Dracula Man is one of Baba's ghostly fighters. He is a vampire Muay Thai kickboxer and performs an annoyingly long Wai khru ram muay dance before his match. He first fights Kuririn and manages to suck his blood. Kuririn breaks free but loses by ring out. Dracula Man then fights Pu'ar and Upa. They don't seem to stand a chance until Upa eats a bunch of garlic &amp; starts breathing on Dracula Man. He fights back by trying to bite Pu'ar. Pu'ar turns into a porcupine seconds before and Dracula Man gets a mouth full of needles. Upa then gets into a stance that resembles a cross. This freaks Dracula Man out so he turns into a bat and tries to escape. Pu'ar quickly turns into a giant hand a slaps Dracula Man out of the ring.  Dracula Man appears to make a brief appearance in the anime of DBZ during the Android Saga as a member of the biker gang that chases the Androids while they're riding around in their van.

Cui is one of Frieza&#039;s henchmen. He is a rather cocky fellow who easily underestimates many of his enemies.

Formerly the Crystal Alchemist, Marcoh was the leading researcher in the creation of the Philosopher's Stone. Tormented by the fact that his research was used in the Ishval War to kill many innocent people, he fled from his position as a State Alchemist and took his research with him to prevent it from being used for further destruction. Hiding from the military and posing as a medical doctor, he uses the Red Stone he created to help the sick.

Arthur von Streit was security advisor to Imperial Duke Otho von Braunschweig, and was present at the Braunschweig estate during Marquis Klopstock's unsuccessful assassination attempt on Kaiser Friedrich IV. After the explosion, he interviewed the survivors, including Reinhard von Lohengramm, and investigated the source of the explosion.

Jagi is the third of the four Hokuto brothers. Deceptive and evil, Jagi stops at nothing to win and frequently uses dirty tricks during battle. After a botched attempt at killing Kenshiro, he is left with a hideously disfigured head as a reminder of his failure. Consequently, he hides his head by wearing an iron helmet. Harboring a severe hatred for Kenshiro, Jagi deliberately sets into motion a few of the story arcs. The previous successor to the Hokuto Shinken style. Ryuken (リュウケン, Ryūken?) was the sifu who adopted and trained Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro in the Hokuto Shinken style. After he chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Kenshiro did not know the real cause of Ryuken's death, having been told that Ryuken died from illness, until Toki revealed the shameful secret during their first battle. Age: Over 500 (appears to be in 20s - 30s) Profession: (supposed) Nobleman Weapon: Biwa  Heike Shige is the leader of a band of zombie-like workers, who have been mining for the legendary gold of the Heike clan for 500 years. Some unearthly quality of the area's mushroom population preserved them long after their bodies expired. Shige and his men believed only five years had passed, when in fact they had been mining for five hundred years.   Shige, believing himself a descendant of the Heike (which Jin proves wrong at the end of the episode.), thought to eventually use the gold to defeat their ancient enemies the Genji clan. He claimed (apparently in truth) that his biwa could summon the stars from heaven to strike his foes. When he encountered Mugen, Jin and Fuu, he offered them 10% of the treasure in exchange for their help at the quarry. This would have been a fortune if the gold were truly there. Shige's quixotic quest came to an end, however, when Fuu discovered the nature of his men. During the ensuing confrontation, Jin discovered that Shige was not a true descendant of the Heike. This led to the zombie workers themselves turning on their would-be leader. Seeing his plans come to nothing, Shige at last unveiled his ultimate weapon, and indeed summoned a meteor upon the entire area. Mugen, Jin and Fuu may have left by the time it arrived, since they survive for the next episode. The ultimate fate of Shige and his men is not known (presumably they were annihilated in the impact.) 

Died on March 6th, 2006 of acute heart failure.
