While trying to escape from a Pokémon Hunter, Celebi stumbled across Sam, who was out looking for Pokémon. Just as the hunter was about to capture the Pokémon, it teleported with Oak and ended up in the time of Ash and his friends.   However, there was still danger in the present, this time from a Team Rocket member known as the Iron-Masked Marauder. Using a Dark Ball, the Iron-Masked Marauder captured Celebi to use for his own evil plans. With the help of Ash and the others, Celebi was set free from the Iron-Masked Marauder. However, it looked very grim for Celebi, who wasn't able to heal itself in the lake where it had healed before.   Fortunately, many other Celebi from the past and future came to heal their friend. Once Celebi was healed, it was able to go back to the past and take Sammy with it.   Celebi also made an appearance in Pokémon Chronicles. In Celebi and Joy, Celebi took Ritchie back in time to help stop the destruction of a Pokémon Center.

40 years ago, a Celebi was being attacked by a Pokémon Hunter. Luckily, a young boy named Sammy saved Celebi. Using its Time Traveling power, Celebi transported himself and Sammy 40 years into the future. There, Ash, Misty, and Brock assist Sammy to the healing lake in the forest so they can heal the wounded Celebi. Unfortunately an evil Team Rocket member, Viscious a.k.a. "The Iron Masked Marauder", tries to capture Celebi using his technology. As Ash and Co. try to get away from Viscious, they also run into Jessie, James, and Meowth, who also want to capture Celebi. Soon it becomes a race against time to get Celebi and Sammy back to the forest before Celebi is caught and is used to destroy the forest and themselves.

The story is set in Okoya Forest, a Pokémon paradise protected by strict rules that forbid outsiders from setting foot inside. The film centers on Coco, a boy who was raised by Pokémon and also considers himself as one, treating the Mythical Pokémon Zarude as his father. Ash and Pikachu encounter Coco during an adventure. The film focuses on the theme of a "human raised by Pokémon," instead of the previous films' focus of the "bond between a human trainer and their Pokémon."

Daniel Arsham × Pokémon collabrative animation. This animated short is directed by Kunihiko Yuyama (chief director of the original Pocket Monsters anime) and was initially shown off at Daniel Arsham's "A Ripple in Time" art exhibition in Tokyo.

Mr. Crow, a mysterious man, gathers 3 boys who love Pokémon. Katsuya is the main character, who wants to be stronger. He travels along Toki, who is experienced at traveling, and Soto, a Pokémaniac who wants to catch'em all. 
These characters travel alongside the Pokémon World resolving mysteries (almost of them regarding legendary Pokémon) and helping people.

Pokemon Getto Daze! is a comedy-adventure series about a Pokemon trainer named Shuu, who can communicate with his Pokemon, such as his Pikachu, through a headset. The series is mostly composed of short stories about his attempts to make up for his lackluster skills in capturing Pokemon.
