Kou Taiki is the most intellectual. His abilities rival that of Ami Mizuno, though he considers her romantic notions foolish. Ami&#039;s appeal for him to see the good in dreaming does begin to have an effect, however. In combat with a phage, Star Maker is the first of the Starlights to willingly allow Sailor Moon to heal the monster rather than trying to kill it herself.    Like Yaten, Taiki believes that Seiya should stay away from Usagi after learning she is Sailor Moon, despite their wish, shared by Princess Kakyuu and the Guardian Senshi, for them all to work together. Like the R Season, SailorStars is divided into two arcs: 
The first arc solves some conflicts from the SuperS season, and also sees the return of the Outer Senshi, Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru (now reborn as a child). 
The second arc is the actual plot from the manga. Usagi bids farewell to Mamoru, who is going to America to study abroad. In his place comes the Three Lights, an idol trio consisting of three boys, Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten. The new enemy is Galaxia, a woman who desires to rule the entire galaxy by collecting the Star Seeds of humans. Three new Senshi appear, the Sailor Starlights, who also intend to stop Galaxia without Sailormoon's help.

Usagi Tsukino and her friends are living peaceful lives as ordinary high school students. Mamoru Chiba, Usagi's boyfriend, is headed to America to study abroad. At the airport, after Mamoru proposes to Usagi, he is then mysteriously extinguished by someone's hand. Unable to accept Mamoru's disppearance, Usagi hides her memory of that event. Meanwhile, Shadow Galactica, led by Sailor Galaxia, as well as Sailor Starlights appear in front of Usagi. Without knowing whether Sailor Starlights are allies or enemies, the Sailor Guardians are robbed of their Sailor Crystals, the source of their power, by almighty Sailor Galaxia, and are killed by one after another. In a hopeless situation, Usagi, as Eternal Sailor Moon, challenges Sailor Galaxia for the final battle.
