Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, Kuriza. 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by Goku, who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler Trunks. A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: Cell, a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." In Toriyama's out-of-continuity parody of his earlier work Neko Majin Z, Freeza sends his henchman Vegeta on errand to retrieve his missing son on Earth.!~

Frieza lookalike from Universe 6. Surprisingly respectful and civil demeanor when compared to Frieza, appears to be a benevolent humanitarian, as opposed to Frieza's thirst for conquest. Frost portrays himself as a gentleman who respects his opponents while in combat. He does seem to have somewhat of a cocky side as he suggested to Goku after he overpowered him after his first transformation that he surrender lest he suffer more pain, claiming to be a pacifist as he even noted that he would rather avoid killing if at all possible. Similarly to Goku, Frost enjoys playing around with his opponents and testing them before using his full strength. Despite this, he is not so arrogant as to view himself as invincible, openly admitting to when he believes an individual can challenge his might. 

~!In the anime, however, in truth Frost is just like his tyrannical counterpart from the seventh universe, with Vegeta noting that no matter the universe "Frieza is still Frieza". Despite being the one to stop wars, he is also the one who discreetly starts them—only to "heroically" stop them in order to gain good publicity, and also so that he can buy out the war torn lands at a cheaper price. He is also a dirty fighter—using poison to gain an advantage when he is losing. Therefore, he is shown to be much more shrewd and cunning than Frieza, where he was able to fool almost everyone he meets, providing a fake image of a benevolent leader. Also like Frieza, Frost is shown to possess psychopathic qualities, seeing as how he takes sadistic pleasure in torturing Roshi, similar to how Frieza revels in the suffering of others. !~

Number 493 - Arceus, Alpha Pok&eacute;mon    Arceus made its debut in Arceus and the Jewel of Life. It was angry at the people of Michina Town for Damos&#039;s unwitting betrayal of it in ancient times, and so attempted to destroy the land. When Ash and his friends are teleported by Dialga to ancient times, they directly influence the event, changing the future for the better so that Arceus will stop its destruction.     In Battle Finale of Legend!, although Arceus is neither seen nor named, the Red Chain is said to contain the power of &#039;The Original One&#039;. Using the Red Chain, Cyrus takes control of Dialga and Palkia by causing a red ring similar to the one surrounding Arceus&#039; body to appear around their bodies.

Blader DJ (Also known as DJ Jazzman) is the referee of the Beyblade manga, anime, and game series. Every Blader DJ is different in another country.   He is a cool announcer with a bandanna and appears throughout all the series of Beyblade. He calls the bladers to begin matches by saying the all important 3-second countdown phrase before saying "GO! Shoot!" in the Japanese version or "Let It Rip!" in the English version. He also comments on what's happening in the battle for the audience and viewers at home. At the end of Volume 14 of the manga, Daichi took over as the referee. Griamor is a Holy Knight who comes from a lineage of Holy Knights that have served the kingdom of Lyonesse for many generations. He is Veronica's bodyguard, and shows absolute loyalty towards her.  Griamor is a very tall and muscular individual who is at least twice the height of ordinary civilians, and has grey shoulder length hair. His attire consists of a single-spiked helmet, full leg armor and no upper body clothing, except a mysterious metal plate strapped around his chest with two straps. He also wears a glove on one hand and a sleeve-armor on the other arm. He, like many other Holy Knights, is heartless and cruel. Although he is ruthless, he shows absolute loyalty to Veronica and cannot allow himself to displease her, having started to serve her at a quite young age, even role-playing as a horse for her to ride on as a child.

Slader was kidnapped and raised as a child by savages who held no regard for his worth as a human. After being freed by the king of Liones he pledged loyalty and resolved to hunt down any who wronged the kingdom.

He is a member of Dawn Roar who holds a rivalry against Gowther of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Kai appears in the series as a "bad boy". Takao and Kai hate each other at the very beginning when they meet; Kai hates Takao because he loses the battle in front of him and because he thinks Takao is very picky, annoying and immature. Takao doesn't hate Kai, as he only wants to be one of Kai's friends, but that proves difficult, because of Kai's attitude to beyblading and life in general. With time, Kai became a BladeBreaker accepting Rei, Max, Takao &amp; Kyouju as his partners.   Being a natural leader, he is the leader of the Blade Sharks (which he leaves), BladeBreakers, Demolition Boys (Neo-borg). Betraying his friends countless times, it seems that the only thing that Kai wants is power, though, later, his reasons morph into wanting to beat Takao and only him. Having a hard childhood and no social contact have made him completely cold and indifferent to other people, though he begins to open up little by little.    But mostly, he's the kind of guy that always stays cool and quiet. That proves to be hard with Takao around whom he later sees as one of his closest friends. He develops certain friendships with his other team members but all in all his best friend would have to be Takao. 

Takeshi appeared primarily as an opponent to Satoshi in his debut episode; unlike later Gym Leaders, he requested to join Satoshi on his journey, aiming to be the world's greatest Pokémon Breeder.

Takeshi mainly provides an advisory role to the other main characters of the anime, being several years older than the rest of them. His knowledge of Pokémon battles is great, causing him to often referee matches between Satoshi and others. Takeshi also fancies himself as something of a ladies' man, though each time he hits on someone he is either rejected outright; pulled away by Kasumi or Masato; or, more recently, Poison Jabbed by his Gureggru.

Looker made his debut appearance in Frozen on Their Tracks. Ash and his friends met Looker while taking a train leading to Lake Acuity, and decided to help him distribute lunch boxes which he has bought too many of. He decided to investigate the reason behind the signal which caused the train to stop and discovered it was the doing of Team Galactic.  He appeared again in Gateway to Ruin!, investigating Team Galactic's activities in Mt. Coronet, as well as disguising himself as a grunt to blend in.  Looker made another appearance in Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, having been captured by Team Galactic and held at the Fuego Ironworks. In DP152 Team Galactic members were arrested by him.  Looker had built an alliance with Team Rocket while trying to take down Team Galactic. Jessie, James, and Meowth like to refer to him as Boxed-Lunch Guy (Japanese: Mr. Lunchbox) because he gave them boxed lunches while on the Ampharos Train. That simple act left them extremely loyal to him. 

Dino debuted in Reunion Battles In Nimbasa!, where he participated in the Club Battle tournament. His first opponent was Omega, who used a Patrat. Dino managed to defeat Omega using his Deerling which advanced him to the second round.

In The Club Battle Hearts of Fury: Emolga Versus Sawk!, he was paired with Antonio as his opponent in the second round. As Antonio chose to use Cottonee against Tranquill, Dino had no trouble battling him as he managed to defeat Antonio, moving on to the semi-final round. His opponent in that round was Ash where he chose Darumaka to go up against Ash's Palpitoad.

Their battle took place in the next episode, where his Darumaka was defeated by a single Hydro Pump from Ash's Palpitoad. As a result, Dino ended up getting eliminated from the tournament.

In Curtain Up, Unova League!, Dino competed in the Vertress Conference. In Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, he appeared on the screen showing the match-ups for the second round of the Conference, meaning he had made it through the first round. In Lost at the League!, he appeared once again on the screen of the Vertress Conference, now showing the match-ups for the last sixteen, meaning he had made it through the second and third rounds. In Strong Strategy Steals the Show!, it was revealed that he had made it through the fourth round as well.

In the quarterfinals, he battled Katharine and won in A Unova League Evolution!. In the semifinals, he was paired against Ramone and defeated him, thus advancing to the finals. There, he lost to Virgil, becoming the runner-up of the Vertress Conference. Afterward, he appeared once again during the closing ceremonies of the Vertress Conference.


Reggie is the older (and kinder) brother of Paul. Currently residing in Veilstone City as a breeder.    Reggie first appeared in Lost Leader Strategy!. During this meeting, he and Ash battled in a three-on-three match; although Ash&#039;s Staravia lost to his Swalot, Turtwig and Pikachu successfully defeated his Bibarel and Staraptor respectively.  Reggie has earned the 8 badges from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. He has also challenged the Battle Frontier and won six of the seven Frontier Symbols.    He decided to become a Breeder after failing to get the Brave Symbol, as revealed in Aiding the Enemy. Unlike his younger brother, he treats his Pok&eacute;mon with love and care and thanks them after working hard in a battle. This difference was also noted by Zoey who said that Paul and Reggie seemed like complete opposites.    In Crossing the Battle Line!, Reggie and his Staraptor helped Ash&#039;s Staravia to learn Brave Bird. He appeared again in Enter Galactic! where he used Paul&#039;s Electabuzz to help Ash fight Team Galactic.    He made a cameo appearance in Saving the World From Ruins!. He also appeared in A Pyramiding Rage!, where he watched his brother&#039;s battle against Brandon. In this episode Reggie&#039;s loss against Brandon, which was being watched by Paul, was shown in a flashback. Back then he was told by Brandon that he lacked a unique battle strategy which is why he gave up on being a Pok&eacute;mon Trainer. This incident is what caused Paul to be more focused on a Pok&eacute;mon&#039;s strength than anything else.    Reggie reappeared in Pedal to the Mettle! and Evolving Strategies! to watch the battle between Ash and Paul, which was suggested by him at the end of A Pyramiding Rage! to see how far the two Trainers have developed. 

Tougan finds Hareta washed up on the shore after having been defeated by Cyrus. Byron takes Hareta in and allows him to regain his strength before putting him through a rigorous training session similar to what he put Roark through years ago.
