Akatsuki&#039;s older brother, who works in the trading business and is known to travel back and forth between Aqua and Man-Home. He considers himself to be among the elite, and enjoys antagonizing his brother from time to time when they meet. In the anime, it is implied that he also lends his brother money from time to time.    At one point, he rents Akari&#039;s gondola for the sake of transporting some (Neo) Venezian glass, and after the job is completed, he compliments her for a job well done. &quot;You accepted the job and saw it through. That&#039;s what it takes to be a professional&quot;.

The fourth member to join, he was also Koyuki&#039;s first good friend, sticking with him even when the school bully and his gang beat him up for breaking the silent treatment on Koyuki. He is the drummer, inspired by his brother, and replaces the original drummer of BECK who followed Ry&ucirc;suke from his original band, Serial Mama.

Introduced as a bored youth who has no passion for anything, Naoki followed Aichi Sendou to Card Capital after school one day and learned of Cardfight!! Vanguard. While there, he has his first Vanguard match against Aichi with a Narukami trial deck provided to him by the shop manager; Naoki finally begins to understand how Aichi can be so different than how he was at school. After losing, he purchases the trial deck and runs off, becoming even more curious about the game and Aichi.

However, Chihaya manages to remind him how he used to play for fun and he ends up joining the karuta club.

While privy to all the mechanical goings-on in the fort, Neil is especially knowledgeable on the subject of cold-climate metals such as those used in North Area automail limbs and is often seen acting as Captain Buccaneer&#039;s automail mechanic. A laid back and easygoing fellow, Neil is quick to make friends with those who come to the fort and is even more eager to share his expertise on the technological advancements the facility has made.

Bruford is an antagonist featured in Part I: Phantom Blood. He is a vampire made from the centuries-old corpse of a brave and powerful warrior of ancient Britain. Along with Tarkus, Bruford was one of "The Dark Knights". He also had unusual battle prowess and powers associated with his dark hair.

Keith, a young man in the Country of Sacred Law tries to protect which he holds dear to him. At first, he assumed that Noa was some enemy soldier, or spy, working for the government when he saw Noa looking at the monument at the cliff near the village he was staying at. His Spirit is a centurion  type of beast. While most people enlist in the Neotopian army as soon as possible, Keith rejects this way of life, seeming to only want to have fun. He fights with Gale after he wounds Aisha. Along with Gale, he was assumed to be dead, but turns up in Templer as a prisoner escaped from Neotopia. His wounds were healed by the government of Neotopia only so that he could later be executed for treason.    Zed and Roya are asked to escort him back to Neotopia. However, due to some circumstances during the shifting teleportation, Keith, Zed, and Roya end up in the land of Tusk. He was also a former candidate to become the Student Council president, but was beaten to a pulp by Medaka Kurokami when he started using vicious methods to try and get votes.   Kanoya is aggressive and brutal, as he used violent methods to attain votes, and his revenge against Medaka was simply to attack her with as many armed men as possible at once. He is quite charismatic, as he was able to gather up a large number of students to help him with his plan. Jiraiya is one of the three powerful ninjas originated from Konoha (village hidden in the leaves) and trained by the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. His two team mates were Tsunade and Orochimaru. Later on, they became known as the Legendary Three Ninja, also known as "Sannin".

Jiraiya is also a full-pledged pervert. He adores good looking women and gets distracted by their sight often. He often gives the reason that he is doing research for his writing. Amongst other traits, he is a toad-tamer, with the ability to summon powerful toads at will to aid him in battle. He holds a key part in teaching and training Naruto.
