The instructor and mentor of the Cosmic Culture Club, her controlled level-headedness allowed her to calm the frightened children during the first attack of the Super Powered Tracers. Her main goal was to help Eiji and the surviving CCC members escape to the Earth in an attempt to warn its major superpowers about the impending Gradosian invasion.

Hitomi is the main protagonist of the series. Second daughter of Michael Heinz, Hitomi is usually the one who actually commits the heists, and is hence uniquely referred to as the Cat's Eye. Like Rui, she is an accomplished athlete and well versed in a number of disciplines and skills ranging from horseback riding to safe cracking. She is a skilled gymnast and is able to perform complex acrobatic moves with ease and grace. She is able to escape most restraints and handcuffs with minimal effort, and it is inferred that she is ambidextrous as well as double jointed. She is a skilled martial artist with proficiency in a number of disciplines, most notably judo, boxing and karate, and also has degrees in kendo and aikido.

Like Rui, Hitomi is also able to disguise her appearance effortlessly and can speak several other languages.

Kitarou is a youkai boy born in a cemetery, and aside from his mostly-decayed father, the last living member of the Ghost tribe. He is missing his left eye, but his hair usually covers the empty socket. He fights for peace between humans and youkai, which generally involves protecting the former from the wiles of the latter.

She is originally from Tokyo. She's part of the Tsukikage teather group and works part-time as a waitress, Very close to Maya, thinking Maya as her little sister. She is tall and beautiful, but somewhat boyish, and that's why she is ofen mistaken to be a boy and has lots of female fans.

Tsukikage was an actress who was the best "Crimson Goddess" you ever wanted to see. After a light accident, She was unable to act, leaving that role unable to play also, thus it left the play that character was in on a very long hiatus. Moving on to being an acting teacher, she still never have gotten an apprentice to play the Crimson Goddess. When she met Maya, she was the one that convinced her to be an actress, more importantly, put her in her school of acting.

Proprietress of a small bakery in Koriko, Kiki's new town. She is heavily pregnant throughout the film and can be seen feeding her baby in the end credits. Kaoru is an androgynous beauty. She's one year older than Nanako, but she's in the same class as her because a mysterious disease prevented her from attending school for a year. Kaoru is a real leader, in fact, besides being the "class-leader", she's also the captain of the school basketball team. She has a noble and generous heart, and can't bear any form of injustice or abuse of power.

The name everybody calls her, "Kaoru-no-kimi" (Prince Kaoru), comes from Kaoru Udaisho, a noble character from the ancient Japanese tale Genji Monogatari, a character famous for his beauty and the divine fragrance coming from his body.

Kaoru is well-known for her intense vitality and her incredible love for life; she's probably Saint Just's closest friend, she deeply cares for her and often gets mad at Rei's neglect for her health. Kaoru's heart still belongs to a person who is very close to Nanako, a very deep relationship she decided to end....

She wields the Short Sword of Sorcery.

The main character of this anime or picture book, whose head is a bun made by Uncle Jam. His name comes from the fact that he is a super hero with a head made of bread (Japanese: pan, a loanword from the Portuguese word meaning "bread") that is filled with Red bean paste (Japanese: an) called an anpan. He doesn't need to eat or drink to sustain himself and has never been seen eating. It is believed the bean jam in his head gives him sustenance. His weakness is water or anything that makes his head dirty. He regains his health and strength when Jam Ojisan bakes him a new head and it is placed on his shoulders. Anpanman's damaged head, with Xs in his eyes, flies off his shoulders once a new baked head lands. He was created when a shooting star landed in Uncle Jam's oven while he was baking. He has two special attacks known as the An-punch and An-kick (with stronger variations of both). When Anpanman comes across a starving creature or person, he lets the unfortunate creature or person eat part of his head. He also has super hearing in that he can respond to anyone that calls his name out in distress from anywhere in the world. He forms a trio with Shokupanman and Currypanman. 

Karala is the female lead in Space Runaway Ideon. She is the youngest daughter of Doba Ajiba, Supreme Commander of the Buff Clan military. While investigating the Ide, Karala heads down to the planet Solo against orders and becomes stranded there. After her alien origins are discovered she is held captive on the Solo Ship, but her good hearted nature leads her to becoming a regular crew member on the Solo Ship despite her alien origins. Although early in the series the Buff Clan constantly tries to rescue her, she becomes known as a traitor to the Buff Clan for associating with the Earthlings. The one who despises her the most is her own sister, Harulu.  ~!Karala and Bes fall in love and near the end of the series Karala becomes pregnant with Bes&#039;s child, who is proclaimed &#039;Messiah&#039; by Cosmo and Kasha. Messiah is seen as the key to controlling the Ide and defending the Solo Ship against the Buff Clan,perhaps as well bringing a possible future peace between both races.However when Harulu boards the Solo Ship during a battle,she confronts Karala only to then shoot her sister three times in the face.  Despite her tragic demise, Karala and Messiah remain as a strange ethereal influence as the carnage between the Buff Clan and Solo Ship rages onwards.!~

Hajime is the main character in the manga and is in junior high school. He looks just like the character Tetsurō Hoshino from Galaxy Express 999, only wearing a gakuran. He has a keen interest in space, and is somewhat infatuated with Yayoi. While he doesn&#039;t get good grades in school, he is a very honest and kind person. At first he wants revenge on the people who are responsible for his parents&#039; deaths, but he decides it is fruitless to hold a grudge and abandons that plan.
