Menma is a ghost girl who suddenly appears several years after her death to Jinta and asks him to reunite their group of friends so her wish can be granted. Yet, she does not seem to remember what is her wish, but she knows she has to reunite her friends in order to remember. Despite being "dead", she is a very positive, energetic and lively person. According to Jinta, she is quite selfless and cries very often for others when they are hurt or upset, but not for herself. She seems to think that her wish was to send a rocket to Heaven with a note to Jinta's mother, so the reunited Super Peace Busters attempt to create one. Menma also wishes to be reincarnated after passing on so she can be in the world again, back with her friends. Without her, Menma's family is falling apart. Her mother is unable to move on from her death. Her father, who is hinted at being abusive, wants their family to overcome the grief. He does this by hiding all of Menma's possessions, yet it does her mother very little good. Her younger brother barely remembers her but wishes that their family could move on. He feels neglected by his mother since she is still stuck on Menma. !~

Inori Yuzuriha is one of the main protagonists of the anime Guilty Crown and a member of the resistance guerrilla group called "Funeral Parlor".  She is also the voice of the internet artist Egoist who sings to release her emotions.  Inori is a very soft, quiet, and sweet girl, who is also very determined to complete her missions successfully and without fail (shown when she was threatened but didn’t show any sign of fear, even when she was about to be killed). She also seems to think she’s a burden to others but tries to protect the people close to her.   She usually comforts Shu and gives him words of strength when she can tell he’s feeling weak and helpless. Gai is dear to Inori, and she tells Shu that he is the one that gave her a name and a world, when no one else has. Shu and Gai loved Mana as she was a sweet, kind person. However, unknown to Shu during that time, Mana was the first person to be infected with the Apocalypse Virus whos crystallization effects were still minimal but was making her unstable and sociopathic that she started to have incestous feelings for her brother. Mana was also the cause of the Lost Christmas incident when on that day, Mana discovered Gai was going to tell Shu the truth about her and trick Gai into shooting himself. When Shu himself arrived, Mana offer him to marry her and start a new race together but what she has become and did to Gai scared him that he rejected her and called her a monster. Heartbroken, Mana went berserk and mutating the virus and spreading it all over Tokyo before coming to her senses and destroying her body. This event effected both Gai and Shu which Gai blamed himself for not helping Mana and vowing to become stronger while Shu was traumatized on what happen to his sister that he regressed his memories of Gai and Mana. During the 2nd Apocalypse outbreak and Shuichiro's coup d'état, Shuichiro manages to capture Mana's soul, still under the influence of the virus, and tries to resurrect her using Inori's body so that both of them will start a new race and spread the virus worldwide. However, his attempts are foiled by Shu and Gai. To free Mana's soul and be with her in her last moments, a dying Gai sacrifice himself to allow Shu to stab the crystal pod containing Mana's soul through his body, finally freeing Mana's soul from the virus.!~

Ayaka has a very unclear relationship with both her divorced parents, and her older brother Toshi. She cares much for Toshi, but her love seems one sided. Ayaka seems to know little about his life, not for the lack of trying, but because he never talks to her. She does say that her relationship with him used to be much closer.  She has a very strong relationship with Yuuko and is taking care of her, sometimes against Yuuko's will. She is the one who washes her laundry when Narumi is gone, also helps her shower, takes care of her hair, helps her dress up and teases her for her irresistible cuteness.   ~!Soon after, she mysteriously jumps off from the school roof injuring herself and falling into a coma. __Biography:__
Kayano wanted to work in a job that would involve "healing people", leading to initially take up a course at a vocational school. She worked in the beauty industry and became interested in acting after having seen [Aria](https://anilist.co/anime/477/). While attending school, Kayano continued working in the industry and paid for her tuition.

Kayano began working at Pro-Fit in 2010, voicing two supporting characters in the original video animation [Princess Resurrection](https://anilist.co/anime/9159/). In 2011, she voiced [Meiko "Menma" Honma](https://anilist.co/character/40592/) in [Anohana](https://anilist.co/anime/9989/) and received the Best Rookie Actress award for said role at the 6th Seiyuu Awards.
