The first man to be called a "Crusher" and the father of Joe. At 62 years old, he now serves as Chairman of the Crusher Council. Renowned during the early days of the Crushers, Dan made a name for himself through daring exploits. However, a failed mission left him gravely injured and stranded, only to be rescued by his then-10-year-old son, Joe. This incident led him to recognize his physical limits and the changing times, prompting his retirement.
