Kami was the good half of the Namekian that came to be the God of Earth, with his evil half becoming the Piccolo Daimao. In the anime, he competed with Garlic for the position and won. 300 years later, Garlic's son Garlic Jr., bearing a perpetual grudge, attempted twice to fight for the title and lost. He then watched over the planet for centuries to ensure its safety.    Seeing the spawn of his other half Piccolo threatening the planet, he goes to Earth in secret and competes in the Tenka-ichi Budōkai by possessing a human. After advancing to the semifinals he battles Piccolo, trying to trap him in a bottle using the Mafūba. Piccolo is able to overcome it by reversing the attack, trapping Kami in the bottle himself. He then swallows the bottle for safe keeping before losing Kami in his match with Son Goku. Piccolo Daimao is a character from the anime and manga series Dragon Ball, and appears from time to time in a couple flashbacks of Dragon Ball Z. He is introduced as a Mazoku in the story who once precipitated the Earth into utter chaos and pandemonium, giving birth to a brood of animal-like Namekians from within himself and converting a peaceful planet into a living hell. Later, it is revealed that he is the evil half and evil twin brother of Kami; the two were once a single entity. Piccolo Daimao's name is based on the instrument of the same name — hence, all of his sons share the names of various musical instruments. While he is named after a flute, the others are named after percussion instruments.  Piccolo Daimao came into being some 300 years before the beginning of Dragon Ball sometime after a powerful Namekian on Earth attempted to assume the position of guardian of Earth, he was neglected of the position due to the evil that occulted within. As a result, the Namekian concentrated and trained to relinquish the evil within; which conspired into producing two separate entities — if one should perish, the other would also. The concentrated evil being known as Piccolo Daimao. At first, the name "Piccolo" was a reference to the wind instrument, but then a revelation by Mr. Popo to Bulma meant it translated to "different world" in Namekian.  It remained unknown if Piccolo Daimao knew he was a Namekian, as he was shown to know the language and some of his powers and techniques are of Namekian origin, even replicating Guru's throne. If Piccolo Daimao knew, this could mean that the evil within Kami originated from being a Namekian warrior.

Major Alex Louis Armstrong, the Strong Arm Alchemist, was born into an elite family of alchemists and has mastered his family's techniques. Members of his family have, in the past, filled the highest military and political positions in the state. He acquired his alchemy titles for his skill of using arm strength in his alchemy. All though he may look intimidating, he is really friendly and (overly)affectionate, and often stays behind or risks his life for the safety of others. He also has a tendency to show off techniques passed down to him to his enemies, and make them feel somewhat awkward during a battle.

Batou is nominally the second-in-command of Section 9.  Little is known about the strange, large foreigner who has been with Motoko Kusanagi for years.  He was once American and served in the Special Forces in South America.  His amount of cyborg-ization is variable according to the storyline, from his limbs only up to most of his body, second only to the Major herself.  Despite the availability of superior eyes, he grew superstitious about his old-style eye replacements, popular with many high-level military operatives.  He also retains some residual body-image issues, causing him to continually purchase workout equipment despite the obvious anachronism.

Kuroobi is a ray-type fish-man. Kuroobi is one of the strictest members in his crew and has always been wary of Nami's supposed allegiance to Arlong. Kuroobi practices "Fish-Man Karate" (called "Merman Karate" in the now defunct 4kids dub) to fight his opponents. During the battle with the Straw Hats in the Arlong arc, he fights against Sanji whom he nearly defeats when the cook goes underwater to try and save Luffy. As a Fish-Man, Kuroobi has an advantage underwater. However, Sanji manages to force him up to dry land by breathing the air from his gills, suffocating him, and then promptly beats him into submission with his kicks.

King Wapol is the former ruler of the Drum Empire, later renamed Sakura Kingdom. He ate the Baku Baku no Mi (バクバクの実, Munch Munch Fruit), which allows him to eat virtually anything and take on its properties. Wapol uses this power many times against Monkey D. Luffy in acts such as chomping his two advisers into a single warrior or shooting bombs from his "Baku Baku Factory" pistol arms. He even tries to eat all the weapons inside his massive armory room to turn himself into a superweapon. Probably the most shocking thing about Wapol is that he was able to swallow himself and munch away all his excess body fat, turning him into an extra skinny form. ~!
Wapol is blasted far away from Drum Island by Luffy's Gomu Gomu No Bazooka/Gum Gum Bazooka and soon lands in a forest village. Mewtwo is a Pokémon created by science.

Mewtwo was created after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments based on Mew. It is said to have the most savage heart among all Pokémon, lack compassion, and strike fear into its enemy with cold, glowing eyes. Because it was engineered to be the ultimate in battle, it can only think of defeating its foes. In the first movie, where it was shown to be capable of levitation, telepathy, and mind control, Mewtwo exemplified these vicious characteristics. However, it was later shown to be caring, protective, and even altruistic. Another Mewtwo in the anime shared its aversion to contact with others but was much less belligerent.

Mewtwo conserves energy by remaining motionless in order to unleash its full power in battle. It is also capable of materializing psychic waves in the form of its signature move, Psystrike. Though rarely seen in the wild, it is said to be resting in a dark cave somewhere.

At first sight, one might think that Gogul, with his scarred face and cybernetic eyes, is the muscle of the three. Although he IS immensely strong, his greatest strength is his mind. Gogul is a first-class computer hacker, and is capable of breaking the most complicated codes. Before his capture, he worked with a fellow hacker Sara, where they hacked a military code and held it for ransom.    Even though he seems calm, well read, and level-headed, Gogul is a man capable of extreme violence. He is capable of wielding weapons of massive firepower. And if forced to, he is an able hand-to-hand fighter, able to rip the biggest person to shreds with his bare hands.

Leona&#039;s squad leader. Very macho, with little regard for regulations or the health, safety and property of civilians. He also is the best shot in the force, preferring a large, old-fashioned revolver (which he lovingly refers to as &quot;the Castigator&quot;) to the automatic weapons used by other members of his unit. As a spy for the Lepton Kingdom, D has been stationed on earth for a long while, searching for signs of their missing princess. Her long exile comes to fruition when she encounters A-ko and C-ko racing to school one morning. She continues to stalk the pair, despite suffering massive (but accidental) bodily harm whenever they meet.  Like the Captain, D is in fact a woman, but appears very masculine to Earthling eyes. This confusion is cleared up at the end of the first movie, when she dons a very scant uniform to battle A-ko.  Although D does try to kill A-ko, she remains fervently loyal to C-ko, even going so far as to sample C-ko's toxic cooking out of respect. However, her main goal is to get C-ko back to the Lepton Kingdom, whether she wants to return or not. As Goku begins to gain the upper hand, Rilldo transforms again to allow him to fuse with any metal on the planet and make him nearly invincible.  While the trio try to leave the planet M2, Rilld stops them by grabbing hold of the ship. Trunks tries to reason with him, saying he was nothing but a pawn in Dr. Myuu&#039;s games, just an inferior being that would be shut down once his plans with other creation Baby are complete. Rilld refuses to listen. However, the three fire a combined Kamehameha-like attack, that easily kills the un-transformed Rilld.    It is later revealed that Rilld was in fact under control of Baby.    General Rilldo, along with the other villians, escaped from Hell, thanks to Myuu and Dr. Gero. He is first seen chasing Pan and Mr. Satan, only for them to be saved by Gohan. The two end up fighting, with Rilldo easily gaining the upper hand.
