A mentally unstable pyromaniac with a bizarre and shocking past, Dilandau is the tactically ineffective commander of the Zaibach empire's elite Dragonslayer's unit. Hikaru is initially presented as being unpleasant, a brawler, and a tougher talker than Madoka. But once she becomes friends with Kyosuke, it is revealed that she&#039;s actually very kind and energetic. She always refers to him by the english word &quot;darling&quot;. She tends to revert to a form of baby talk, which is a signal she&#039;s extremely immature and shielded. Perrine Paindavoine is the daughter of an Anglo-Indian mother, Marie, and a French father, Edmond, who dies in Bosnia at the very beginning of the story.

She's a very kind young girl that goes through many hardships during her journey, though through it all she stays true to herself, treats others with kindness and strives to be someone the people around her can love. She goes through multiple life-changing events throughout her journey to France, though through determination and hard work she finally achieves her goals and becomes in a position to be truly happy.

A 29 year old officer within the TERRA organization, Haruka Shitow is partially responsible for aiding Ayato in leaving Tokyo Jupiter. Originally a major in the Intelligence Division, she is promoted to captain in the Tactical Division.    

Haruka is shown to have very strong feelings for Ayato, and struggles at maintaining a relationship with him for many reasons. Her position within TERRA makes Ayato think that she is only using him because of his ability to pilot the RahXephon. Ayato's own personal struggles also create barriers for their relationship.

One of the major antagonists of the series, Medusa is a powerful witch and the middle sibling among the three Gorgon Sisters.

She is the mother of Crona, who is also the crown jewel in her master plan: the destruction of the current world order to get the planet back on track. Lacking empathy for others, along with possessing a twisted sense of love for those who are like her in personality, Medusa views everyone as a potential specimen to experiment on or as a tool to suit her purpose.

San is the princess of the Wolf Gods. She acts, behaves, and resembles a wolf since she was raised by wolves. She is fundamentally defined by her appreciation of nature and hatred towards humans.

San is a young woman of average build who wears ragged clothing and a cape made of a wolf's fur and has what appears to be amaranth red war paint on her face. She wears a head necklace with a single small gem on her front. She also bears short, straight, earthy brown hair and has dark blue eyes with bangs slightly parted in the middle. She has a medium necklace with three fangs tied across her neck. She wears long, dangling, oval-shaped earrings during the whole film. She is also very agile, fast, fairly strong, and appears to be really good at using daggers and spears. She wears a mask which is her iconic feature. The mask is red with ears and white wavy lines and three sunshine yellow holes for a mouth and eyes. 

San is depicted as stubborn, short-tempered, courageous, and protective - her primary concern is to protect the forest and animals she lives with. At first, she rejects her own humanity and is seen as misanthropic, thinking of herself only as a wolf. She initially only exhibits compassion towards the inhabitants of the forest but is able to accept and develop an admiration for others.

She received a scroll from her grandmother who in turn received the scroll from Happosai. She carried this scroll around for 10 years waiting for a prince charming to come take her away. She mentions that after she received the scroll great misfortunes befell her, and so she traveled to Japan to meet Happosai.

An ambitious scientist who is trying to create the perfect soldier ^_^;  She is very manipulative and totally untrustworthy, as well as seeing other humans as experiment specimens (lijaka).

She is a genius cyberdoll said to have an IQ of 50,000 in human terms. Kei is originally given the mission of formulating a strategy to get May back. She becomes interested in Kazuya after hearing how he regards cyberdolls and changes her mind. Kei's memory bank of facts is extensive, but she often takes a while to process information that is more abstract. At times, abstract or philosophical questions can cause her CPU to lock up.

Emeraldas has been compared many times to Captain Harlock, and the two have some similarities. They also know each other from the days of the Voice of Free Arcadia, when she fought side by side with him and Tochirou, the man who is their common bond. After the Ilumidus resistance, Emeraldas became much like Harlock, sailing the sea of stars and delivering justice in her own unique way.  Emeraldas is one of the few people who know the route of Count Mecha's Time Castle, and when her ship, the Queen Emereldas, appears next to the Galaxy Express, Tetsuro doesn't hesitate to get her attention. Emeraldas would've killed Tetsuro if it weren't for two things. First, Maetel (whom she also knows) is with him. Second, Tetsuro has Tochirou's hat and laser. She listens and then tells Tetsuro where the Time Castle will next appear: Trader's Fork, on the planet of Heavy Melder.  Some time after she leaves, she realizes something is happening on Heavy Melder, something that had to do with Tochirou. She arrives too late. Harlock tells her he's already dead. She leaves but later receives a message. It's from Tochirou, whose soul had been successfully integrated into the Arcadia. Learning that it was Tetsuro who had helped him, she realizes that she owes him a favor, and she proceeds to Andromeda, to repay the favor. She and Tetsuro will cross path a few more times.  Emeraldas is a very lonely soul, especially after the death of Tochirou. Her closest companion, like herself, is a wanderer. The wind priestess of Mt. Muldoon. Of the three priestesses, her personality is delved into the least, and she comes off being rather wooden and serious most of the time, although she does make the occasional crack at Shayla's expense. Even though she is about the same age as Shayla, she's much more calm and composed. Still, she's not above shirking her duties on occasion, as she and Shayla are both late for the start of the rituals at Arliman after shopping at a bazaar, and like Shayla, she fails to listen to Makoto's pleas when they first meet.  Afura in The Wanderers  Afura remains a studious, intelligent priestess in the television series. However, her background with Shayla-Shayla is plumbed into much more detail, and her personality is given slightly more definition. Not much else changes, though. Moeka is extremely protective of her mobile phone and becomes agitated if someone tries to take it from her hands. She is very shy and prefers to talk to someone by sending them a text message instead of speaking.   

~!In Episode 12 it is revealed that she's in fact a Rounder member, a unit belonging to SERN. Her codename is M4. In multiple timelines of the Alpha attractor field, she is the one who kills Mayuri.!~

Lunch is Muten-Roshi's house maid, retrieved by the young Goku and Krilin in order to receive martial-arts training from him (his requirement was to "bring him a pretty girl"). She has dissociative identity disorder; whenever she sneezes, she switches between a sweet, innocent girl with blue hair, and a cleavage-bearing blonde bombshell who commits crimes for fun and is quick to respond with gunfire when angered (pulling a machine-gun out from nowhere when needed). Neither of Lunch's personalities remembers what the other says or does, and it is never said if the evil side knows of the innocent self; however, the innocent Lunch is aware of her evil side, although she doesn't really seem very concerned over her presence.

Diane Thurston is Axel's granddaughter and Renton's older sister. She and Axel were the ones who raised Renton after Adroc's death. She left home some years ago, and for initially unexplained reasons her family has not heard from her since. Despite appearing in Axel's family photos and in a silhouette in the series opening, her face isn't shown for the first 35 episodes —under many different circumstances, her face in flashbacks and photographs is always covered. Much of the first few episode's narration are made as if Renton was writing letters to his sister.   Talho is troubled by Holland's past relationship with her, and reacts with anxiety at her mention. Diane was obsessed with her father's research; so much that it affected her relationship with Holland. The terms of their breakup weren't thoroughly explained, but it's linked with her desire to more deeply understand Adroc's work.   At some point, Diane somehow ended up in the command center of the Scub Coral. There, in a library artificially created by the Scub Coral, she and a small group of people read to understand the truth they seek. The vast knowledge they wish to seek would take almost a lifetime and all that remain are under their own volition. Even though Diane told Renton they'll stay together, the Scub Coral command center was blown away and Renton had to leave in order to save Eureka and the kids. It's suggested that the command center will return again and that Adroc and Diane are alive and well, continuing their reading. 

Mosquito Girl (モスキート娘 Mosukito Musume) is a prototype artificial mutant created by Dr. Genus of the House of Evolution. As a hybrid between human and mosquito, she has control over large swarms of the insects, using them to collect blood as sustenance or repair any bodily damage.
