Rai is a fierce competitor in Series One. He holds grudges for years and uses that as his advantage in battle. He is well respected and in turn respects his village and its people. He aimed to gain the power of the White tiger, but the village elder handed it down to Rei Kon, his best friend, instead. This started the grudge which was fuelled further still when Rei left the village.He also perfected all the White Tigers attacks. In G-Revolution his fiery rage dies down and he becomes a strong and focus blading partner of Rei's. However because he is an emotional character it sometimes leads him to lose his cool and even break down.   Rai's Beyblade is Galeon in beyblade 2000. It is a black speed based beyblade. Rai's next beyblade would be galeon 2, a similar blade with green desings which was upgraded to Galeon G. Galeon G is basically Galeon 2 with an engine gear. Rai's bit-beast is Galeon a black lion with the abilities of lightning. His special attacks are Dark Thunder and Spiral Lightning. 

Namikawa is the Vice President of Sales of the Yotsuba Corporation. He initially encourages the Yotsuba Kira. He is seen as the "most talented" of the board members who has the potential to &quot;make it to the top&quot; without Kira. He has a talent in shogi at the professional 4-dan level. He detests useless subordinates.

McEnroe is an SPK member and FBI officer.  He is sent to the Japanese National Police Agency HQ in order to request that the Death Note that they have is handed over to the United States government, and thus the SPK. 

Hyacinth&rsquo;s loyal masochist slave. After some s&amp;m play he will turn into a random animal. He has some powerful forms, but more often than not he&rsquo;ll turn into something useless. Despite lack of an alias and the weird alien clothes, no one found out he is an alien.

 __Dragonball:__  Yamcha, the notorious desert bandit, started out as an antagonist of Goku but quickly became his friend thanks to Bulma. He lived in the desert, which resulted in him never having much female contact. Whenever he encountered Bulma, he would blush immensely and become petrified right on the spot.  Yamcha's trade mark move was known as the Fist of the Wolf Fang. With this move, he would strike the opponent with his hands in a claw like pose with his middle finger, ring finger and thumb curled.  His best friend is a floating shift-shaping cat named Pu'ar.   __Dragonball Z:__  Yamcha's cleaned up his act as a desert bandit and become a member of the Z-fighters as well as a student of Master Roshi.  Yamcha gained incredible ki control as displayed in his new signature move the Spirit Ball.  With this move, he can guide a ki ball in any direction using his middle and index fingers.

Hiraga Keaton Taichi is half Japanese and half British. He belonged to the SAS (Special Air Service) of the British Military, and he was an expert of survival technique. Now, he is studying archeology and works as a lecturer at the collage. At the same time, he works for an insurance company as an investigator, and he travels around the world to investigate the incidents. Durandal is a man of science and medicine rather than politics, with the stated agenda of ending all conflicts between humans, especially the chasm between the Naturals and the Coordinators, i.e. the Earth and PLANT. While a supporting character to the protagonists of the PLANT/ZAFT side of the story, he serves as the principal antagonist in the series, especially to the protagonists of the original Mobile Suit Gundam SEED.  Before he was Chairman of PLANT, Durandal was a brilliant young physician specializing in genetics and advanced biomedical techniques.  He also was a friend of Rau Le Creuset, who was also his patient, as it appears that it was he who prescribed Le Creuset the pills to stop the pain from his genetic malfunctions. However, despite Gilbert's efforts to ameliorate his friend's suffering, he could do nothing to "save" Rau from his genetic death sentence. Rau's inability to understand the purpose of his existence helped Durandal form his opinions about a perfect world society.  Durandal also had a relationship with later Minerva Captain Talia Gladys but she left him because she wanted a child. The stern pilot of the Shenlong Gundam is the proud offspring of a legendary warrior clan, who were exiled from China to a decrepit space colony by a fearful government. Tatewaki Kuno is an upperclassman at Furinkan High and was the big man on campus &ndash; at least until Ranma came along. Yaito's NetNavi, and much like her he acts very sophisticated. He is not made to be a net battler, so he does not participate in fighting. However it is possible for him to do so when Yaito uses her rare chips to make his power up to par with the others.

As Dr. Toro's elder son, he was formerly on the Blitz Team until Bit joined the group. Having been invigorated by Bit's latent potential as a Zoid pilot and confident that in his absence the team was in able hands with Bit, Leon left the group in hopes of becoming a better pilot. He later becomes Naomi Fluegel's partner. Leon pilots a Shield Liger at the beginning of the series and is later seen piloting a Red Blade Liger. Chronologically speaking, Daisuke started having the moon dreams first, as he started having them when he was seven (Rin recovered his memories at an even younger age, but at a later time, since Rin is much younger than Daisuke). Daisuke spends very little time on-panel in the manga, so not much is known about him. However, he does not trust Haruhiko, whom he believes to be Shion. Despite being the base leader he shows up rarely in flashback scenes, even in the long stretches of flashback, both from Shion and Mokuren&#039;s perspective, detailing their days before arriving at the moon base, the daily goings on at the moon base, and when the situation starts deteriorating on the moon base after the Homeworld is destroyed. Hiiragi&#039;s most important function in the plot was his executive decision to forbid the scientists from evacuating to Earth after their homeworld was destroyed. Artificial Human #17, Android 17 in the English adaptations, is a fictional character who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, as well as Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.    Originally a human, he is constructed into a cyborg by Dr. Gero like his twin sister. 17 is a mass murderer in Future Trunks&#039; timeline.    Number 17 is not an android created by Dr. Gero. He and his twin sister #18, were once human. How could they be twins if they weren&#039;t once human? Toriyama said Gero found them as a couple of hooligans. They existed before Dr. Gero, therefore, they are not robots. An android is a robot and a cyborg is a human with robot parts in them. Considering what he can do, #17 is probably about half human.    Now as to the motivation behind #17 killing Dr. Gero, that&#039;s subjective. While they didn&#039;t necessarily like being turned into cyborgs, once it was done, it couldn&#039;t be undone. It was Dr. Gero&#039;s strangle hold on their freedom, as represented by the &quot;controller&quot; device, that inspired #17 to kill him. Threat + Rebel = dead Gero. They were both rebels. You should never try to put a leash on a rebel.    Later, #17 and #18 drive around in a van with Android 16, looking for Goku. When they finally get to the Kame House, Piccolo tells them Goku is not there. He refuses to tell them where he went to, and thus Piccolo challes #17 to a battle. As they fight, Piccolo&#039;s ki leads Cell (an evil insect freak spawned by Dr. Gero&#039;s computer who needs to absorb #17 and #18 to reach its perfect form) to the battlefield. He offers #17 to surrender so he can become a part of *greatness*. #17 refuses, and is defeated during the battle.     ~!Number 17 is killed when Cell explodes, but is wished back to life along with the other people on Earth who had been killed by Cell. #17 has his explosive device removed by Kuririn with the second wish. The last time we see #17 in DBZ is when he is in the woods donating energy for Goku&#039;s Genki-Dama. Karin (カリン, Karin?) (English dub: Korin) is a Senbyō  __(仙猫 immortal cat)__ who has lived at the top of Karin Tower for more than 800 years. The tower is located right underneath Kami's Lookout, which is a few hundred meters[verification needed] higher than Karin's tower and can be reached by Son Goku's nyoi-bō. Karin is a deity just below the rank of Kami, and plays a large role in Dragon Ball when he trains Goku during the Commander Red Saga to defeat Tao Pai Pai. At later points in the series and in Dragon Ball Z, Karin lends his assistance periodically to Goku and the other characters by growing them Senzu, which only grow in a tree in his tower. The third member of Mach Storm, Sigma is older than RD, is rather cocky and argumentative, and tends to look down on RD. Despite this, he is a capable pilot. He usually provides fire support for the team with his Boldguard, whose cannons have been modified to fire various weapons (including the 'capture rings' used to immoblise wild Zoids). After the Boldguard was destroyed, it was replaced with a new Leostriker.        Later in the series, Sigma and Helmut's Zoids gain the ability to fuse into the Command Striker. For some reason, the Command Striker was never utilized in the final battle against Alpha. Shou Sai is the leader of the Merchants guilds special district in Kinka, located in the Sa province. He is the son of the Kinka Thaishu (military commander). Furthermore he has a twin sister who is an important official in the merchant guild as well.

A ZAFT team commander who works closely with National Defense Committee chairman Patrick Zala. When Athrun attended the ZAFT military academy, Yuki served as his mentor, and now that the young pilot has returned to the PLANTs it falls to Yuki to inform him of the failure of Operation Spit Break, the theft of the Freedom Gundam, and the apparent treason of Lacus Clyne.

Hasegawa used to be an official working for the Bakufu, but after an unfortunate incident with Amanto dignitary Prince Hata, whom he was assigned to serve and protect, his superior asked him to succumb to his shame and commit seppuku, hearing that he ran away from his quarters.

He initially believed that humans should focus on appeasing the Amanto, but after his encounter with Gintoki, his mindset changed, which led to him punching Hata out, thus getting fired. Since then, he has been living a life of somewhat like a loser, getting fired almost every time he gets a new job, mostly due to the unfavourable look his sunglasses and goatee give him.

No matter what, he refuses to remove his sunglasses because it's the only thing he had left to remind him of his successful past. Although he does exchange the sunglasses for a decent pair of half-moon spectacles at one point, he goes back to wearing them after he decides that he is going to live out his life in the best way he can. He is constantly seen working various part-time jobs. He is often referred to as "Madao," short for "marude damena ossan," which roughly translates into "totally useless middle-aged man."



Ted is an inductee into the Vancouver TheatreSports League and has over a decade of theatrical experience. He has worked for such diverse companies as the Arts Club Theatre, The Vancouver Playhouse and Pink Ink Theatre. He has also appeared in a number of the American episodics that are filmed in Vancouver, as well as having one of the most recognized voices in translated Japanese animation. In the 1994 Fringe Festival, Ted had his first small success as a playwright with the solo hit, Virtually Nonexistent. Mr. Cole is also an amateur photographer and a sport fisherman.
