He is the head-master of the Racing Tsuchiya Factory and the person who gave Retsu and Go their cars. He is in constant &quot;fights&quot; with Dr.Ogami, another mini 4WD car producer.  In his childhood, he had dreams of being a jet-plane pilot and an egineer. He produced the Super Avante, a prototype for all the Saber series.  

Based on the manga by Tetsuhiro Koshita, Bakusou Kyoudai Let's &amp; Go!! has 2 main seasons evolving around the Go brothers and the TRF Victorys. The 3rd season, Bakusou Kyoudai Let's &amp; Go!! MAX evolves more around 2 new main characters, but the primary idea is the same...Racing! 
Let's &amp; Go!! focused on Retsu and Go Seiba, two young brothers who recieve racing cars called "Mini 4WD" by Dr. Tsuchia. From there on, the series portraits those two boys, training and costumizing parts to later on participate on Japans Cup, where all of Japans racers enter to be the best of the best!

Oldimar Raul Schlosser is a Brazilian actor, voice actor and dubbing director.

In 2015, Raul completely retired from the dubbing industry to deal with personal issues related to his health. He only returned to the profession in 2023, having been active since then.

After the 1st season, Retsu and Go have now formed a team called "TRF Victorys" which Tokichi Mikuni, J and Ryo Takaba are part of, together they aim for the Worlds Cup.
