One of the more outspoken members of the SDF and, at first, one of Manabu&#039;s biggest dissidents. The two of them eventually learns to get along once Manabu learn about Bruce&#039;s past and how all of his partners have met with untimely deaths, and then later, when Manabu is forced to shoot an escaped convict to save the life of Yuki Sexaroid, the SDF medic.     ~!He is later killed after saving a woman from being assaulted and/or raped by basically being shot in the back by the same people who tried to rape the woman.!~

The story begins on planet Destiny, which claimed to be where the center of the Universe is, where all the terminals of "The Galaxy Railways" are gathered. The main character, Yuuki Manabu (20 years old), carrying on his dead Father and Brother`s will, joined SDF (Space Defense Force) to protect the safety of the Galaxy Railways. SDF, in order to uphold the reputation of maintaining the best transportation schedules within the Universe, deals with accidents, natural disasters, rescue operations, space pirates along all lines of the railway. Layla Destiny Shura is a mysterious beauty unifying SDF and all lines on The Galaxy Railways. <br><br>
She possesses the ability to see the destiny of planets, human beings and living things. Even though possessing such powers, she, being a "Guardian of Destiny", is unable to tell passengers leaving this station what difficulties lies ahead of them. However, appearances of those who uses evil powers to change the destinies of these travelers triggers another of her hidden ability. "Destiny is changed by the individual`s oneself. Tomorrow`s happiness is grabbed by the individual`s own hands." In what manner will Yuuki`s destiny be seen by Layla? And, how will Yuuki deal with his destiny amidst the greatest crisis approaching The Galaxy Railways?<br><br>

Koyasu is the most prolific voice actor in the industry, having been credited for over 700 roles as of April 2022.

Growing up, Koyasu skipped out on going to school to watch movies at home because he wanted to become an actor. It wasn’t until later that he became interested in voice acting after having seen [Galaxy Express 999](https://anilist.co/anime/1491/). After graduation he entered a voice acting school. In 1988, he made his voice acting debut, and got his first regular role a year later voicing [Gai](https://anilist.co/character/13374/) in [Tenkuu Senki Shurato](https://anilist.co/anime/2113/).

Though having voiced more characters in the medium than anyone else, he is probably most known for his role as [Dio Brando](https://anilist.co/character/4004/) in [JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure](https://anilist.co/anime/14719/). He has stated that he likes playing villainous characters.

Koyasu has taken over many of [Kaneto Shiozawa](https://anilist.co/staff/95424/)’s roles after Shiozawa’s passing.
