The daughter of a noble house, Keen spends much of the earlier part of the series trying to prove herself. Her father, choosing to serve Drake to uphold the family name, is killed in combat against Nie&#039;s forces (Keen herself has to fight him.) Keen is a loyal, if not exactly skilled fighter, and is able to hold her own well enough until the final battle, even if she sometimes lets her want to prove herself get the better of her. While versed in the use of Aura Battlers, more often than not Keen serves as a support pilot, sortieing in the Fou fighter unit. She has feelings for Nie, but he does not seem to notice them.

They have stolen the Jurai power and Ayeka is determined to return it. Ayeka forces Ryoko and Washuu's ship down onto the planet Earth, where a foot chase insues. Ayeka traps Ryoko and Washuu, but Ryoko, out of desperation, uses the Jurai power on herself. Just then, Tenchi arrives on the scene. The crystals he wears on his neck are somehow activated, and he puts Ryoko out of commition. Ayeka retrieves the Jurai power. Ayeka decides to stay on planet Earth because of her growing affections for Tenchi, and is given one of the crystals Tenchi has as a symbol of friendship between herself and Tenchi. Months later, Tenchi goes to Tokyo to study causing issues between all the jealous women in the family.

She is a very sensual, self-assured, bold but subtly assertive woman. She is not above playfully teasing her oldest daughter and son-in-law, demanding to know intimate details regarding their relationship. She greatly resembles Mizuho, with the exception of having purplish hair instead of magenta, and a small beauty mark on her chin.

Vivian is the host of all of the Pokemon Contests in the Hoenn region. In the episode May, We Harley Drew'd Ya, she returned as a special guest judge for the Kanto Grand Festival.  Vivian is the older sister to Lilian, the host for the Kanto Pokemon Contests.
