Looker made his debut appearance in Frozen on Their Tracks. Ash and his friends met Looker while taking a train leading to Lake Acuity, and decided to help him distribute lunch boxes which he has bought too many of. He decided to investigate the reason behind the signal which caused the train to stop and discovered it was the doing of Team Galactic.  He appeared again in Gateway to Ruin!, investigating Team Galactic's activities in Mt. Coronet, as well as disguising himself as a grunt to blend in.  Looker made another appearance in Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, having been captured by Team Galactic and held at the Fuego Ironworks. In DP152 Team Galactic members were arrested by him.  Looker had built an alliance with Team Rocket while trying to take down Team Galactic. Jessie, James, and Meowth like to refer to him as Boxed-Lunch Guy (Japanese: Mr. Lunchbox) because he gave them boxed lunches while on the Ampharos Train. That simple act left them extremely loyal to him. 

As with both the Advanced Generation and Diamond &amp; Pearl series before it, the Best Wishes! series begins with only Ash Ketchum, headed off to the Unova region, located far away from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, with his Pikachu. After he meets up with the new trainer and rival Trip and the region's Professor Juniper, he gains traveling companions in Iris, a girl from a town known for its Dragon Pok&eacute;mon, and Cilan, Pok&eacute;mon Connoisseur and the Grass Pok&eacute;mon specialist of the three Straition City Gym Leaders.

Kaiji Tang is an American voice actor working primarily in Los Angeles. Kaiji was primarily known to the majority of anime fans as one of the panelists on AnimeTV until he made the transition into voice over acting and had his first major role as the unusual character of Sputnik in Kite Liberator. He has gone on to play roles such as Shiro Takamachi and Graf Eisen in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's along with Colbert and Derflinger in The Familiar of Zero. He has also had minor roles in shows such as Flag, Karas, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Tweeny Witches. Kaiji is also a commercial actor with credits such as the 2007 Garmin commercial with Yao Ming and Discovery Channel's Manday Discovery lineup.

Keiji Fujiwara was a Japanese actor and voice actor.

Even though he was born in Tokyo, he spent the majority of his childhood in Iwate Prefecture. In high school, he handled vocals in a band he formed with his friend Kotaro Furuichi, future guitarist of rock band The Collectors.

At around 18 years of age, he moved back to Tokyo on his own and joined the Bungakuza acting school. He spent the 1980s performing in several theater troupes while working odd jobs. Fujiwara was introduced to his first voice acting agency, Ken Production, in the early 1990s. The first TV anime in which he appeared as a regular was [Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi](https://anilist.co/anime/970/), but his breakout role was [Hiroshi Nohara](https://anilist.co/character/33466/) in [Crayon Shin-chan](https://anilist.co/anime/966/).

In November 2006, he left Ken Production and founded his own agency, Air Agency. In August 2016, Air Agency announced that he was going on hiatus in order to undergo medical treatment for a then-unspecified illness. He officially resumed work in June 2017. On April 16, 2020, Air Agency announced that Fujiwara had passed away due to cancer on April 12, 2020.
