Takashi's close friend. A ladies' man, he loves Yukari. Toshio was called as a reinforcement because he must solve a problem of the mathematics to go to the different dimension.

The strongest delinquent of Hekikuu high, previously expelled for beating up one of the teachers: after being defeated by Kitano, he proclaims himself his "little brother". He sports spiked bleached hair and has no eyebrows.
After claiming loyalty to Kitano, he becomes less delinquent-like. He doesn't get into a lot of fights anymore (although he doesn't lose any of his fighting skill), nor does he skip classes, staying calm most of the time. His old, hot-blooded self, comes to the surface when someone tries to harm Kitano or himself. At the end of the series, when confronted with the fact of Kitano being "normal" -Takehisa's old comrades had come and asked him to join up in order to beat up Kitano- he proclaimed that whether or not Kitano is a delinquent, he is still Takehisa's best friend. He then proceeded to beat up his old comrades with a smile on his face.

A Kowloon child that hid his identity while staying with Kelly Wong's group. He later took control of most of the group members by sucking their blood and making them obey his command. He is killed by Jirou Mochizuki before he had a chance to enter the Special Zone.

A man who is obsessed with luck, Lucky is the leader of a notorious band of outlaws called &quot;The Wild Bunch.&quot; Having taken over the town of evergreen, he demands that the surviving citizens give him access to the town&#039;s bank vault. He attempts to take the vault by force with his armor only to be quickly defeated by Van.    After his defeat, he gives Van his first clue to finding The Claw, including the fact that he kidnapped Wendy&#039;s brother (on The Claw&#039;s orders.)

Pochi is an alligator which belongs to Mitsuki and the reason Izumi and Mitsuki ran away from home. Originally, Pochi&#039;s parents lived at Mitsuki and Izumi&#039;s home. However one of the alligators attacked Mitsuki, causing Mitsuki&#039;s father to have the alligators taken away and put down. Mitsuki finds an egg belonging to Pochi&#039;s parents, and discovers that she was partly responsible for what happened to Pochi&#039;s parents. Pochi likes cute girls and, for some reason, always tried to rip off Izumi&#039;s clothes. He strongly dislikes males.    Note: Pochi is often used to name reptiles as if they were domesticated pets such as pet dogs, similar to the name Spot in western society.

Michelo was the fighter for Neo Italy &amp; he used to be the boss of the Mob.  He didn&#039;t live in the colonies he lived on earth. above all he was first fighter who challanged Domon Kasshu.  After his defeat (Michelo lost by just one shot) Michelo was aressted. Than in Neo Hong Kong Michelo got to continue fighting (thanks to Wong &amp; Master Asia) He sold his soul to the devil gundam so he could kill Domon Kasshu. Bebop and Rocksteady used to be human, and part of a street gang in New York City that was employed by Shredder. Rocksteady was originally a short and stocky blond Caucasian man (who sported army camouflage pants that would be replaced with simple beige pants later while also occasionally sporting an army helmet in his mutated form) while Bebop was a taller African American man with a purple mohawk. With other members of their gang, they were sent out to stop a Channel 6 reporter named April O&#039;Neil from doing a report about crime in the city. April ran down into the sewers while being chased by the street gang and met the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, who defeated the gang in a fight.  After this humiliating setback, The Shredder developed a plan to defeat the Turtles by mutating members of this street gang, so that they would have abilities parallel to the Turtles&#039;. Bebop and Rocksteady both volunteered to undergo the procedure (though neither was particularly aware of what it would entail) with the promise that it would let them get revenge on the Turtles. Bebop was mutated into a human warthog, and Rocksteady into a rhinoceros. However, though the transformation did make them larger and stronger, they remained incompetent simpletons, and were completely inept at stopping the Turtles or carrying out Shredder&#039;s plans. For example, in &quot;Enter the Shredder&quot; they charged at the Turtles, who jumped, and crashed into each other. Donatello commented that their mutations didn&#039;t &quot;up their IQ&#039;s any.&quot; For most of the series they were employed for comic relief purposes. In one episode of the series, Bebop was shown to have kept a pet turtle, which got mutated into the evil turtle Slash.  

Detective Kun-Kun is a puppet detective dog from a children's T.V. show. Shinku really likes him and watches his show as much as possible.

Laplace no Ma is Shirosaki in the appearance of a white rabbit in a tuxedo and a top hat with human mannerisms. He is neither sinister nor kind, and has a tendency to speak in riddles. His brief appearances in the N-Field leave the Rozen Maiden with nothing more than poetic and seemingly nonsensical advice. Despite the fact that he was seen supporting Barasuishou (and later, Kirakishou), Shirosaki's true motives remain a mystery. His rabbit form is named for Laplace's demon. Featured in the manga and the second season of the anime. He also appears at the end of the OVA.

Straight Cougar, age 21 (first appearing in Episode 2), is a laid back member of HOLY, and does not seem to think twice about breaking the rules. His philosophy on life: the faster you do one thing, the more time you have for the next thing. He is usually found carrying around a book he never seems to have time to finish. He has problems remembering names, especially Mimori Kiryu's and Kazuma's (tending to call Kazuma "Kazuya" and Mimori "Minori"). In the anime version, Cougar holds romantic feelings for Mimori. He also knew Kazuma as a child and was the originator of the Bullet moves (Shocking First Bullet and so on), that Kazuma originally used, only he calls the last bullet Rapid-Kill Final Bullet instead of Exterminating Last Bullet. He and Kazuma had a brotherly relationship. Although they often refer to each other as brothers, there is no concrete information to show that they are actually related. In the manga, he is known as Cougar Straight, and was Kazuma's mentor, which is why they both have near-identical attacks like "Shocking First Bullet".  Straight Cougar is the fastest alter user on the planet and isn't afraid to show it. Using his alter, 'Radical Good Speed', he can transform any vehicle into a fast moving object, 'shrinking the world' by doing things as fast as possible. He can also increase his speed alone without any vehicle by encasing armor to his shins and feet (Radical Good Speed Wheels Unlimited). He is one of the most powerful alter users, capable of high-speed fighting, and can even use his alter power to upgrade his armor to completely cover his body as well.  ~!He too has seen the Alter Dimension since he was a Native Alter who had been refined (due to this, his lifespan was apparently shortened, hence his philosophy on doing things fast so he will not miss out on life).  Cougar was thought to be fatally injured in a fight with Kyouji Mujo, but appears afterwards in order to rescue all of the secondary characters left in HOLY HQ. He seems to die in episode 26, when he is seen sitting on a lounge chair reading his book, thinking about what Kazuma and Ryuhou should do with their lives instead of fighting (i.e. spend time with their loved ones: Kanami and Mimori). His thoughts then begin to slow down and he lays still in a lounge chair. It is still debated if he died or if he merely fell asleep. Hakka is the new President of the Ferrymen River Department in WFO. His personality slightly resembles that of Bekko&#039;s and Chika&#039;s father: he is sometimes serious, cool and mysterious, but at most other times he can be simply gay-like. He shows a rather sickening admiration and friendliness towards Bekko whom he calls &quot;Bekko-chan&quot;, even feeling jealous of him because he has a &#039;nicer ass&#039;. Motivated by Bekko&#039;s efforts in the Z-Loan office, he too sets up a loan company called A-Loan (Alive-Loan) and employs the trio Zen, Toko and Shuji. In actual fact, he is also the President of the ARRC (Akashic Record Reform Committee) and his real aim for creating A-Loan is to get rid of Z-Loan. He seems to know a lot more about the backgrounds and history of others such as Shiba and Michiru. In Volume 10 of the manga he reveals to Michiru that she is a Singularity and not a human. In October 2019, he revealed that he has been diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). In February 2023, he posted on his blog an update to his condition, in which he is no longer able to move his arms or legs and was given a tracheotomy, losing his ability to speak (announcing his retirement from voice acting) but can still communicate with digital voice software.
