Jousuke Tsunami is a surfer who lived in the South Seas in Japan, specifically Okinawa. He is completely passionate about the sea.  When he meets the team Inazuma Eleven discover the wonders of football, and he ends up being a player whose team is later defeated by them. After some confusion with the Aliea Academy, Tsunami officially joins the Inazuma Caravan.  His special techniques are: [Season two] Tsunami Boost and the Perfect Tower (with Touko and Kogure) [Season three] The Typhoon and The Tube.

The main character, Endou Mamoru, is a very talented goalkeeper and the grandson of one of the strongest goalkeepers in Japan, who died before he was born. Even though his skills are incredible his school lacks a real soccer club as the 6 other members don't appear very interested even in training. But as soon as a mysterious forward called Gouenji moves to Endou's town, the young goalkeeper sets out to find and recruit members for his soccer team.<br><br>

The "Inazuma Legend Japan" that won the FFI one day and the "New Inazuma Eleven", that played through the Holy Road Tournament are having an exhibition match. But suddenly a  lot of little objects appear and start attacking the stadium. They were the little robots "LBX", a technology never saw before in that world. Tenma and his friends try to respond to the attack, but the little robots continue to appear one after another, until Yamano Ban appears to save them. The strongest soccer team and the strongest LBX army are now united, and a fierce battle is about to begin!
