Ovan is a very mysterious person. Generally quiet, when he does speak, everybody listens. He is capable of commanding the attention of everybody around him with little effort. He seems to know quite a bit about events in The World R:2, though his quiet nature makes it unclear exactly how much knowledge he actually has. He frequently disappears from the game for long stretches of time; while he says it's related to his job in the real world, whether that is true or not is up for debate. 

As a Steam Gunner of an extremely high level, he has progressed beyond having to worry about trivial matters such as leveling or PKers, leaving him plenty of time to work on his long term goals, whatever they may be. One thing to note, though he never seems to lie, he has the habit of not giving a straight answer, leaving others to make their own judgments.

Jousuke Tsunami is a surfer who lived in the South Seas in Japan, specifically Okinawa. He is completely passionate about the sea.  When he meets the team Inazuma Eleven discover the wonders of football, and he ends up being a player whose team is later defeated by them. After some confusion with the Aliea Academy, Tsunami officially joins the Inazuma Caravan.  His special techniques are: [Season two] Tsunami Boost and the Perfect Tower (with Touko and Kogure) [Season three] The Typhoon and The Tube.

Zabuza was born in Kirigakure. During one of Kirigakure's annual events of pitting graduating ninja against each other, Zabuza singlehandedly killed all of his peers, bringing an end to the ritual and causing him to be called the "Demon of the Hidden Mist". Zabuza would go on to become one of the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen of the Mist where he acquired his zanbatō, and also became a member of the Kirigakure ANBU. At some point in time, Zabuza found a young boy named Haku wandering the countryside and offered to take Haku in as his tool. Haku accepted and became loyal to Zabuza, learning from Zabuza and protecting him whenever necessary. Z

Being from Kirigakure, Zabuza excels in water-oriented jutsu, some of which are exclusive to him. In addition to the offensive capabilities of his water jutsu, Zabuza is very skilled in assassinations.

Dosu is a genin from the Sound Village, and leader of his squad. They were under the direct supervision of Orochimaru during the chunin exams. Dosu uses a sound amplifying device on his left arm, called a melody arm, to increase the vibrations he makes when he hits something, causing damage to the opponents ears and messes up their sense of balance. He is the only member of his squad to advance to the second stage in the chunin exams after defeating Choji Akimichi. When he learns that Orochimaru favors Sasuke more than him, Dosu sets out to prove himself by killing Gaara. However, Gaara's demon quickly kills him with a sweep of its giant tail.

Baki is one of the strongest Sand Jonin in the Sand village. He is an important member of the Sunagakure's advisory council and is probably the second-in-command after the Kazekage and is respected throughout the whole village. He is also probably the Fourth Kazekage's most trusted Jonin as he was in charge of the invasion in to Konoha and the team leader of Team Baki, which consists of Gaara,Temari and Kankuro, the Fourth Kazekage 's children. It is speculated that he is very strong, considering that he was the teacher of Gaara who later became the Fifth Kazekage, who is probably in Part 1 and 2 the strongest and most dangerous ninja in the Sand Village.   

Baki is a loyal, kind and respected ninja. With his experience in battle, he holds a lot of confidence. He has a soldier personality, a patriot. A caring and kind person, but if anything comes in his village or country's way or his loved ones, he will do anything to stop it.

Fugaku was the leader of the Konoha Military Police Force, the father of Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha, and leader of the Uchiha clan. His wife&#039;s name was Mikoto Uchiha.    As leader of the Uchiha, Fugaku was focused on the clan&#039;s interest and welfare. His son, Sasuke, saw him as a stern and uncaring man (though his wife revealed he cared deeply for his youngest child) while he was seen as a father figure to the rest of the clan. As Itachi was his successor as head of the clan, Fugaku spent much of his time focusing on the development of his eldest and little time with his youngest. Sasuke trained constantly in order to get his father&#039;s attention and approval. Near the end of his life, Fugaku had switched his attention to Sasuke, having lost hope in a wayward Itachi. He is only impressed by great feats and rarely praises anyone, having high expectations. Fugaku is very serious, hardly smiling most of the time.

Buggy accidentally consumed the Bara Bara no Mi, (Chop Chop fruit) a Devil Fruit, which allows him to separate his body parts and control them independent of each other, but robbed him of the ability to swim. The abilities gained from this fruit also make Buggy immune to attacks from knives or swords; any such attack just separates him into his component parts.  In addition, most of his body is capable of flying through the air, fast enough to propel a man through a wall - with the crucial exception of his feet. However, even though the parts are separate, Buggy can still feel what the part feels (for example, when Luffy attacked Buggy, he separated his torso from his waist, only to find that Luffy was aiming for the crotch. Needless to say this left him with a rather painful result. Also when Buggy launched his hand out to pin down Zoro for Cabaji's Sting of the Unicycle Technique, Luffy stomped on it, inflicting tremendous pain). He also seems to require either a fixed distance from his detachments, or keep them within his line of vision, in order to manipulate them separately.  Besides his Devil fruit abilities he usually fights with three knives between his fingers. During the flashbacks of his youth he already used these three knives. He also has a blade hidden in his shoe and in Logue Town used a sword in his failed attempt to execute Luffy.

Wataru Takagi is a newcomer to the Tokyo Police Criminal Investigations Division 1, having transferred after the bomber case about three years ago but by the time [Shinichi Kudo](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) first established his reputation as a detective, about two years ago. His mentor was a senior agent called Date, who died one year before the present timeline. In his last moments Date entrusted Takagi his notebook, which had a ring for his girlfriend Natalie Kuruma hidden. He kept Date's notebook as a personal motivation to be just as good as Date. It was first a year later he realized that Date's girlfriend was Natalie, but it was too late to give her the ring, because she committed suicide soon after Date's death. He was first introduced in an Anime original case at an on location film set. 

Ever since his joining the force, Takagi _(like so many of his other colleagues)_ has harbored romantic feelings for [Miwako Sato.](https://anilist.co/character/13975/Miwako-Satou) While Sato appeared to have taken a liking to him as well, Takagi was easily discouraged by the way she dealt with other male colleagues, including their superior Inspector Megure _(though in that case it was more a daughterly affection to a father figure, since Sato's father had died when she was very young)._

Sometimes it is hinted that the creation of his "bad" personality had the influence of some external force, although nothing was clearly stated.  When it takes the control of Saga's body, his hair turn from blond to jet-black (the color schemes were altered for the anime, in which Saga's normally blue hair turned light grey). Garm Utgarða is one of the Asgardian God Warriors in Saint Seiya: Soul of Gold.

Pisces Aphrodite is one of Athena Gold Saints.  Pisces Aphrodite is the last of the Gold Saints introduced by Kurumada in his manga, formally presented in vol.11. Aphrodite was a Saint famous not only because of his incredible, mesmerizing beauty, but also for his reputation as one of the strongest among the 88 Saints. However, this reputation is not explored very well in the series itself, as he is killed by Andromeda Shun rather easily by Gold Saint standards, and is beaten rather easily by Aries Mu during the Hades Saga.  Gold Saint Gemini Saga once stated that Aphrodite&#039;s beauty was the greatest among Athena&#039;s Saints. Kurumada named him after the Greek Goddess of love and beauty as a reference to the Greek myth associated to the Pisces constellation. However, Aphrodite never claimed to be the most beautiful creature, unlike the Silver Saint, Lizard Misty who claimed that even the stars&#039; splendor dimmed next to his glory.    It is notable that despite his incomparable beauty, Aphrodite is not narcissistic. He is often described as cruel as his fellow Gold Saint, Cancer Deathmask, but not as sadistic. He is also ironic and sarcastic. According to Saga, despite his beauty, Aphrodite is the most feared of all the 88 Saints of Athena, however, as explained above, this may be due to his cruel nature as opposed to his fighting prowess. His reputation is supported more in the still non-canonical Saint Seiya Episode G, when Aphrodite appeared in front of the Titan&#039;s soldiers who were awe-struck due to his beauty but also paralyzed by fear in his presence.    A recurring motif in the Pisces Saint is that he considers victory as the greatest beauty of all and, therefore, he believes what makes him really beautiful would not be his physique, but absolute power. Aphrodite is depicted as a man who believes the power is the only way to keep the order and assure the justice. Subscribing to this theory, he believes the stronger is allowed to rule over the weak.    Some casual fans believe Aphrodite is a female because of his name. In the French, European Spanish -first dubbing- and Chinese dubbing of the anime adaptation, he is voiced by a female actress.

Dr. Yung invented the Mirage Pok&eacute;mon system. This appears to be a project he spent many years on, as Professor Oak acknowledges. Yung is shown to have a combination of great intellect and battling skill, but still has a sort of mysterious air about himself.    He challenges Ash and his friends to battle with him using a Mirage Aggron his system has generated. Misty eagerly accepts his challenge and uses her Staryu, but she lost easily when the Aggron showed off one of Yung&#039;s system&#039;s features - the ability to use any attack, in this case Bullet Seed. Ash challenged him next with Pikachu, but before the battle could begin, the Mirage Master (Japanese: ミスター・ミラージュ Mr. Mirage) captured both Yung and Oak by commandeering the system.    While Ash and his friends attempted to mount a rescue mission, Mirage Master tortured Oak with the intent of gaining the access password to Oak&#039;s laboratory database. He spoke of his contempt for the flaws inherent in every Pok&eacute;mon and of his desire to create a Pok&eacute;mon free of these flaws. He is especially enraged when a Mirage Mew appears, which he declared a &#039;flawed specimen.&#039;    Oak initially resisted the torture and refused to give the password. As a backup plan, Mirage Master used some of his Mirage Pok&eacute;mon to capture Pikachu after ambushing it. He then strapped it to a table and used a special machine to scan its memories for data, causing it great pain. This finally broke Oak&#039;s resolve, and he surrendered the password, &quot;REDGREEN.&quot; Using a combination of his new access to Oak&#039;s laboratory&#039;s database and his ability to hack the servers of Pok&eacute;mon Centers worldwide, Mirage Master began forming his perfect Pok&eacute;mon.    When Ash, and later Misty and May arrived to confront him, Mirage Master completed the experiment, creating a Mirage Mewtwo. He demonstrated its power by instantly defeating all of the other Mirage Pok&eacute;mon, then he attempted to kill Oak, who had to defend himself with a Dragonite. Oak urged the group to escape, becoming resigned to the fact that they could not save Yung, but Mirage Master had another trick up his sleeve - he deployed missiles to create a much larger field for the Mirage Pok&eacute;mon to move around in, allowing him to unleash his Mirage Mewtwo on the world. To aid in this endeavor he also summoned a Mirage Entei, Mirage Articuno and Mirage Zapdos.    Later, after the Mirage Master declared his Mirage Mewtwo to be the result of &quot;many years of hard work&quot;, Professor Oak successfully unmasked him to actually be Dr. Yung. It was revealed that Yung had been a student at the Pok&eacute;mon Institute when he invented the Mirage System, but he was expelled because his research was considered cruel, thus making him bitter and desiring revenge. He battled against the group using Mewtwo and easily took the upper hand, but with some timely help from the Mirage Mew that Yung had declared a &quot;flawed specimen&quot;, Ash&#039;s Pikachu was able to defeat it using Volt Tackle.    After being defeated, he escaped into his burning lab. Oak tried to pursue him, but falling iron blocked the entrance, and Yung was never seen again. It can be assumed that he is still at large, as Officer Jenny was unable to recover his body from the castle. 

Zero is the main antagonist who wishes to use Giratina&#039;s power to travel freely between dimensions. He owns a robotic maid named Infi who controls his mothership, Megarig. Zero&#039;s objective was to rule the Reverse World. He wanted to save it from all the pollution emptied into it by the real world. He also wanted to use the Reverse World&#039;s properties to get revenge on the real world.     He was once Newton Graceland&#039;s student in studying the Reverse World, but he became obsessed with Giratina&#039;s power and decided to capture it. Using a machine designed by Newton himself, Zero was able to capture and unleash Giratina&#039;s power. He used the machine to cause destruction in the real world by damaging the Reverse World.     Despite doing significant damage, he was finally defeated by the combined power of Shaymin, Giratina, and Ash when he was forced back into the real world, and he crashed his flying machine into a glacier. Upon impact, Dawn, her Pok&eacute;mon, and many surrounding Mamoswine, froze Zero into the glacier itself, still inside of his machine. Officer Jenny arrests him in the end of the film, during the credits.     He makes another appearance in the credits of Arceus and the Jewel of Life where he is in prison. Implied to have some sort of influence in Alamos Town, Alberto is chauvinistic and vain. He was quick to assign blame of strange occurrences to Darkrai and take charge of the situation when it become apparent that Darkrai was a threat. Even when proven wrong, Alberto maintained his sense of judgment and dismissed the objections of others. The extra attention from Team Rocket, who posed as a news crew, only inflated Alberto's ego.

Mihawk is said to be the strongest swordsman in the One Piece world, and he is commented as being a monster superior to monsters. Because of his status and power, defeating him is Roronoa Zoro's ultimate goal. Mihawk is so strong, in fact, he is accused by some characters (And fans) of having the power of a Devil Fruit; however, nothing has stated anything but that his abilities simply come from pure skill and power.  He wields the Black Sword (Grosses messer), the strongest sword in the world. It's an ornately decorated, man-sized (6 feet) sword shaped like a cross with a shiny black blade, curved at the end. It also seems to generate otherworldly purple streaks as it slices, as seen when he cut down Zoro and when he split Don Krieg's ship in half. He can tear pirate ships apart with a single, unseen slash of his sword, blocking bullets with a simple turn of his sword, and he can easily defend against even legendary swords with a small, inch-long knife concealed in the cross he wears around his neck.  In appearance, Mihawk wears very decorative, ornate, black-and-red clothing. His most identifiable clothing would be his wide-rimmed hat adorned with a large piece of fluff, a long, black cloak, and his cross necklace and sword. He is easily compared to the real-life pirate Bartholomew Roberts, AKA Black Bart, who also donned a crimson overcoat, a wide brimmed hat with a red feather, and a diamond cross attached to a gold chain around his neck. Mihawk travels around in a coffin-shaped raft with two green-flamed candles, a single black sail, and a single seat. The fact that he can traverse across the unforgiving oceans, as well as the Grand Line itself, in such a meager craft is yet another testament to his abilities.

Lucario is a bipedal, canine-like Pokémon, with fur that is predominantly blue and black. It possesses a short, round spike on the back of each forepaw, in addition to a third on its chest. It has red eyes, a long snout and ears. When its mouth is open, two pairs of pointed teeth, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower, can be seen. It possesses cream-colored fur on its torso, and blue fur on its thighs that resembles shorts. 
It has a medium length tail of the same blue color as well and stands on its toes rather than on its entire foot. It has developed four black appendages that hang down from its head, which rise when Lucario reads or manipulates aura, a special energy that it senses. Lucario can study this energy to predict the movements of their opponents and track their quarry. They also have the power to manipulate this energy in an offensive manner, in the form of explosive spheres of energy. Lucario can understand human speech, and have been reported to communicate with humans through telepathy.

One of the truly interesting main characters in the series, Hyoga appears calm, collected, and unemotional. Beneath the surface, however, he is passionate and devoted to his ideals.

The one person that forever lives in Hyoga mind is his deceased mother. She died when Hyoga was still very young, having drowned during the shipwreck of a doomed cruise. The ship sunk into the icy ocean, where the extreme cold kept Hyoga's mother from rigor mortis. Throughout the Sanctuary arc, Hyoga is shown to visit his mother periodically by diving into the waters.

The sheriff and mayor of Cocoyashi Village (Coco Village in the 4kids version), which is Nami's home town. He is like a father figure to Nami and Nojiko since they were kids and he knew their adoptive mother, Bellemere, quite well. He also kept the town together after Arlong took over the island, making sure everyone was safe and able to pay their tax.

Genzo wears a pinwheel on his hat because he used it to make Nami laugh when she was a baby (this pinwheel also inspired an attack for Luffy during their fight with Arlong). He played a role in rescuing Luffy after Arlong threw him into the ocean. All of Genzo's scars are from his first encounter with Arlong when he tried to stop him from taking Nami, Arlong made Kuroobi cut every part of his body with a sword. He was also almost killed by Arlong for hoarding novelty swords, until Usopp saved him. Genzo's pinwheel inspired Nami's new tattoo--a pinwheel to represent him with a tangerine to represent Bellemere. After Nami sails off with Luffy and crew, Genzo says he no longer needs his pinwheel, placing it by Bellemere's grave. The origin of the pinwheel is then revealed. Bell-Mere said that Nami cried when she saw Genzo because he looked scary, but then Genzo put his pinwheel on to make Nami laugh. It is revealed later in the manga that Luffy is very interested in the pinwheel (this inspires a new attack for Luffy, Gomu Gomu No Pinwheel), not even noticing the Navy who are trying to find Nami, just Genzo's pinwheel. However, this could be a put down in reference to Luffy's simple-mindedness. He threatens Luffy that if he finds out that he made Nami cry, he'll come after him. However, Luffy lived up to that promise, as Nami's sister, Nojiko pointed out. 

Genzo appears again later, and is outraged by Nami's wanted poster, wherein she is in a bikini, saying she'll get more suitors than bounty hunters, yet has blown it up poster-sized hanging in his house.


Kumadori (クマドリ, Kumadori) is one of the last members of CP9 to be revealed, and is recognizable by his large frame, huge mane of pinkish hair, and a right eye that never seems to be open. He seems to honor the samurai honor code very heavily as he comically attempts to take his own life after dishonoring himself. As he accepts the blame for nearly anything, even faults of others, this happens quite often in his appearances. Before he commits seppuku, however, he instinctively uses tekkai every time, unintentionally saving his own life.    He seems to have strong feelings for his deceased mother, beginning to sob, even while fighting, at the very thought of her. He claims her &quot;divine protection&quot; is the reason for his failed suicide-attempts. These dramatic statements are somewhat undercut by Oda&#039;s revelation that his mother is in fact alive, and working as an assassin. [3] He claims to dislike lies, though he seems to have no trouble with melodramatic stories. Kumadori is a sennin (仙人, a type of hermit in Japanese mythology who can control even their body&#039;s autonomic functions, as well as live forever, similar to fellow Shonen Jump character Jiraiya of the popular series Naruto), which explains his sudden weight gain/loss as well as the ability to control his hair.    Kumadori is a very loud character, and utters very few sentences not written in bolded fonts and ending with exclamation marks. He has the strange habit of yelling something resembling &quot;YOYOI!!&quot; rather often. He tends to repeat or draw out syllables and words in the manner of kabuki actors. Kumadori&#039;s name most likely comes from the Japanese word kumadori (隈取り, a type of makeup used for kabuki), as his features look very similar to those of kabuki actors in their makeup. His body positions (especially his penchant for holding one hand out in front of him) are also reminiscent of mie poses, and his vocal inflection is similar to that of kabuki actors. His fighting abilities seem to revolve around controlling his hair, using it to grab his enemies and attacking them. He also has a shakujō that he occasionally uses in battle. He also has a penchant for spouting off haiku when fighting.    Kumadori was originally fighting with Nami, who was at a severe disadvantage. However, Chopper appeared and helped Nami (after Nami had already stolen Kumadori&#039;s key) to escape, becoming Kumadori&#039;s opponent. Despite Kumadori&#039;s advantage of being a sennin, Chopper consumed a third Rumble Ball, and his subsequent &quot;Monster Point&quot; form severely injured Kumadori and threw him all the way back to the courthouse.

Johnny is happy-go-lucky, much like Yosaku. Jonny tends to be the more serious of the pair, though he acts being silly around Yosaku from time to time. Johnny is also dimwitted to some extent. He also has a huge cowardly side to him, as seen when he willingly abandoned Zoro to run off to safety with Usopp.

Sugoroku Mutou is the grandfather of Yugi Mutou, who gave him his famous Millennium Puzzle as a present, which he had recovered from the tomb of the Pharaoh Atem in his youth. He owns the Kame Game shop, where Yugi and his friends get several of the games they play, and he taught Katsuya Jonouchi how to play the Duel Monsters card game. His fondness for games is even evident in his name: &quot;Sugoroku&quot; is a Japanese game similar to Backgammon.

Judai's rival, Jun is always wanting to defeat Judai. He despises Judai and wants to take the place as &quot;King Of Games&quot;. His family is very rich and he was able to win several championship matches before he went to Duel Academy.    Like Judai, he can see the duel monster spirits. In the anime, his Duel Monster spirits are the Ojama Trio (Ojama Black, Ojama Yellow and Ojama Green) while in the manga his duel monster spirit is Light and Darkness dragon.
