Duke Preminger is Nadja's grandfather, and head of the Preminger household. He is a cold man who is very concerned with the importance and continuation of the Preminger good name. Social status is important as well, so he was very upset when Colette disobeyed him to be with Raymond. He has a poor relationship with his son, Herman, and does not wish his title to pass down to him. Instead he would see it go to his granddaughter Nadja. Death Phantom, who calls himself Wiseman, is an immortal form of Chaos from the future. In the English version of the anime, he is called Doom Phantom.    In the manga, Death Phantom was originally a human who lived in the time of the future kingdom of Crystal Tokyo, and possessed dark powers which he used to wreak havoc upon the citizens of Crystal Tokyo. These powers were: his death hands; able to reach insurmountable distances to attack people, and his evil vision, capable of controlling the minds of others by simply looking at them. He was banished to the barren tenth planet, Nemesis, by Neo-Queen Serenity. Over an unspecified period of time, Death Phantom managed to merge his spirit with the planet and became one with Nemesis. He cloaked his decayed and crumbling human body, and reached out psychically to Earth in order to look for discontent. He convinced certain denizens of earth that the 30th century utopia of Crystal Tokyo was an abomination against nature, as all of its citizens were given immortality through the power of the Silver Crystal. Thus the Black Moon Clan was born.     Calling himself the Wiseman, Death Phantom lead their way into a near fatal attack on Crystal Tokyo, and then into the past of Sailor Moon's time in order to obtain the Silver Crystal and have his revenge. Death Phantom cares little for his pawns; he manipulates them and sends the young traitors to their deaths, and even kills Rubeus himself. When faced with a new conduit for power, in the form of Chibiusa, he fills her with dark energy and she becomes his Black Lady. When Demand finally comes to his senses and blasts the Wiseman with all of his strength, the decayed body shatters; but Black Lady only laughs, before revealing that Wiseman is Nemesis. When all of his followers are gone, and Black Lady reverts to Sailor Chibi Moon, he creates a dark energy swirl to kill the Sailor Senshi, Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon attack the planet with a Double Moon Princess Halation and he is destroyed.    In the anime, Death Phantom first approached Prince Demand when he was significantly younger. The Black Moon Clan were the descendants of traitors who had been exiled to Nemesis centuries before by Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion of Crystal Tokyo; and, posing as Wiseman, the Death Phantom manipulated them into gathering power for himself. He promised them that he could give them the power and ability to go to Earth and appeal directly to Neo-Queen Serenity to gain amnesty for the citizens of Nemesis, who had committed no crimes themselves. However, Wiseman's influence slowly warped the minds of his pawns until they carried out his plan for revenge and the ultimate destruction of the planet Earth. The Wiseman personally counsels Rubeus during his mission for a long time, but is all the same unconcerned about his death. He condescendingly humiliates Esmeraude when she comes to him asking to be the queen of Nemesis, and thus brings about her transformation into a hideous dragon and, ultimately, her death. He manipulates Chibiusa's childhood memories in order to make her into Black Lady. Wiseman then kills Saphir when Saphir realizes that he and his brother have been lied to. In the end, Death Phantom is destroyed, but Nemesis and its inhabitants aren't.

He trained Uryū and Ryūken in Quincy abilities throughout his childhood, becoming his mentor in the process. He was a kind old man whom Uryū admired. He preached an unusual variant of Quincy philosophy advocating cooperation with the Shinigami. Sōken tried to make amends with the Shinigami by advocating a new system of response to hollow attacks: Quincy would be the first-response squad, protecting humans from hollows until the Shinigami arrived to dispatch the hollow, thus maintaining the spiritual balance between the worlds that was being destroyed by the Quincy.     However, his proposal was never accepted, despite several attempts. He was eventually killed in a hollow attack, as the Shinigami arrived to late to save his life. During the rescue of Rukia Kuchiki, Mayuri Kurotsuchi reveals to Uryū that this was his doing; he delayed the Shinigami meant to protect Sōken so that he could study Sōken's soul for his research.     According to a reflection of a photograph seen in Uryu's glasses, all that was left of him in the end was his head. His death is the primary reason Uryū hates the Shinigami, although after learning of the conspiracy Uryū's hatred has become less for Shinigami in general than for Mayuri in particular, despite the fact that the Captain saved his life during the assault on Hueco Mundo. Famous doctor of the Happiness Clinic, which is located in the same building as S&amp;A Detective Agency. He's a shady doctor who charges outrageous fees, but in reality he's a lewd old man who delights in making his nurse Monica wear costumes every night. And then there's also another, unknown side to him...

Sieglinde&#039;s dragon partner, who seems to act more like her butler.

The leader of a group of Ishvalan survivors, he has repeatedly cared for Scar when Scar was injured in Central. After the mercenary raids against the Ishabalan camp in Central he moves his group further south. He is never mentioned by name in the anime nor the manga, though he was identified as Rick and Leo's grandfather in the anime episode Marcoh's Notes.

One of the officials of Megalosia who is opposed to General Praod's plan to leave Lazeria using Iczeon.

The second in command of the Omekata Cult led by The Sixth, Tsubaki Kasugano. Serving as a minor villain, he himself appears little in the series, but played a crucial role by twisting Tsubaki and Reisuke Houjou to the point of insanity. He appears in Future Diary: Paradox, serving as a secondary villain to Aru Akise and Tsubaki.

**Bloody** is the last Nightmare member showing up in the first season. He is seen as a senior employee at Nightmare and was well respected. 

Bloody is an old man who wears a black tuxedo and cape with a matching top hat. He has grayish white hair and pointed ears. Around his neck is an ascot with a green gem. As a bat, Bloody has enormous ears, yellow squinted eyes and a long chin. He has green arms and legs. Around his arms are golden bracelets. He also wears a purple fur-collared cape. 

He prefers to fight by using his persuasive skills, only using a Kowaina if needed. Being a veteran, he does not like the changes Nightmare has made and prefers doing things the old-fashioned way. He doesn't forgive others easily and overcome any hurdles to seek revenge.

The martial arts master of M1, M2, and M3. For years, Mitamura had been training young boys throughout their lives in the ways of martial arts, though one day Dr. Ichigaki poisoned him in secrecy. His disciples, gravely upset, were willing to do anything for his health, and Dr. Ichigaki took three of his students, En, Ryo, and Kai, and turned them into killing machines at his command. Kurama, finding this out through one of Dr. Ichigaki's henchmen, healed Mitamura. Although the three felt their master should not see them for the crimes they committed, Genkai explained that she had given them the choice to be purified or not, and Mitamura easily forgave them.
