Former 4th Seat Officer of the Seventh Division. He is the younger Brother of Jidanbō Ikkanzaka. He was known as the &quot;Kamaitachi,&quot; which means the greatest airborne weapon or Wind-scythe.    Jirōbō is a very boastful man, talking the entire time during his fight with Ishida simply about how they should give up since he is the greatest projectile expert and so on. He is also very cowardly. Jirōbō attempted to kill Orihime while she did not notice, and upon realizing the difference of power between Ishida and himself, attempted once again to either injure or capture her. This placed him at odds with the chivalrous Quincy, resulting in the loss of his abilities.

Kidoumaru is the spider-like member of the Sound Four; he possesses four extra arms, has the ability to make webs, and even possesses a third eye. Kidoumaru's webbing is made of a special type of liquid that is created by infusing body liquid with chakra, making it as strong as steel. Kidoumaru can create a stronger, golden webbing called Spider Sticky Gold that hardens upon contact with oxygen to metal-like quality. Because of the solid nature of this webbing, Kidoumaru can shape it into armor or weapons to aid him in battle.

The Second Hokage is the younger brother to the First Hokage and Tsunade's great-uncle. As the brother of the First, the Second Hokage was a member of the Senju Clan of the forest. The First and Second together fostered Konohagakure into a growing village. He was once the teacher of the Third Hokage. He was hailed for being the greatest master of water jutsu, being able to create water from nothing, allowing him to use any Suiton jutsu without requiring a source. He is later revived from the dead by Orochimaru using Impure World Resurrection to fight the Third Hokage during the Destruction of Konoha arc. His soul is eventually sealed into the stomach of the Death God, along with his brother and Orochimaru's arms. Together with his brother and Madara Uchiha, he was also one of the founders of the Hidden Leaf.

Dan Dastun is head of the Military Police,  He is Roger&#039;s former commander, but they still maintain contact with each other a friendship. Dastun resents the opinion some have of his job, calling him a &quot;lapdog&quot; of the Paradigm, but is proud of what he does. No matter how big the threat, the Military Police are needed in Paradigm. Dastun Is always helping Roger even if he does not want to, They offen drink together at Rogers place, He later sees Roger Running away from the Big O and learns Rogers Secret.    

Slapper is one of the Predacon foot soldiers under Sky-Byte's command and, although its not saying much, is probably the most competent of the Predacon Trio. Slapper seems to be portrayed as Skybytes right hand man. In beast mode, Slapper can leap remarkable distances in a single bound. He can use his long tongue like a whip, dexterously wrapping it around his enemies' weapons to snatch them away. In robot mode, the tongue detaches to be wielded as a weapon. He also has a camouflaged extendible grabber claw which can tear through the hull of a battleship. Slapper has also proven himself to be a supremely competent hacker, able to infiltrate even heavily protected systems. Slapper has a tendency to speak his mind without thinking, often earning his superiors' disapproval. Slapper does tend to be gullible, as he believed Sideburn when he tells him, the he was once a tricycle that fell for a red tricycle. Transforms into a frog. Hashirama Senju was a member of the famed Senju clan. He himself was hailed as the "God of Shinobi" for his unmatched ninja prowess. Hashirama sought peace for the shinobi world, and to that end founded Konohagakure with his clan. In his early years, after they and their clans had been fighting constantly, he had his clan allied with Uchiha Madara, and the two of them, with their clans, founded Konoha. Later on, Madara left the village over the policies of the village and his clan. This conflict resulted in battle with Uchiha Madara and the nine-tailed fox at the Valley of the End. To commemorate the battle, two statues of Madara and Hashirama were carved into the earth around the waterfall. However the war still waged on, and unsure of the title of Hokage he would not only appoint his brother as his successor as the Second Hokage (Nidaime Hokage), but in a common decision with his brother they also decided that one of their students Sarutobi should become the Third Hokage (Sandaime Hokage), which in turn seemed like a wise decision as both brothers would eventually die during the wars. 

He was most famous for his unique Wood Release techniques, a kekkei genkai that is a mixture of earth and water-natured chakra that creates this new element. By converting chakra into the source of life, he was able to create trees, causing them to grow to great sizes and manipulate them to diverse shapes and battle uses at will. In an instant, he could shape the entire battlefield for his own uses.

A missing-nin from Takigakure and Hidan's partner. Kakuzu is a greedy individual, prioritizing things in terms of how much they are worth and finding money to be the only thing that he can depend on. Kakuzu's favorite source of income is collecting bounties while carrying out other missions, even putting up with Hidan's religion since it allows him to collect bounties faster. His history as a bounty hunter seems to be extensive, as he is on friendly terms with a bounty collector and even seems to have memorized the information and worth of some of the more dangerous bounties. This view of money has caused Kakuzu to refer to himself as the "Treasurer of Akatsuki", though it is unknown if this is an actual position. Kakuzu also has his own personal banker and accountant. Despite his attachment to money, he places the orders of the Akatsuki leader before any opportunity to make a profit. Kakuzu greatly dislikes the fact that he needs a teammate as a member of Akatsuki, due in part to his habit of killing anyone near him (partners included) when enraged. Having killed all of his previous partners as a result of this, Kakuzu was partnered with Hidan. Neither Kakuzu nor Hidan are fond of their partnership, Kakuzu having little patience for Hidan's time-consuming battle style and rituals and Hidan, in turn, detesting how Kakuzu fights solely for money. Still, because Hidan is immortal, Kakuzu can attack him without worrying about finding a new partner.

Darui is a jōnin-level shinobi from Kumogakure. He is also the Commander of the First Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces.   

__Personality__ 

Darui is portrayed as being easy-going and mellow; when compared to the Fourth Raikage's over-the-top exit through a window, he tells C that he'll just use the door. Whilst having a laid-back demeanour, Darui isn't lazy, leaping to the Raikage's defence when the bodyguards of the other Kage overreact to the Raikage's actions. He also has a habit of referring to things or events as being "dull" a play on his name. Darui is also very apologetic, even apologizing for other people's actions, a trait he'd never noticed himself; this attribute led him to say "sorry" just as much as "dull". He is also very loyal to the Raikage who considers Darui his "second right hand". He adresses the Raikage with "boss" rather than "Raikage-sama".   

__Abilities__ 

Darui is a highly skilled and capable shinobi. He learned how to create Black Lightning under the tutelage of the Third Raikage, making his lightning techniques even more powerful. His chakra reserves are great enough to not die of chakra exhaustion after using three of the Treasured Tools of the Sage of the Six Paths and still have enough chakra left to continue fighting. His abilities have earned him the praise and recognition of the Fourth Raikage himself, who appointed Darui as his personal bodyguard and considers him his right-hand man. Kenjutsu Darui wields a long and fairly broad sword that is peculiar than others swords as it folds in two to be sheathed and unfolds when in use. He has shown exceptional skills in kenjutsu, as he was able to clash with Suigetsu Hōzuki's Kubikiribōchō and easily overwhelm and pin him to a wall with his lightning imbued sword. He was also skilled enough to literally disarm Ginkaku and Kinkaku during their battle, and knock Ginkaku into Kinkaku's Kōkinjō while quickly seizing the Shichiseiken and Benihisago.  Nature Transformation Darui is proficient with water and lightning release techniques, and is able to use two separate techniques of the natures simultaneously. He uses Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration, together with water release jutsus to let electricity flow through the water and make the jutsus deadlier. He has shown exceptional skills with Lightning Release techniques individually, able to use Black Lightning, a special form of lightning passed down to him by the Third Raikage. With the power of the "Black Lightning", he could use techniques like the Lightning Release: Black Panther to immobilize and/or kill several enemies. According to one of his comrades, he is the only person to have inherited the Third Raikage's Black Lightning. Darui is also proficient with the use of chakra flow with ballistic weapon. His skill with chakra flow is such that he was able to cut through a metal blade with a lightning-enhanced shuriken. He also possesses the kekkei genkai known as Storm Release, which combines both lightning and water chakra to create beams of light that can be freely guided like missiles and cause powerful explosions.

The current Raikage is the older brother of the Jinchūriki of the Eight-Tailed Beast, Killer Bee. It is hinted that Killer Bee, and therefore the Raikage as well, comes from the Yotsuki clan. Knowing Yugito Nii's and Killer Bee's immense powers if they were to ever transform into their full power forms, he forbade them from doing so. He is very caring and protective towards his brother, despite Killer Bee's status as a Jinchūriki, and cried at the idea of his younger brother being captured by Akatsuki.  He is very physically strong, as he appears lifting a large amount of weight with just one hand and broke his desk with a single punch. Killer Bee also mentioned in the fight with Sasuke that before him, only the Raikage was able to deflect the Eight-Tails.

Dino Stego is the &quot;tough guy&quot; of the Core Dino Knights. Likes nothing better than fighting the Dragozaurs, he attacks with the Stego Skeletal Revolution where his chest rotates spinning any enemy around and around. His dinosaur form is a Stegosaurus. Dino Saber is one of a few members of the Dino Knights whose form isn't a dinosaur. He's one of the youngest of the Dino Knights and doesn't mind having fun with the Dragozaurs as well.
