Julie would best be described as a little princess and in conversation she can be a little vacant. She’s bubbly, extroverted and adores Dan! She is his number one fan. Julie lives in the isolated Bakugan Valley. She is a master of direct attacks and uses Earth attributes in battle.  She is a 16 year old, and through out the series, she acts more mature and she gets taller. Her change as the other characters though out each season; she wears pink in the first season, a bleached rainbow shirt with white shorts during New Vestroia, and a dark blue shirt and sometimes a green jacket in Gundalian Invaders. She also sometimes wears a cheerleading uniform and a cafe uniform.  In the beginning of the series she only made appereances chatting with the Battle Brawlers in a chat room on the site, and would usually get eager to hear if Dan has won any battles or not.   New Vestroia: Julie is now 15, wearing new clothes like all others, and this time she does not have the same mutual feelings for Dan like she did in the first season, but is still dating Billy and gets postcards from him, time to time.   She is seen with Marucho in the first episode, spying on Runo and Dan. When Drago asks for help everyone volunteers but Drago asks the girls and Marucho to turn around so Dan and Drago can come but Marucho enters the portal also. Julie and Runo are furious as the boys ditched them. Julie is later seen talking about Billy at the diner where the girls work restating the romantic bond between them.   Julie returns to help Runo to get to New Vestroia and help Dan, Marucho, and Drago, which goes wrong and leaves Runo trapped between both world.   In Gundalian Invaders, Julie has also moved to Bayview, like Dan, and works at a local cafe as a waitress. She turns out to be a cheerleader at Dan's school, cheering for Jake Vallory's team and was concerned about Dan's vision. She is still part of the Brawlers and sometimes helps out with Bakugan Interspace.   Due to a new bakugan evolution of Gorem, Quakix Gorem. It lead many fans to belive that she will continue brawling, but it was proven false since she never brawled in the entire season. Shout is The Leader of the Jetters, who filled in for Mighty after his disappearance. She is also the only female member of the Jetters. Shout picks on Shirobon, but she actually cares for him like a brother. She even said that when he gets older he will lead Jetters, just like Mighty once did. Her mother died in a space flight accident when she was an infant. Her age is unknown but she appears to be about the same age as Shirobon. In her civilian mode, she runs a ramen restaurant. Yuma Saihashi is a Miko who lives at the shrine. She is a lone wolf who distances herself from others and refrains from making friends. During her free time, she gives massages to the elders in the neighborhood but refuses their gifts. Like Chinami, she can emit electromagnetic waves. Her power is not as strong as Chinami&#039;s but she can control it better. Yuma looks out for Chinami and warns her of potential danger.

Kelb's lieutenant.  She gives Jil money to recruit climbers that will attack a one-winged dragon along with the Uruk army.

Yukio is the widow of Taiki&#039;s deceased brother.

Once known as Fleda Claes Johansson, this girl has undefined origins. In the beginning, Claes is confined to the Agency, unable to participate in missions with the other girls because her handler, Raballo, had died, which caused her to snap. She is used as a test subject by the cyborg engineers, who utilize controlled situations and equipment to monitor the usefulness of her implants. Claes wears glasses from her life before her cybernetic operation as a visual reminder of the promise she once made to Raballo and is knowledgeable and mature for her age. 

The princess of the world in 30th century who will soon become queen. In order to prevent this, she is searching for the god stones to wake her twin sister Ui. Initially a selfish and naive girl, she becomes friendlier as the story goes on. She is the Time Stranger and uses the Time Scorpion Cane to travel through and stop 
time. 

~!She is revealed to be the daughter of  the time god Chronos, who was too weak to bring up his daughter. The  king of Earth agreed to to lend Ui&#039;s body to Kyoko and bring her up until she turns 16.!~

Oregano is a member of CEDEF, and therefore is a subordinate of Iemitsu Sawada. In her first appearance she make a report to Iemitsu as to the situation regarding the CEDEF and Varia. The Varia had located the base of the CEDEF, but "all 6 members" had escaped and were making there way to their current location, Vongola HQ. This implies that there are 8 or 9 members of the CEDEF in total, as Basil was in Japan and Iemitsu was not in the base when it was attacked. Next she fought along side Turmeric and Lal Mirch when they invaded Vongola HQ so Iemitsu could talk to and, if necessary, rescue the Vongola Boss. She and Turmeric found the censored Mosca plans and discovered that they sent one to the Varia. After they met back up with Iemitsu, the fake Vongola IX gave them enough information to realize that the real Vongola IX was in fact inside the Gola Mosca that was sent to the Varia. Julia was a kind woman who gave up her happiness for the sake of others. Her father remarked that she, like her ancestors, had inherited the trait of being mischievous, but she often sacrificed herself for other people. Many around her, such as Gisela and Cheri, have commented that Julia pushed herself over the limit when trying to help people on the battlefield, which eventually resulted in her death. Gisela was one who remained by Julia's side in during the latter's final moments.   ~!Julia's soul was given to Yuri when she accepted the fate given to her by the Original King. She was betrothed to Adelbert, was Wolfram's teacher, and was incredibly skilled at medical maryoku. She was very close to Conrad, and she gave him her pendant, which Conrad then gave to Yuri.  She met her future self, Yuri, just before the Lutenburg Division left for the battlefield. Her chance meeting with Yuri prodded her that she is making the right choice accepting her fate to be the soul of the next Demon King and that Yuri will heal the world in the future.  Her ancestor, Erhard Wincott, was one of the chosen that was entrusted with one of the Four Forbidden boxes, "The Mirror at the Bottom of the Sea". However, the younger brother, Christel Wincott, brought the box to Earth for safe keeping. Julia's blood is the key to the box, and Yuri inherited this trait of being a key from her. Lia is D&#039;Eon&#039;s older sister, and a skilled fencer. She was killed under mysterious circumstances and the story revolves around finding the truth. Despite flashbacks of her being a caring and considerate young woman, her spirit is full of great anger, sorrow, and the desire to exact revenge. She had a unique sword stance, which made it easy for Teillagory to identify her when the others are unsure. Later in the series, it becomes more obvious that Lia was connected to Maximilien Robespierre and some of the other supporting characters in the series. Many royals remember and looked up to Lia, such as Empress Elizaveta of Russia.

Rikuo's mother and Rihan's second wife. She is human and lives in the Nura house, though she herself is human, she seems to have no problem living in a home full of yokai.  Wakana first met Rihan when she was in high school. Her household had been haunted by an evil spirit for quite some time, and he managed to get rid of it. As a result, they became friendly and he started taking her along on his nightly yōkai rides. Wakana frequently noticed that Rihan rarely smiled and would even go so far as to pull his mouth into an impromptu grin in an attempt to get him to do so. On one of their outings, she told him that she will make certain to live longer than him in order to always look out for him.

Ryoma Echizen&#039;s cousin.  She takes care of houseworks in Echizen&#039;s home. She&#039;s kind and cheerful.  She&#039;s occasionally shown explaining Nanjiro&#039;s techniques to Inoue or the others.

Saori is a female shogi player and apprentice to Makoto. She is eighteen years old, and a fan of Shion. As befitting the daughter of a high-class family, her type of shougi is usually dignified. She deeply seeks recognition from Makoto, who she looks up to.

A student of the Night Class, she is Kaname's unofficial bodyguard. She is usually the first to defend Kaname from anyone she regards as a threat. For example, she barely refrains from killing Zero when he points a gun at Kaname for comparing Zero to a level-E. Najenda, also known as The Hunk of the Rebellion is the head of the assassin group Night Raid. Taciturn, sharp-minded and level-headed, she leads the group with a surprisingly gentle but firm air. Her years of experience serving in the Empire as a general have made her a highly capable leader. Najenda is sometimes mistaken as a man due to her boyish appearance, even sometimes being nicknamed 'The Hunk of the Rebellion" by her cohorts. She tends to have a habit of telling "cold jokes" and making bad puns.

Risa Mizuno is a girl Takaki met in Tokyo. They met a couple of times due to their work and started going out after a while.

In the movie, Risa and Takaki were together for a while and Risa started sending text messages to him, inviting him to hang out, but Takaki did not reply back since he still has feelings for Akari.

~!When Akari moved on and got married, Takaki tried to move on and started dating Risa Mizuno, but eventually broke up.!~

~!Risa's background story is explored in more depth in the manga and light novel. Apparently, she and Takaki were dating for more than four years. They went on several trips and dates together; but besides her attempts to move forward with their relationship, they stayed the same. This becomes explicit when she invites Takaki to meet her parents and he turns her down. He would use excuses, but she thinks he was avoiding her because she tried to rush their relationship. Later on, Takaki admits that he had commitment issues due to his past since he really believed someday he would be together with Akari again, so he couldn't truly love anybody else. Afterward, Risa decides to break up with him and move on with her life.

In chapter 9, after breaking up with him, she says, "I hope we meet again, in some new way, as new people, and that something new starts."!~
