Hilary is Tyson and Kenny&#039;s classmate. She is also the class President. She loves to bully Tyson. Tyson calls her the &quot;Wicked Witch Of The 8th Grade&quot;, which usually earns Tyson a beating or punishment from her.    At first she thought Tyson useless, but when she and Kenny got kidnapped, she realised that Tyson wasn&#039;t as bad as she expected. After that she started hanging around them.    At first she couldn&#039;t see bitbeasts and it frustrated her to no end. And the guys too.     She and Tyson fight a lot, but they&#039;re also great friends. She&#039;s the coach of the team. In G-rev, she becomes their assistant coach as Hiro takes the main position.

Aestivalis pilot and rabid Gekigangar III fangirl, she was ejected from the L2 colony in a capsule which crashed into the Nadesico; making her way through the air ducts, she was directly over Akito's room as he was watching a tragic episode of Gekiganger. Rouge falls from the sky like an angel and lands right atop Yusuke; however, she is plagued with a case of amnesia. All she can recall is her name. Yusuke offers her a safe place while she attempts to regain her lost memories. In the meantime, she develops feelings for the high school boy. She tries her best to repay him by cooking him meals, doing chores, and helping him with the shopping.    

At one point she is kidnapped by a demon-like woman named Vega. Yusuke and Rouge’s two sisters, Kaiga & Meiga, go off to try and rescue her. They meet up with Vega who transports the three to the Underworld. There, Rouge is encased in a magical ball as her friends attempt to save her. It is revealed at this point that Rouge is the Princess of the Underworld. In the end, Vega tries to kill Yusuke. Rouge’s feelings well up inside her and she unleashes a hidden power to save him. This shows that she does have some sort of the connection with Kaiga & Meiga, and sheds some truth to the Princess of the Underworld theory.     

The four proceed to live together until the day she can regain her past---her bond with Yusuke only growing.

The sweet, innocent girl who actually narrates the whole story. She has strong faith in the pope and is his loyal servant and choir singer, who tried to abolish Fuse's religion. When Kai, the moment after his coronation, killed the pope, the power of her jewel emerged. Her jewel was actually the gem in her oddly shaped flute. Right after this, she is kidnapped and used as energy for Yatsufusa, along with Kou's mother. She has a pet chipmunk .

Mira Kudan is a whispered girl that Sousuke rescues right in the very beginning. When Mithril is destroyed, she goes into hiding along with Wraith and Hunter in Alaska. With the help of AL, the original AI system in the Arbalest, she builds the ARX-8 Laevatein. In the novel translation, she is called Sarah Miller.

She is often referred to as the "consolation prize" girl in the first series. She is a hidden character who cannot be scheduled for dates, although she will frequently "misdial" the player in the evenings, bump into him in the halls at school, or run into him before dates.
