The only other undine with Aria Company, Alicia is one of the Three Water Fairies of Neo-Venezia, known by the title "Snow White". At the start of the series, she is 19 years old and the most popular undine in the city, noted especially for her graceful rowing style. She was promoted to Prima at 15, the youngest ever to do so. Like Akari, she is relaxed and easy-going, but she also likes to tease others, especially her childhood friend Akira. Her favorite phrase is ara ara and she frequently giggles, to Akira's annoyance. According to Grandma Akino, she is an excellent undine because of her ability to enjoy everything.   ~!At the end of the series, Alicia announces her upcoming marriage (though to whom is never stated) and retirement to take an administrative position with the Gondola Association. She tells Akari she had put off her Prima exam because she had been planning to retire after that, and did not want to leave her student and friend. According to issue number 6 of Monthly Undine, after her retirement, "Snow White" is designated the 8th "honored appellation" by the Gondola Association, as an undine who made great contributions to the industry.!~

She’s a tomboy through and through. As a twelve year old, Runo isn’t your typical pre-teen girl. She loves playing Bakugan with the boys! Runo can be a sore loser and her battling can be inconsistent. She sometimes gets in the way of her team members. Runo has a crush on Dan (although she wouldn’t admit it) and is jealous of Julie. In battle she uses light attributes.  Runo is always arguing with Dan since they are rivals. She has a close bond with her Guardian Bakugan, Haos Tigrerra, who is very obedient to her and powerful in battle. Tigrerra later evolves in to Blade Tigrerra. One of the things she hates the most is when people believe they're better at brawling then her, just because she is a girl. She loses a lot of her Bakugan to the Doom Dimension, to a point were she almost quit the game, but she then decided not to. She has met Keith/Spectra, Gus, Mylene, Lync, and Shadow Prove of the Vexos.   Her outfit in the original series is a white/yellow shirt and a white skirt where her midriff can be seen. Her outfit in New Vestroia is a white/yellow dress.   She helps her parents run their family business, and when Alice comes to visit, she helps Runo's family with their restaurant, which leads to Runo becoming jealous as boys came just to see her. But after she comes home from the Doom Dimension a group of boys are happy to see her. She has a crush on Dan, but won't admit it. Even so, when Dan is acting inappropriately, Runo does not hesitate to take out her anger on him. She reached 4th in the rankings.   In Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia episode 1, she sees Drago, but is left behind along with Julie when Drago tricks them into turning around while he and Dan went to New Vestroia. Runo gets angrier and angrier by the day as Dan never returns. So in episode 10, "Surprise Visitor," she blows it and heads over to Moscow with Julie to meet up with Alice and go through the gate to New Vestroia. Although she did so, the process was incomplete, sending Runo to New Vestroia, but leaving her without a physical body. When Dan, Runo, Baron and Mira go through the portal to Earth, Spectra, Gus and Lync follow them. Spectra proceeds to kidnap Runo, only to give her back to Dan, having kidnapped her to make Dan follow him. After Dan and the other's learn the Dimensional Transporter needed to be fixed, Runo and Julie accompined Dan, Mira, and Baron to back to their home. During the time Dan was back he and Runo showed how much they matured from the last series as they didn't fight that much but when they did they would end up laughing in the end. She gets ready to go back to New Vestroia with Dan in episode 19, but then has to stay on Earth as she needed a Gauntlet in order to go through Dr.Micheal's dimensional transporter. She gets really upset by this but Dan promises he'll be back. At the the end of of season 1 she got Blade Tigrerra back. When the Resistance became stranded on earth, Baron once teased her about her baby pictures all over her parent's resturaunt. The main character of the series, called Serena in the English dub (nicknamed Bunny in the manga). Usagi is a carefree schoolgirl with an enormous capacity for love, and transforms into the heroine called Sailor Moon. At the beginning of the series she is portrayed as an immature crybaby who hates having to fight, however over the course of the series you come to know her sweet and selfless side.  Usagi is a bit selfish and very much a crybaby, lazy, clumsy, and also an academic underachiever. She’s also not very good at cooking. However, she cares deeply about her friends and family.   Usagi is very trusting, and believes that everyone had a better nature. She doesn’t believe in killing innocent humans, even when they had been transformed into vicious monsters, and always seeks ways to heal them instead. Usagi matures a great deal through the series, and even though she is still prone to some childish behavior and bouts of silliness, she becomes a capable young woman.

Kazuha and Heiji both wear twin good-luck charms that Kazuha made with pieces of the handcuff chain that stuck them together temporarily as children. Kazuha and Heiji have both shown jealousy when the other appears interested in someone else, even though they're not officially in a romantic relationship. Although, all their Jr. High School and High School classmates have commented that they're a couple. Their parents have known each other before they were even born. Making their families close. 

At one time in their youth, Heiji had had the unfortunate idea of locking themselves together with a set of old handcuffs which had no key and could not be unlocked; as a result they had to involuntarily spend time together even on some rather intimate occasions _(i.e., bathroom visits_ before the cuffs could be removed. As a reminder of this 'closeness' and for good luck, Kazuha fashioned two identical lucky charms, each incorporating a chain link from the cuffs, which she and Heiji have been wearing ever since. At some later point, Kazuha added a picture of Heiji into her own charm pouch.

Kazuha has a hot temper and can be highly critical of people around her. She has been hinted to have a high level of intelligence, as she was able to deduce a dying message in an episode even more quickly than either Ran or Kogoro could _(albeit with slight help from Heiji)._ Moreover, she is highly confrontational, and unafraid of letting others know about her dislike, even showing no hesitation or concern in confronting Heiji in a men's restroom. This trait leads to frequent shouting matches with Heiji, but it also allowed her and Ran to forge a strong friendship despite the fact that Kazuha, believing that Ran was Heiji's new girlfriend, took an initial deep dislike to Ran out of jealousy. Affection and approval are apparently much harder for her to express, most significantly with regard to Heiji; she is perfectly aware of her feelings for him and, after a few initial attempts to deny it to Ran, openly discusses her love for Heiji with her. However, even when a good opening appears to discuss her feelings with him, she instead panics and does her best to pretend that she and Heiji are 'only friends'. Although she has tried and failed to confess to Heiji twice already, Kazuha is determined to make her feelings clear to him one day. 

She also has a marked belief in spirits, good-luck charms, and other superstitions. Right from her first experience, she displayed her belief in the importance of hers and Heiji's omamori, charms which Kazuha made to protect her and Heiji from harm. And indeed, during the case in which this is revealed, Heiji lent Conan his omamori, and the metal inside the charm stopped a knife blade that could have killed Conan. On subsequent cases, Kazuha is quick to attribute mysterious shadows and strange events to ghosts and other malignant spirits, which usually sends Ran into panic as well, though she herself does not possess a morbid fear of ghosts as much as Ran does. 



[Kaito's](https://anilist.co/character/1747) best friend ever since they were young children. She currently attends Ekoda High School as a second-year student in class 2-B along with Kaito, Keiko, Akako, and Saguru. Aoko dislikes the [Kaitou Kid](https://anilist.co/character/1747) for making a mockery of her father, Ginzo Nakamori, but may be unaware that Kid is actually her best friend in disguise.

Kaito and Aoko have been best friends since they were little and first met at the clock tower. Kaito often teases Aoko by flipping her skirt. However, it has been seen that Kaito is quite protective of Aoko and doesn't appear to want her to go on a date with [Saguru Hakuba](https://anilist.co/character/12129). Aoko was somewhat suspicious that Kaito was actually Kaitou Kid, and in order to prove his innocence, she brought him along to a movie when a heist had been scheduled. Chi-Chi (チチ, Chichi) is the wife of Son Goku, and the mother of Son Gohan and Son Goten. She is often depicted as a sometimes nagging, overprotective but fundamentally well-meaning woman, who sincerely looks for her children and husband's well-being even when their views clash. She and Goku meet as children, and Goku promises to marry her thinking marriage is food. Several years later, she finds him at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai, and despite confessing that he misunderstood what she had meant, he fulfills his promise and asks her to marry him. As she gets older, she disapproves of Goku's lifestyle, enough to ban Gohan from following in his foot steps, but due to the threats like Vegeta and Freeza, she is forced to let him train under Piccolo and Goku. She relaxes this with Goten by training him herself while Gohan is away for school. Diana is one of the Main Villains of Jewelpet, she's a Black Munchkin cat with white paws who can use the forbidden dark magic called Dark Eyes Power and wears a frilly pink waistcoat, a pink bow, and also wears a silver heart-shaped necklace. She's Dian's younger sister, who got sealed by the Four Witches of Jewel Land many years ago due to her foolish acts. She was unsealed during the events of Episode 2 due to the Phantom Thieves, thinking it was the kitten they found. Her mission is to defeat the Four Witches of Jewel Land and rule both worlds by her power. Although she can be snobbish, evil and sometimes jealous to Rinko, her magic however, is strong (which can be distinguished from the black to purple colored paw on the victim), casting it to a human or object in which the Jewel Charms were hiding, which can be broken by someone confessing their weakness. She always lets her minions, the Phantom Herb Thieves to do her bidding on stealing the Jewelpets and collecting them to break the seal that keeps Dian imprisoned. But time and time again, she and the gang failed on getting every single one of them. After the events of Episode 26, the Phantom Thieves betrayed her and Diana has gone solo on collecting the remaining Jewelpets. But in the end, she successfully freed Dian from the Ice Prison. In Episode 52, she channeled her Jewel Power to the Jewel Stick along with the other Jewelpets and defeated Dark Dian, while opening her brother's heart to the truth that Jewelpets and Humans must co-exist in harmony and tell him he has friends in Jewel Land to accept him and Diana. Seira Mimori is a classmate of Meimi Haneoka, and is the only person who knows of her escapades as Saint Tail. Seira is a nun-in-training who is usually found at the chapel after school where many people go to her and relay their personal problems, usually problems which involve something being stolen. In turn, she relays this information to Meimi, who helps this person out as Saint Tail. Seira is rather quiet and contempative, the opposite of her best friend Meimi. She will sometimes stand in for Meimi when she needs a double during the series. Seira is also very observant, and caring, expressing her concern when she is frightened that Meimi will be discovered.

Angol Moa is the &quot;King of Terror&quot;, who is ditzy and insecure as a result of her impact from space. She was sent to planet Earth to arrive in July 1999 for Earth&#039;s destruction, as predicted by Nostradamus, under orders from her father. She states during her first appearance that she told Nostradamus to deliver a message to the humans warning them of her arrival. In the anime, she arrives 500 years too early and takes a nap in orbit, until she wakes up in 2004, 5 years too late. In the manga, she lands near Fuyuki, while in the anime, she lands on Giroro&#039;s tent. In both, she is taken into the Hinatas&#039; home, where she is nursed back to health by Natsumi. When she wakes up, she reveals her true form and starts to destroy the Earth, until Keroro, who arrives later, is persuaded by Fuyuki to stop Mois. The Angols use seemingly magical weapons to destroy planets. Her weapon is the &quot;Lucifer Spear&quot;, which, when not in use, looks and functions like a cellphone. When she is using her attack, &quot;Hellmageddon&quot;, the Lucifer Spear becomes a golden staff with a crescent moon on one end and a meteor on the other end. In the anime she saw a teenage girl (named Masami) who was beating up some thugs in order to protect her friends. Amazed by her courage, she decided to be like that girl and chose her appearance as her Earth-form. Hikaru is initially presented as being unpleasant, a brawler, and a tougher talker than Madoka. But once she becomes friends with Kyosuke, it is revealed that she&#039;s actually very kind and energetic. She accidentally sees Kyosuke perform an impressive physical feat using &quot;The Power&quot;, and ends up falling for him quite hard.     She always refers to him by the english word &quot;darling&quot;. She tends to revert to a form of baby talk, which is a signal she&#039;s extremely immature and shielded. She has an unrequited love for Kyosuke, and has been Madoka&#039;s best friend for several years since she and Yusaku Hino were the only ones who were never afraid of Madoka.     Her name refers to the brightness of the sun, and of a sparkling personality. Hikaru is two years younger than Ayukawa and Kyosuke, and has the same birthday as Kyosuke.

She is then left in the care of an innkeeper and his wife who her mother thinks are good people, but end up abusing Cosette and treating her like a slave, until the day when her mother crosses paths with Valjean.

Hikaru is one of the three Magic Knights summoned to Cephiro by Princess Emeraude; the Knight of Fire. She is the smallest of the three knights, often mistaken for an elementary student and considered a bit tomboyish by her classmates. Despite her height and her apparent naivete, she can be quite fierce and strong when the need calls for it. Underneath her ever-present smiles and innocence, there lies the spirit of a warrior who is determined to protect her friends and everyone's happiness even at the cost of her own. Because of this, as the series evolves, she is the one who is most affected - physically and mentally - by all the brutality and war around her. Nonetheless, Hikaru keeps a strong facade, trying not to worry Umi and Fuu who she considers her most precious friends, despite only having met them moments before being dragged into Cephiro.

Mermaid Princess of the North Pacific Ocean, keeper of the pink pearl, and the main character of the story. Her idol form is Pink Pearl Voice.

Lucia goes up to land to search for a boy she saved seven years ago. She is unaware of the danger in the marine world and of her real mission until she is told about it by her "older sister", Nikora. She is characterized by her simplicity and naïveté, but with having a strong will.  Of all the mermaids in the series, Lucia's mermaid form and human form contrast the most (Lucia has dark blonde hair and brown eyes in the surface while having lighter blonde hair and light blue eyes while at sea).    

Some fans in the West still spell her name as Luchia, due to a misunderstanding of the spelling systems of different languages. The Italian name Lucia follows Italian spelling rules. That pronunciation is correctly represented in Japanese kana as "るちあ". When attempting to transliterate the kana back into Latin characters, some people, unaware of the Italian spelling of the name, tried using the English "ch" to represent that consonant, resulting in the incorrect spelling "Luchia".

Section 2, Division 2, Team 1: The bubbly, perky, red-headed labor otaku from Hokkaidō.

The main character of the show, Noa is usually the one at the center of the action. Noa loves her labor much like a pet and named it "Alphonse", a name previously held by a pet dog and a pet cat she had while growing up. She's impulsive and doesn't think things through, but not nearly as much as Ohta. Noa is arguably the best pilot in Division 2, although both Clancy and Kumagami have shown extreme talent as well but rarely pilot. She has a natural affinity for labors and gets 110% out of it, much to her partner's amazement. She can drink quite a bit more than her coworkers, and recovers from hangovers much faster since her family runs a liquor store.

Majorika's fairy. She has a carefree personality and usually agrees with Doremi and the other witch apprentices to tease Majorika.  Laralie is her english name. She also turns into a white cat so no one can tell she's a fairy.

Nefertari Vivi first appears as a member of Baroque Works, a criminal organization that was behind several scandals in the country of Alabasta, under the alias Miss Wednesday. It is revealed that Vivi is actually the princess of Alabasta, but infiltrated Baroque Works to find the identity of their leader, who turns out to be the Shichibukai member [Sir Crocodile](https://anilist.co/character/2749/Crocodile). With help from the Straw Hat Crew, she hopes to save her country from ruin.   

Vivi does not fit the stereotype of a needy and authoritative princess, never demanding any special attention or prioritizing herself above others. In fact, she usually puts the needs of others far above her own and is hesitant to rely on others or ask for help with her problems. In particular, she places an enormous value on the citizens of her country and the lives of her friends. She is also extremely brave and determined, going up against powerful enemies for her friends' sake, even when clearly outmatched. Her selflessness and sense of responsibility push her to carry her country's burden. She is slow to anger and quick to forgive but fiercely loyal to her friends, her family, and her country. Because of this loyalty and bravery, she is willing to make virtually any sacrifice to protect and serve them.
