Because of their barely reined hostility to each other and the awesome power of their techniques, he views the ninjas of Kouga and Iga as being more akin to demons than humans.

Jose Porla is the guild master of Phantom Lord. He wears a witch&#039;s hat that bears the Phantom Lord guild symbol. He also seems to have a pair of wings, though they are never seen being used. Jose&#039;s magic is called Shade. With it he can create ghost troopers that he can command at will. He can also create a wave of ghosts. He dislikes Fairy Tail because before it came along, Phantom Lord was the strongest guild in the country, but now they&#039;re considered equal. Thus he feels that they are upstarts who stole his guild&#039;s title as the strongest. He&#039;s said to be just as strong as Makarov.

King Bradley is the Führer of the Amestris state military and has all state alchemist under his direct command. King Bradley almost always maintains a kind and calm demeanor even when issuing orders to engage in battle. This trait often confuses his subordinates, and Roy Mustang admits that he "can't figure the guy out." King Bradley has a son, Selim, and an unnamed wife.  In both iterations of Bradley, he is shown to be highly skilled with a saber. He can move and attack with incredible speed and dismember with ease.

He also seems to dislike the Shichibukai like Commodore Smoker. Sengoku is considered by Whitebeard as one of the few people that know the seas from the time of Gold Roger.

Father of Ozaki Toshio. He takes pride in his family name, being the doctor who takes care of the village&#039;s welfare, and expects Toshio to follow his example. However, Toshio only considers him an arrogant and irritating man.

Mr. Akashi (明石) and Mr. Iwamoto (岩本) are two teachers that Yusuke does not get along with. Mr. Akashi and Mr. Iwamoto hate him and his friends. They try every trick in the book to expel them. During the Four Beasts saga, Mr. Iwamoto is infested with a roundworm monster/makai insect. Since Suzaku commanded all of the infested people to kill Keiko Yukimura, Iwamoto stalks Keiko around Sarayashiki Junior High School before Yusuke destroys the whistle, which causes the insect inside him to die; he returns to normal afterwards. Yusuke first tested his spiritual powers by firing his Spirit Gun into the back of Iwamoto's head, knocking him out.

He&#039;s a keeper of the British Museum, and is the highest authorit of Archeology. He is in his late thirties in age, but in his profession he is still regarded as little more than a &#039;newbie&#039;, as in he has the skills but does not have the experience to back up his role quite yet.    He appears as a middle-man, with a lean figure and has professional look on his person, wearing a suit to augment this, and has his brown hair combed back.     He presents himself in a dignified and professional manner. He greatly respects Laura as well as fear her due to her having great faith in her religion.

The butler of the Tenth floor of Nazarick, who specializes in unarmed combat, with power comparable with the other Floor Guardians. He has the appearance of an elderly gentleman with a neat beard, but is actually of a species known as Dragonoids. He has a strong sense of justice, like his creator. Thus, he dislikes when the other Guardians kill humans needlessly. Because of their opposite personalities, he and Demiurge don't get along.

Chinese Kung-Fu (referred to as "Kenpo" in Japanese) practitioner. Trained in China and became the heir to his Kung Fu style in his temple.   Despite his great knowledge in his style he does not open his mind to the possibility of learning from other disciplines at first but after striking up a friendship with Katsumi Orochi post tournament he appears to want to teach as well as learn at the Shinshinkai Dojo.   ~!He fights Sergei Taktarov in round 1, Mount Toba in round 2, and destroys Orochi Katsumi in round 3. He then makes it to the semi-finals of the Maximum Tournament and is pitted against Baki Hanma where Baki nearly kills him by breaking his neck.  In the "Search of Our Strongest Hero" saga, he has encounters with the British convict Hector Doyle and American convict Dorian. Retsu brings Baki to China to cure his poisoned body and have him fight in a Chinese Tournament. He reappears in Baki: Son of Ogre, during the Pickle saga, having a fight with the prehistoric man and losing it. He then gets his leg eaten by Pickle, as a "gift" for his victory. He later trains Katsumi so that he can become stronger before his fight with Pickle.  Sometime afterward, it appears Retsu wants to take his plans to truly educate others about the Chinese martial arts global, and so he enters a boxing gym seeking strong opponents , the coach asks him to do a strength test by punching a bag with all his strength ,Retsu does so apprehensively and destroys the bag, a few days later at the gym a flash boxing promoter/manager enters the gym and sees Retsu practicing not boxing but a Kung Fu exercise just standing their maintaining his pose for nearly 2 hours, and an idea flashes in the manager's head and he arranges an exhibition match between a former champ and Retsu, during the course of his next few fights it appears Retsu has gained some respect for Western fighters as well as showing them how to absorb damage, hit with absolutely all their strength and use lightning speed, (as well as making millions in the process for these exhibition matches but seemingly completely indifferent towards the money).!~

Magnus IX is the prince of Nord, a country on the Scandinavian peninsula.

Zu Mei Chang is a metallurgist and Anti-Akuma Weapon manufacturer, as well as Head Chef of the Asia Branch of the Black Order. He is Bak Chang's great-uncle.  Formerly a great magician of the Chang clan who held a high position and wields a substantial power in the Central. He was the teacher of a younger Leverrier and one of the few people that addresses him as ‘Malcolm’. He’s also a master in culinary, and happens to be the master of Jeryy, the current Head Chef of the Headquarters. Even though he wasn’t directly involved in the ‘Second Apostle Project’, he couldn’t ignore his own guilt, he usually showed up in the research lab's kitchen to watch over the state of affairs.
