Vodka is a member of the Black Organization who is often seen by [Gin's](https://anilist.co/character/6305) side. His official position is that of secretary in the general oversight division, so he handles most of the research and information for the duo, such as setting up meetings _(309-311),_ and relaying information to other members _(54, 345)._ Vodka is often seen using some transport. 

Vodka speaks and acts like a typical mafia or Yakuza type gangster, and he is just as ruthless a killer as his partner Gin. However, he is also more easy-going and trusting than the latter, thus making him more susceptible to traps [Conan](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) sets to apprehend the Organization. In addition, he tends to not perform well under stress without guidance from Gin or other characters.

Cell is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, followed by Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. He is the ultimate creation of the scientist Dr. Gero, cloned from the cells of several characters from the series. As a result of the cloning, Cell is labeled the "perfect warrior", possessing genetic and even personality traits and abilities from almost all of the Dragon Ball characters. As a ring, Zaruba acts as Sword's darkness sensor and tracker. However, he has a greater role than other incarnations. He's also the key to Sword's motorcycle. Once transferred and activated to the motorcycle, Zaruba becomes the motorcycle and the ride becomes his extended body. When Garo activates his armor, the motorcycle also becomes armored. Capable of melee combat, the motorcycle has a pair of mechanical grappling arms with the physical strength to lift a truck and throw it across the field.

Paradox is the main antagonist in &quot;Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Fusion Ultra! Bond Over Time and Space&quot;. Oonishi is the leader of Organ and one of our protagonists.     ~!When he was younger, he was somewhat tricked into selling his legs to Kanno. His legs were replaced with Texhnolyze legs that allow him to hear the &#039;voice of the city&#039;, which are visions the Mothers send to him about things that will happen in Lux.    Most of the main council of Organ had some kind of qualm with Oonishi, first and foremost being his passive nature. Even on the battlefield, he prefers to not kill his opponents. In the office, he believes in talking things over first before starting an unnecessary war. This causes a number of the council members to try and oust him out of office.    First was Mizuno, who used Yoshii&#039;s interference in Lux&#039;s affairs to place blame on Oonishi for being too conservative. He gets his wishes and has Oonishi on the run after the large skirmish between Organ, the Alliance, and Lakan. Soon after, his wife is taken hostage by Yoshii and is killed in a skirmish. With the help of Touyama, he uncovers Yoshii&#039;s plot and manages to save Goto and Class Dude from being assassinated before being gashed across the chest by Yoshii. Ichise saves him and he is eventually able to recover.    While he was recovering, Mizuno&#039;s plot was also uncovered due to Touyama and Ichise&#039;s detective work and he was reinstated as leader of Organ. He goes and visits the Elder of Gabe, who was a long-time ally of Organ, to see if anything can be done about the current disarray of Lux. The Elder has him listen to Ran&#039;s prophecy in which she tells Oonishi that &#039;what you lost is coming to destroy you&#039;, insinuating that Kanno will soon arrive. While there, he uncovers Gabe&#039;s new alliance with the Class and is betrayed a second time by Mizuno. However, he is saved from being killed by Ichise.    He takes Ichise under his wing around this time. He realizes the potential that Ichise has and wants to try and get him to focus it on things other than blind rage.    He is then betrayed by Kohagura, who has made an alliance with Kanno, and loses his position as head of Organ. After having Ichise save Goto from the Shapes and guiding a losing battle against some shapes with the Alliance, he heads off to the gate to try and talk to the Class. He is let in by the Mothers who then tell him who Kanno is and his plans for taking of Lux and using the Shapes to take over the Class. They tell him that he has to warn the upper world about Kanno&#039;s plans.    Instead, he returns to Lux and asks Doc to tell the upper world because he believes they will be more receptive to her. He asks Ichise to go with her, but tells him that his debt is repaid.    Along with Shinji, he gathers the men of Lux up in order to oppose the Shape forces. Under his leadership, they&#039;re able to ultimately win a very bloody battle with their enemies, though at the cost of many, many lives.    He ultimately arrives in front of the Obelisk and asks the voice of the city (Ran) what he should do to stop the madness. Ran asks him to kill her and he obliges. He drives his katana into the Obelisk, which bleeds, and is then shot apart by an angry mob of anti-Organ / anti-Texhnolyze men.!~

Dryden is Escaflowne's resident scruffy, bookish intellectual, irreverent to extremes and a master of sarcasm and verbal wit. Though egotistical, cynical, and downright cocky, he is deeply selfless and romantic. He is social and likes to talk with anybody on just about anything intellectual. He is quite possibly the most laid back character in the entire cast, and one of the precious few with a good sense of humor. He has a knack for irritating just about anybody with reserves or reverence for anything arbitrary, whether it be propriety, society, or the proper role of a father. Needless to say, he manages to nettle almost every single member of the cast at least once, some multiple times. His idea of flirting is flat-out advertising his assets (i.e. more or less "My intellect is second-to-none, I'm freaking rich, and I'm good-looking."), if that gives a good idea of how brash he can be, but in his (very) few serious moments his courting methods turn to solemn vows. He takes a passionate interest in esoteric and arcane topics of study, such as Atlantis and Guymelefs, the latter of which he collects not for their military force, but for their integrity of construction. Not only is he a first-class nerd, but he is a first-class nerd with heaps of style. He is a noble-born rich boy, but he dresses as though he just stumbled out of bed, ties his hair back messily, and wears the coolest glasses I have ever seen, period. He is somebody who can make you laugh and who can still laugh at himself and life, no matter how desolate things may seem or how many people he will piss off.  Dryden is the son of a jerk of an Astorian noble, Meiden Fassa, and runs his own lucrative merchant airship convoy. His father arranged for him to marry the princess of Astoria, Millerna Aston, a headstrong and intelligent woman with whom he fell in love and spent a great deal of the show trying to win, unsuccessfully. After their rather eventful wedding day and after realizing that she was still in love with Allen Schezar, he allowed Millerna to leave, no strings attached, with the promise that he would become a man worthy of her love. The question of whether or not Dryden ends up winning Millerna is unanswered by the end of the show. Dryden becomes king of Astoria after their marriage, which is fortunate considering that at the end of the war a far more competent king than Aston is in the throne. He is willing to negotiate with and listen to Folken after he leaves Zaibach, and he displays pacifist tendencies; the core of his strategic response to the Zaibach threat is economic sanctions. In the first scene in which he appears, he is allowing his pet mermaid, Sylvie, to go free after a goodbye kiss, despite his manager's protests regarding her monetary cost, to which Dryden replies "Don't be so frugal." He sold his entire merchant convoy to the Ispano to pay for Escaflowne's repair job and, in effect, Van's life, much to the distress of the manager who keeps flitting around and freaking out every time Dryden does something so liberal. Dryden was the narrator of Leon Schezar's diary as the party searched for Atlantis, and in the process managed to get on Allen's bad side. No surprise. Para, known in the manga and Japanese version as Mei (迷), is the older of the two Paradox Brothers. He and his brother duel as a tag team, and appear to duel the protagonists in both Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Para has the kanji for half of the word "Labyrinth" on his head, with his brother's head having the other half.  He and his brother were hired by Maximillion Pegasus to work as Eliminators in his Duelist Kingdom tournament. The two duel as a team, with their "Labyrinth Wall" card enabling them to change the playing field to resemble a complicated underground labyrinth, making gameplay more akin to a board game than a card game. When he looks at films and photos passed to him by Shirasu, he begins to doubt the flag’s recapture strategy, and starts to follow in her trail.

Bartley Asprius is a large and balding Britannian general who commands the Code R research team.    ~!After the assassination of Clovis, he is stripped of his rank by Jeremiah and sent back to Britannia as a prisoner. He subsequently returns to the military under the command of Prince Schneizel. He oversees Jeremiah Gottwald's transformation into a cyborg and tries in vain to stop Jeremiah when he wakes up prematurely. After V.V. recruits Jeremiah, Bartley is ordered by the Emperor to help finish Jeremiah's modifications, which he does not seem happy about. After completing his task, he expresses the desire to leave, knowing that the Emperor's plans could mean the end of the world. During the Black Knights assault on the Geass Directorate stronghold, Bartley is killed in the attack. Dr. Mashirito is the main antagonist of the Dr. Slump franchise and the arch-rival of Senbei Norimaki.
His main goal is to conquer the world and surpass Arale's power. In order to get that, he will create many robots named Caramelmen or even make modifications to himself to earn destructive power.

He is extremely evil, agressive and rude. He stops at nothing to attain his goal, despite many failures.
While Dr. Mashirito's plans consistently end in failure, one should not underestimate him, as his intelligence is on par with, or perhaps even surpasses, that of Senbei.

He is the creator of Obotchaman.
