A Martian pilot and soldier fighting for the UFE. Rayet is a member of a group of Martians that were ordered to stay behind on Earth, alongside her father Wolf Areash, after the first Earth-Mars War in order to assassinate Princess [Asseylum Vers Allusia](https://anilist.co/character/88175/Asseylum-Vers-Allusia). After the operation however, all members of the group except Rayet were killed by [Sir Trillram](https://anilist.co/character/88438/Trillram) in order to hide all evidence. Rayet being the only survivor and orphan, Sir Trillram tries to kill Rayet to fully tie all loose ends until she finds refuge with [Inaho](https://anilist.co/character/88173/Inaho-Kaizuka) and his friends who are unaware of Rayet's background. She has a strong hatred towards the Vers Empire and seeks revenge for her father's death.

Rayet is a cold individual who stays cool in stressful situations and acts in a very calm manner. She doesn't seem to express many emotions even after witnessing the death of her father and comrades. Prior to her father's death, Rayet was a cheerful and energetic girl who deeply loved her father, the exact opposite of her present personality. Although born a Martian, she considers all Martians her enemies and wonders how Princess Asselyum is able to live alongside humans.

Although having the age and appearance of a young girl, she has a lot of knowledge about  Martian and Earth machinery/weaponry. She shows that she is also able to drive vehicles, properly use firearms, and pilot a Kataphrakt.

In 1972, the Apollo 17 mission found a hypergate to Mars on the surface of the moon. Upon landing, astronauts discovered a enchanted utility later referred to as 'Aldnoah', giving the astronauts a status of superiority. Soon, many humans have relocated to Mars, and have adapted to the name 'Martians'. After Princess Asseylum, a royal Martian princess, descends onto Earth in an attempt to create a treaty between both planets, a war breaks out between Earth and Mars, and Martian soldiers begin to descend from the sky, riding steel giants, intent on exterminating humanity.

Sachika's voice acting career began after winning the "KADOKAWA×UP-FRONT STYLE Idol Seiyuu Audition 2008" competition in February 2009. She debuted by voicing Yuri Gamagori in the anime Shangri-La.

Sachika's hobbies includes choral singing, watching comedy shows, poetry, and playing electric guitar. She is also very good friends with [Sumire Uesaka](https://anilist.co/staff/109441/Sumire-Uesaka) (whom she has called "my waifu") and [Ayaka Ohashi](https://anilist.co/staff/110903/Ayaka-Ohashi), two fellow seiyuu in the Bang Dream franchise. Sachika's favorite anime are Mobile Suit Gundam 00 and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and she admires both [Maaya Sakamoto](https://anilist.co/staff/95090/Maaya-Sakamoto) and [Yukari Tamura](https://anilist.co/staff/95027/Yukari-Tamura).
