Ikkaku Madarame is the 3rd Seat of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. His captain is Kenpachi Zaraki.  In terms of his attitude, Ikkaku is a stereotypical 11th Division member — violent, fight-loving, and rude. This has been noted by Tetsuzaemon Iba, among others. He loves fighting so much that he is unwilling to travel anywhere without a sword, resorting to carrying a wooden one when posing as a student at Ichigo Kurosaki's school. However, Ikkaku does have a sense of loyalty and responsibility unlike many of the lower-ranked 11th Division members, and is fiercely loyal to his captain, under whose command he wishes to die.  Ikkaku shares many personality traits with his division's captain, Kenpachi Zaraki, which explains why they seem to have so much respect for each other.

Shin-chan's favorite superhero is in the tokusatsu within the cartoon.

Cell is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, followed by Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. He is the ultimate creation of the scientist Dr. Gero, cloned from the cells of several characters from the series. As a result of the cloning, Cell is labeled the "perfect warrior", possessing genetic and even personality traits and abilities from almost all of the Dragon Ball characters. Jiraiya is one of the three powerful ninjas originated from Konoha (village hidden in the leaves) and trained by the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. His two team mates were Tsunade and Orochimaru. Later on, they became known as the Legendary Three Ninja, also known as "Sannin".

Jiraiya is also a full-pledged pervert. He adores good looking women and gets distracted by their sight often. He often gives the reason that he is doing research for his writing. Amongst other traits, he is a toad-tamer, with the ability to summon powerful toads at will to aid him in battle. He holds a key part in teaching and training Naruto.

Sakaki is the Rocket Team Boss and a former Tokiwa City Gym Leader. He is a very ambitious man and is intolerant of failure. Sakaki is shown to have access to vast wealth and resources. The money probably comes from Rocket Team's main source of income — the profit of selling stolen Pokémon. Sakaki also gains a lot of money from smuggling Pokémon, Pokéball trafficking, and other crime rackets. He has Rocket Tean operations in both Kanto and Johto. He rarely meets people in person, as he prefers to communicate with his underlings via telecommunications.

Sakaki serves much of the same role as he does in the games, although he now has Matis, Natsume, and Kyou as subordinates. However, Sakaki is much more ruthless than his other counterparts. ~!Like in the games, he is the father of Silver.!~

The holder of the Millennium Rod. Marik's family has guarded the tomb of the pharaoh for generations. He attempts to obtain the three God Cards through his secret organization, GHOULS, and become Pharaoh himself. Marik seeks to send the Pharaoh's soul into the darkness in which he had to spend his childhood.

He is the head-master of the Racing Tsuchiya Factory and the person who gave Retsu and Go their cars. He is in constant &quot;fights&quot; with Dr.Ogami, another mini 4WD car producer.  In his childhood, he had dreams of being a jet-plane pilot and an egineer. He produced the Super Avante, a prototype for all the Saber series.  

Considered to be the strongest Captain in the Gotei 13, Yamamoto is depicted as an old man with a long beard. There are many scars on his torso and head, suggesting numerous battles in his past. He wears the standard Shinigami Captain uniform, but its size is greatly exaggerated. He also drapes his haori over his back instead of actually wearing it. Despite his old age, he has a very muscular body. As the general of Gotei 13, Yamamoto is highly respected by many Shinigami, most notably Komamura Sajin, who views Yamamoto as a benefactor who saved his life. He has a fiery temper, and like fellow Captains Byakuya Kuchiki and Soi Fon, he believes that laws must be executed for the benefit of the community and despises those who break the rules. General Yamamoto founded the Shinigami Academy about 2000 years before the main Bleach storyline. Yamamoto was himself a teacher at this academy, and personally instructed Kyouraku and Ukitake. He admits to being rather proud of Ukitake and Kyouraku. When they became Captains, he &quot;boasted about them as though they were his own sons.&quot; It has been revealed that he had ordered Urahara Kisuke to stabilize the Garganta gate so that Captains can pass through, and has sent 4 Captains so far to back up Ichigo&#039;s team.    Yamamoto&#039;s Zanpakutou is Ryuujin Jakka (Flowing Blade like Flame, Viz: Flowing Flame Blade). It is the oldest and most powerful fire-based Zanpakutou, and has greater attack power than all other Zanpakutou in the Soul Society. In sealed form, it is disguised as Yamamoto&#039;s staff, which disintegrates into a sword on command. Its Shikai command is &quot;reduce the whole of creation to smoldering ashes&quot;. When released, Ryuujin Jakka and the area around Yamamoto is consumed in flame. The sheer power of the flame can disintegrate almost anything the sword is waved at. Only powerful fighters such as Kyouraku and Ukitake can resist it. Even in its Shikai, Ryuujin Jakka&#039;s power is enough to fight against two other Captains&#039; Shikai simultaneously. His abilities as a Shinigami are no doubt powerful, as he was able to bring 8th Division Lieutenant Nanao Ise to her knees and immobilize her by looking at her and releasing his spiritual pressure. He was also able to fight on par with two of the most powerful Captains, Shunsui Kyouraku and Jūshirō Ukitake, for a decent period of time without any sign of injury, while they both came away with minor wounds.

In the beginning of the series, Isshin is portrayed as a silly, fight-loving father who takes a keen interest in what his children are doing, but does it either offensively or with an all-too-happy tone, which elicits comical reactions from his kids, usually in the form of a kick. Isshin also seems to enjoy making fun of Ichigo and has a tendency to talk to the large memorial poster of his late wife Masaki, which he has pinned up in their kitchen, whenever he feels particularly emotional. Isshin is a big fan of Don Kanonji&#039;s TV show. Despite his outrageous guise, however, Isshin can be serious and grim at times. On the date of Masaki&#039;s death, Isshin smokes a single cigarette in front of her grave, since she thought it made him look cool (she said it when they were dating). He reflects that it was the first and last time she ever complimented his appearance. He also told Ichigo that he shouldn&#039;t blame himself for his mother&#039;s death because she gave her life to protect him. 

~!In addition, during his confrontation with the arrancar Grand Fisher and the subsequent chat with Kisuke Urahara, he remains completely serious (aside from a short argument between him and Kon about his parenting, and another, albeit short, between him and Urahara after the latter likens him to his son). Isshin appears to be an associate of Kisuke Urahara and possesses knowledge of Sōsuke Aizen&#039;s alliance with the Menos. He mentions in his conversation with Urahara that he encountered arrancar about ten years before the main storyline, though they were nowhere near as complete as Fisher. He also reveals to Kon that he has been aware of Ichigo&#039;s shinigami activities and Kon&#039;s substitutions since Grand Fisher&#039;s first attack. He also notes that he has never called Kon &quot;Ichigo&quot; while Kon is in Ichigo&#039;s body and that the traveling charm he gave Ichigo before he went to rescue Rukia was actually for Kon (it&#039;s a protection talisman). This shows the sensitivity and propriety that he possesses of his role as Ichigo&#039;s father, which is rarely portrayed in the series. Isshin also shares a relationship with Ryūken Ishida not unlike that of their sons. When Ryūken discovers his son is missing, Isshin pays him a visit and the two chat about their respective styles of parenting. It is then revealed that Ryūken was aware of Isshin&#039;s status, and he comments on Isshin&#039;s powers. The Bleach Official Animation Book VIBEs states that the two have some prior history together, and that they have been acquaintances for quite some time. It can also be noted they both are doctors, Isshin runs a clinic while Ryūken runs a hospital. There have been hints that the two cooperate on a professional level, with Isshin handling minor cases, and occasionally requesting aid from Ryūken.!~

Recoome is a large, muscular human-like alien with red hair. He is the most flamboyant member of the Ginyu Special Corps, seen striking poses more often in battle than Commander Ginyu himself, and generally behaving in a deceptively goofy manner. Reacoom is a sadistic fighter though, and enjoys toying with his opponents and egging them on with taunts before killing them.      ~!Though fought with great difficulty by Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta, Reacoom is overcome by Goku with one hit. Later, after Vegeta kills Butta, he also kills Reacoom, completely destroying his body with a huge ki blast. Reacoom would then fight Yamcha in an afterlife filler and lose to him. Cui is one of Frieza&#039;s henchmen. He is a rather cocky fellow who easily underestimates many of his enemies.

Anime: Chuck made his only anime appearance in Machoke, Machoke Man!. Ash and his friends met a man roughhousing with a Machoke. After following him, Ash discovered that the man was Chuck, Gym Leader of the Cianwood Gym. Even though he is the Fighting master, he gets tired easily as he is a little fat. His wife continually makes fun of him because of this. He is positive-minded and emotional and has a tendency to break out into tears if happy. His battle technique is to battle with his Pokémon to improve their concentration.   Later Chuck and Ash had their battle for a Storm Badge. Ash used Pikachu who got defeated by Chuck's Poliwrath. Ash then used Bayleef who defeated Poliwrath and Machoke.   It was later revealed that Brawly, the Dewford Town Gym Leader, used to be one of the many students of Chuck.   Manga: Chuck taught Blue martial arts and how to train Pokémon when the boy was very young.   He initially was training for a battle with Wayne in his first appearance. He then noticed something amiss when he found his sandbags and Wayne's jacket slashed, but then he met Suicune, and with help from Wayne. He figured out that it was the cause of the jacket and sandbags and attempted to catch it with Wayne, but to no avail as previous Gym Leaders such as Clair had tried to do.   (Source: bulbapedia)

Raoul Contesta (Japanese: コンテスタ Contesta) is a character in the Pok&eacute;mon anime. He is a Pok&eacute;mon Contest judge.    Contesta is the main contest judge, and also the Pok&eacute;mon Contest director. He is usually the first one to comment on the Pok&eacute;mon, and the one who offers advice to the Coordinators. When May kept forcing her Bulbasaur to continue battling in Cruisin&#039; for a Losin&#039;, Contesta yelled at her for not knowing when to stop the battle, and criticized her for not caring about her Pok&eacute;mon. King Vegeta was the king of the Saiyans, and is mentioned several times in the manga, however only appears in filler episodes and movies. Believed to have been the strongest Saiyan, in the manga, it was said that he had been surpassed by his own child, also named Vegeta. Before the attack on Planet Vegeta, he realized that Freeza was afraid of the Saiyans, and he coordinated an assault on Freeza. According to the anime filler, his attempt to attack Freeza failed as he was easily killed. The Saiyan elites that followed were also defeated by Freeza. In the movie Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, he ordered both Broly and his father Paragus&#039; to be killed, because he was afraid of Broly&#039;s abnormally high power.    King Vegeta is only seen in the anime special, the film Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, and in some original scenes in the anime series. His appearance is never shown nor described in the manga, but he is mentioned briefly in a dialogue from Freeza to Vegeta in the original manga.    *Wikipedia

Folken Fanel is Van Fanel's older and only brother. Folken abandoned Fanelia after being sent out to retrieve a drag-energist as his right of passage to becoming king. He joined forces with Emperor Dornkirk and the Zaibach Empire in hopes of ending war. He is torn between his roles as commander and brother, a conflict which is show throught the story.  ~!(The Strategos or tactician of Zaibach, Folken is revealed to be Van's older brother and the original heir to Fanelia. After he failed to kill a dragon, he lost an arm to the beast and was later picked up by the Zaibach, who nursed him back to health under Dornkirk's instructions and fitted him with a mechanical arm. He originally joined the empire in hopes of realizing Zaibach's ideals of a world free of war...)!~  For all that Folken seems like a rather heartless, robotic devote of Zaibach's regime, he reveals himself to be a profoundly brilliant and compassionate man. He is an engineer, a sorcerer, a chemist, and a strategist of a caliber paralleled only by Dornkirk himself. He truly does think that what he is doing is for the greater good.

Gansley, known as Konosuke Oshita in the Japanese version, is the former vice-president of KaibaCorp and the leader as well as the founder of the Big Five.   Gansley is obsessed with business, and as such refers to his monsters as employees. In the Japanese version, he quotes various warlords and philosophers on how to build a successful army. In the English dub, he gives Yugi Muto advice on business.  In the Japanese version, Gansley knows of Yami Yugi's existence and refers to Yugi as Type-A and Yami Yugi as Type-B Yugi. In the English version, Gansley shows no knowledge of Yami Yugi. 

An old friend of Hayami when he was in the Naval Academy, Kastuma was a sort of upperclassmen that worked with him on the Grampus. He went to the North Pole with Hayami on some sort of secret mission, but was attacked and rescued his friend before they were engaged by Zorndyke's fleet. He was thought to be dead, and Hayami blamed himself for it.   Years later he is found once again, the only man to have escaped from Zorndyke, but at a price. Now a half human, half aquatic mutant, he dwindles between humanity and becoming one of Zorndyke's hybrids. Despite this he still functions as a sort of living map, that the No. 6 wishes to use to bypass Zorndyke's fortress. Until then, he has been put into a metal, water-filled capsule to survive in. Tokagero is a 600 year old spirit from the same time as Amidamaru. He was a thief who was eventually killed by Amidamaru and because he wanted revenge he was not able to pass on. Because of his hatred he eventually turned his skin lizard green. During his life time he became infamous and even gained his own fighting style called Tokage Kenpo (Lizard Style). He always calls himself a nasty villain but is in reality a big softie who only misses the comfort of a mother&#039;s care.    

When he was alive, Tokagero was a thief that was born into poverty. Tokagero was forced to eat his own dead mother to survive. He then became a thief ambushing people. An ancient bandit, he stole everything--money, food, lives and even more so. He led a horde of bandits who terrorized the area 600 years ago.    

There was a hill Tokagero and his group used as a hideout, but one day Amidamaru passed by and was ambushed by them. However, being the stronger one, Amidamaru killed Tokagero and his group.     

In the modern age Tokagero attacks Asakura Yoh and his friends in order to get revenge on Amidamaru, who does not recall him at all. Through Kyoyama Anna research, they learn that he is an obscure historical figure who was killed by Amidamaru. Tokagero possesses Yoh&#039;s friend Umemiya Ryunosuke &quot;Wooden Sword&quot; Ryu and uses him to steal the Harusame (Sword of Light) from the museum and attack Yoh and Amidamaru. The fight that ensues forces Yoh and Amidamaru to break the Harusame in order to save Ryu&#039;s life.    

Yoh appeals to Tokagero and allows him to possess him instead of Ryu, who is just an innocent bystander, because Yoh believes that Tokagero is not as evil as he claims. Togakero does so, with the supposed intention of killing Yoh in the process, but finds he does not have the heart to and leaves Yoh&#039;s body peacefully.
