King Wapol is the former ruler of the Drum Empire, later renamed Sakura Kingdom. He ate the Baku Baku no Mi (バクバクの実, Munch Munch Fruit), which allows him to eat virtually anything and take on its properties. Wapol uses this power many times against Monkey D. Luffy in acts such as chomping his two advisers into a single warrior or shooting bombs from his "Baku Baku Factory" pistol arms. He even tries to eat all the weapons inside his massive armory room to turn himself into a superweapon. Wizer Freion is an inspector of the Ruvinagald kingdom. He appears in both Slayers REVOLUTION and the Slayers novels. However, he plays significantly different roles in each.  Wizer in novel 10.    Wizer appears in volume 10 of the novels. When Lina and Gourry are in Solaria, Wizer appears in a mask to rescue them multiple times. His identity is not revealed until the end.    In Slayers REVOLUTION, Wizer at first glance seems to serve as the comic relief of the series. However, he is actually quite intelligent and schemes well (except when he took Xelloss's advice in episode eight). Like Xelloss, his eyes are rarely open.    Wizer first appeared in episode 1 of REVOLUTION, where he tried to arrest Lina Inverse &quot;for being Lina Inverse.&quot; He was investigating the destruction of the mage-tanks of Ruvinagald, and suspected Lina was the culprit. However, the tanks actually being destroyed by Pokota, the designer of said tanks and a magic user on the same level as Lina herself.    His stated reason for his single-minded fervency was to impress the ladies of Ruvinagald's court. Wizer may or may not have been assigned the case of the disappeared aid relief meant for the Taforashia kingdom, but he was intelligent enough to suspect and confirm Gioconda's guilt, to even Xelloss' surprise. While he wasn't a participant in the final battle of Slayers REVOLUTION, he was a key witness, as he knew that even if he tried to help the Slayers he would only end up getting in their way. Sakura's wandering monk uncle. Cherry's real name is Sakuranbou, which literally means “cherry” in Japanese. But because the word's kanji can be read to mean "deranged monk," a phrase that is quite accurate in describing him, he prefers to be called by the English word. Cherry has amazing spiritual powers (or so he claims) and he often predicts doom for Ataru (no great feat). He has a habit of popping up out of nowhere, often from very strange places. His ugly face and very short stature are frequently used for comedic effect. Cherry has made a vow of asceticism, living in a tent in an empty lot not far from Ataru's house. However, this vow apparently doesn't apply to food, as he is an enormous mooch. Rei Hino of Sailor Moon's Grandpa looks a lot like Cherry.

Pappug is a starfish that is Camie's pet and master. He is the creator of the Criminal fashion line and is mentoring Camie to be a famous designer. Although he is a starfish, he can speak in human language quite well. This is due to the fact that when he was young, he thought he was human and by the time he realised he wasn't, he had already learned to speak like a human. It is also shown that Pappug can play a guitar and sing quite well. 

Saul is a giant, but not an Elbaf giant, being born elsewhere other than Elbaf. At some point in his life, he became a Marine and eventually made it to Vice Admiral. Before the storyline, Saul had experienced travel in the Grand Line, though nothing was said of his adventures other than the fact that he met many Devil Fruit users.  Saul takes the role of the big friendly giant who is somewhat shy and timid. While he was loyal to the Marines he questioned his orders at least twice, showing he followed 'Moral Justice' over their code of 'Absolute Justice'. Saul is also characterized as having a unique, but awkward laugh ("Dereshishishishi") that he finds somewhat embarrassing. He enjoys seeing others laughing and having fun and encouraged Robin to laugh.  He was one of the three people who influenced Nico Robin, Saul wears a cowboy hat which Robin would wear herself. He encouraged Robin to laugh even if it hurts which explains why she smiles at the time of trouble. Because of his middle name, this explains how Robin knows about the Will of D, she even told Luffy later why would he fight, the will of D.  Saul and Vice Admiral Kuzan (later known as Admiral Aokiji) also had a good friendship, and they both shared the same sight on Moral Justice. The reason Kuzan allowed Robin to live was mostly a final favor to Saul.
