One of the Magnificent Ten of Big Fire. He is continually bridled by having to report directly to Genya on the current project. He does not trust how he is watched by Ko-Enshaku or Genya&#039;s methods. He himself, however, is blinded by his own hate for Taisou. Taisou cost him his eye and apparently one of his friends during the battle for the control over Giant Robo.

In episode one, Ginrei's dress is stolen, only to be used to fool the enemy. The second episode deals with a giant robot made exactly in her image. Finally, the third episode concerns Tetsugyu and Ginrei investigating a lost research team in a "wild west" desert setting.

10 years ago Dr. Shizuma and his colleagues invented the Shizuma drive which is a revolutionizing new form of renewable and recyclable energy. Though they had to pay a heavy price for their success in a catastrophic accident that the world only wants to forget about. However, all is not well as the secret organization Big Fire is hell-bent on taking over the world. They have obtained two of three mysterious Shizuma drive samples with an unknown function, which are an integral part of their world domination plans. The third sample has however been stolen by Dr. Shizuma who during his escape is saved by Daisaku, Giant Robo and the Experts of Justice. Then a desperate struggle begins between the Experts of Justice and Big Fire for the control of the last sample as Big Fire unleashes their mightiest weapon, the Eye of Volger, upon the unsuspecting world. Soon everything points towards the hidden truth behind the accident 10 years ago as the starting point of everything.

An alternate, slightly darker continuity of the Giant Robo OVA, featuring Daisaku Kusama amidst a power struggle between the International Police Organization (IPO) and the Magnificent Ten of Big Fire (BF group).

The story focuses on the exploits of Mars, a mysterious boy found on the uninhabited island Akinoshima by a news reporter. This classic manga series is by the same genius of Tetsujin 28 and Giant Robo.
