavy, e.g. stomps of sumo wrestlers.

His blindness is a result of him intentionally inflicting damage on his eyes out of sorrow for all the evil he had seen

Lulu Peeply is one of the five foremen of Dock One. His specialties are pitch, block and tackle, and blacksmithing. Lulu fights with double-weapons, although what weapons he uses change at times; he has been seen fighting with swords, guns, and saws, though he tends to stick with swords later in the story. Lulu constantly has part of his hair sticking up. When he tries to push it down, it always pops up somewhere else, such as the other side of his head, his mustache, and other people's heads. In most situations this is simply humorous, with other characters looking at him funny for it or simply ignoring the oddness. However, at times it actually comes in handy; in battle, Lulu can make the hair come out of somebody's nose to distract them, leaving them open for him to attack.

Guile is a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. He has pride in both the Air Force and his men, and frequently goes out drinking with them whenever they can. He and his partner, Nash, have served together for many years in various missions and military conflicts. As a military person he is regularly found working out and lifting weights.He has won at least one boxing tournament and probably others not mentioned in the show.
