Takeshi, usually known by the nickname "Gian" (ジャイアン, Jaian?) from English word "giant", is the big, strong, and quick-tempered local bully. He is known for his confidence in his terrible singing voice, though he considers himself a great singer. He regularly subjects the neighborhood children to horrendous singing recitals, which is sometimes combined with his equally bad homemade dinner and his atrocious fashion sense. He also frequently steals other children's toys and books under the pretext of "borrowing" them, unless the toy is damaged. This is how most fans considered Gian to be the antagonist of this show. However, he does not hesitate to help Nobita and his friends when they are in real trouble, which often occurs in the movies. Several of the stories revolve around Nobita and his friends' efforts to avoid Gian's concerts, and several chapters summarize his friends efforts to avoid visiting Gian's house on his birthday because of his selfish nature. After reflecting on one event about his birthday, Gian thought of himself why he wasn't popular among his peers. After getting a lecture from Doraemon to see what an unruly character he is, Gian realize that he should have been a better person and he begs Doraemon to give him another chance. However, things didn't go exactly as planned when his friends at school or at the streets mock him to see how weird Gian was acting and get kicked by Suneo after learning his attempt to become gentle to his peers. This led him to lose control of his temper and start attacking his friends again. Although he bullies the other children (mostly Nobita), he is terrified of his mother, who runs the local grocery store, a fact Nobita and Doraemon sometimes use in their favor. He founded his own baseball team named after himself. Although Nobita is often blamed for the losses against the baseball team's rival, the "Tyranos", Gian and Suneo still force Nobita to play because they do not have enough players. Gian also has a younger sister named Jaiko, whom he adores.

Miyu's invention who serves as her attendant. An egg shaped robot with a mouth, not radio controlled but an advanced A.I that gives him free will and thoughts and also a bullying attitude. Likes to molest electronic appliances. Love to sing karaoke, however his voice is designed as a powerful weapon which can cause serious brain damage to people. He also utilizes several other tools and weapons throughout the series such as a drill and some form of a rocket system, however, it is unclear exactly with how many he has been equipped or of what they are capable. Kabada is the vice-captain of the Kangokou Karate Club. He is mean and sadistic, but also very weak and overweight. The only reason he earned the position of vice-captain is because he came to the club every day, even on holidays. He initially entered the Karate Club because he worshiped his senpai, Morigami. In spite of the fact that before he joined the club he was as bullied as they were, he enjoys picking on Matsushita and Saitou when Takagi isn't around.

The "muscle" henchman of Lucinda aged 35. He is seemingly less intelligent and more clumsy than the other two of the trio, and is often seen controlling the weaponry devices of their mecha. He is heard speaking in an accent known as Kansai-ben and frequently ends his sentences with the phrase "~man-nen" (~まんねん?). He only has 1 appearance where we see and hear him count after Joe falls to the mat in the first pilot film.

Yasuo appears in episode 69 of Ashita no Joe. 

Yasuo wanted to pursue a career in boxing so he moved away from his mother and sister's farm life to a bigger city. His boxing career wasn't going that good and he was running low on cash, so he decided to rob his mother and sisters savings. He wore a mask to protect his face so they wouldn't recognize him but after Joe stops him by repeatedly punching him the mother tells Joe to stop since she recognizes Yasuo. 

She then asks Yasuo ''what son robs their own mother'' and tells Yasuo that if he was low on money he should've just asked and gives him the savings. Yasuo then walks away slowly with the money but then turns around and starts crying and runs to hug his mother.

Pancho Leo is a Filipino bantamweight boxer who fought Rikiishi in Rikiishi's first fight as a bantamweight. 
He's ranked eight in his division and he's also a veteran boxer with a 10 year career.

Rikiishi hit Leo with a very powerful uppercut which knocked Leo out and made him lose with a K.O
