Viluy (Byruit in the dub) is the 4th member of the Witches 5, named for the mineral viluite.  In the anime, Viluy was handed the task of gathering pure hearts after Tellu's demise. To achieve this goal, she programmed all the computers at the Infinity Academy to extract the pure heart crystal of their users during a national practice exam. Additionally, she possessed the &quot;Mosaic Buster&quot; attack (&quot;Mosaic Energy Blaster&quot; in the English Dub), which released a flurry of nano-robots from her wristband. She had great success at first, and nearly defeated Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Mercury (against whom she had a personal grudge), when her wristband suddenly malfunctioned as a result of damage inflicted by Sailor Moon attacking it. The nanomachines dissolved their own master, effectively killing her, leaving behind only her bracelet.  In the manga, Viluy was the third witch to appear, before Tellu. She was ranked at Level 202 and led the Science Division of Infinity Academy under the alias of Yui Bidoh. Her story in the manga is essentially the same as in the anime, except that she meets her doom by being cut in half by Sailor Uranus's Space Sword.

Enju was an anthropologist with telepathic powers. She had a steadfast love for Gyokuran, despite knowing she would never be able to compete with Mokuren for Gyokuran's attentions. Despite this, she never treated Mokuren badly and never let herself turn bitter. Later on, the two paired after Shion and Mokuren got engaged; however, Gyokuran still loved Mokuren and believed that Shion forced her into the engagement, allowing him to hope that Mokuren did love him back. Because of this, even after they hooked up, Enju's feelings were never really returned by Gyokuran. Shusuran was Enju's best friend and supported her unwaveringly as much as she could through Enju's days of trying to gain Gyokuran's interest. Enju was the fourth to die.

Sylvie is a female character who appears on episode 5 "Moonlight Rambler". She and her friend Anri escape and crash-land near Megatokyo. Upon reaching the metropolis, Sylvie befriends Priss without revealing her origin. It is revealed that she is a Sexaroid (a Boomer designed to be a love-doll) model 33-S designed to feed on human blood and pilot "D.D.", a heavily-armed mecha with a fail-safe mechanism that can set to self-destruct if the pilot's vital signs reach flatline. Priss is left no choice but to kill Sylvie to deactivate the D.D.'s self-destruct mechanism.

Shino attempts to capture Kazuki and make him part of her collection, but is thwarted by her older brother, Dr. Akai. Afterwards, she becomes an assistant under her brother, but she still tries to make Kazuki part of her collection for personal reasons.     ~!At the end of the series, it is revealed that she along with Karei, Kazuki&#039;s dorm manager, were in a similar situation as Yuna, Rin, and Kuriko and tries her best to convince them that restoring Kazuki&#039;s body is pointless. She is powerful with seals and great in combat exceeding both Kuriko and Rin. She does not hate Kazuki, but feels that a tragedy will repeat itself if the girls persist on their goal. It is hinted that she has feelings for Kazuki since her brother had asked her why she kept hesitating to put Kazuki into her collection, even though she could have done so at anytime. It is also believed that Shino and her brother, Dr. Akai and Karei are somehow &quot;ghosts&quot; as in episode 23 she flashes back to when Japan was still in the era of Warring States, and how the Manager told her to &quot;keep her promise&quot;, like they promised long ago. Riko is the female lead in the God chapter. She is a girl who hates the world as it is and wishes for its destruction at first. Upon witnessing the brutal end of a dragon that fell from a building she rescued the egg that the dragon was protecting and raised it, at first in mind with using its power to destroy. As she begins to raise it she grows very attached to it and named the baby dragon Carmine. As an unknown amount of time passes the demons descend on earth wreaking havoc. As Riko witnesses the horrible tragedy&#039;s taking place she changes her ways and wishes to protect the earth for the rare beauty it still possesses.

Although usually calm and composed, in trying to keep her involvement with the Paris Kagekidan a secret, she panics and starts finishing her father&#039;s sentence. In the game, while teaching Ogami Japanese Calligraphy, when Ogami spills ink on his shirt, she starts taking off his shirt to prevent the stain, until she realized what she was doing.
