Ratchman is the leader of the Aryan Socialist Union, a neo-Nazi organization operating in the United States. He was commissioned by Lord Alfred, a former SS officer in hiding in South America, to do a single task: salvage the painting 'The Twelve Knights led by Brunhilda' from the wreak of U-1324, a Type IX-C U-boat that was sunk on March 24, 1945 by a U.S. Navy patrol just outside its objective of Batavia (now Jakarta), with the promise of financial backing of the organization (oddly enough, Lord Alfred ALSO gave the same job to the Lagoon Company, mainly as a test for Ratchman).    Ratchman is a petty, cowardly man, whose main quality is giving grandiose, overly-emotional speeches to inspire his men. He has no sense of either foresight or planning, as evident when Revy and Dutch raided their ship after stealing the painting from Revy and Rock, who entered the U-boat ahead of the A.S.U., with both Dutch - and mostly Revy - causing a bloodbath among the A.S.U.'s company as they celebrated in a drunken party.    It was later - after his men were killed - when Ratchman discovered from a phone call to Lord Alfred that he was merely TESTING Ratchman and his organization - and found them as poor Nazis. Ratchman was later killed by Revy and Dutch when Revy offered one of her guns to him. Ratchman then tried to kill himself, but then turned the gun to Dutch - and found it empty.

Cerberus, nicknamed "Kero", is the appointed guardian of the book which holds the Clow Cards. He is one of two magical creatures created by Clow Reed along with the Clow Cards. Before his death, Clow appointed Kero as the one to select the potential candidate to be the next master of the cards, Cerberus himself, and his "brother" and fellow guardian, Yue. After Sakura accidentally releases the cards, Cerberus chooses her to be the candidate and teaches her the basics of capturing the cards. Throughout the series, he displays an extensive knowledge of mysticism.

Having spent a lengthy amount of time in the book while it was in Osaka, Cerberus speaks with a pointed Osakan accent. He tends to be bossy, demanding, egotistical, and glutton, but clearly displays his affection for Sakura, especially if she is hurt or in danger. He becomes very fond of video games and is addicted to sweets. Cerberus spends most of his time in a "false form", a small figure resembling an orange-stuffed animal with wings.

Unlike Yue, Cerberus draws his life energy from the sun and is not dependent on the magical power of his master. However, his master must have control of the Firey and Light cards in order to power his true form, a large-winged cat. In the anime adaptation, the Firey card is changed to the Earthy card to avoid delaying his obtaining his true form. Cerberus' name is taken from the Greek mythological figure, Cerberus, a large three-headed beast who was assigned to guard the gates of Hades.

Ginyu is the commander of the Ginyu Special Corps, and the strongest member on the team. He is purple and has veins on his head and horns that resembles Freeza&#039;s first form. His highest powerlevel, which is said by Jheese, is 120,000. He is one of the more flamboyant members of the Ginyu Special Corps, second only to Reacoom.      ~!Ginyu knows and uses a unique technique in the series, the ability to switch bodies with others. He fights with Goku after giving the Dragon Ball to Freeza only to be overwhelmed by his power. He uses his ability to switch bodies, but is unable to use Goku&#039;s power. After being battered by Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta, he tries to switch with Vegeta twice. The first time Goku, in Ginyu&#039;s body jumps in the way, and the second time the injured Goku throws a Namekian frog in his way. He accidentally and forever changes bodies with a frog. Unable to speak, he can not transfer into a new body. In the anime only, when Bulma deems him harmless and translates his frog speech, he is transferred into her body. However, he reverts back to the frog when Gohan throws it into Ginyu&#039;s path of Piccolo, changing Bulma back and trapping him once more. He was later transported to Earth along with everyone else when Dende asked Porunga to transport everyone but Goku and Freeza there. Ginyu is last seen in Dragonball Z living with normal earth-frogs in the frog pond at the Capsule Corp. compound, though he cameos later in Dragonball GT in front of Lord Emma&#039;s desk in Hell.!~     &copy; Wikipedia

Porunga is an Namekian magical dragon from the anime and manga series, Dragon Ball Z. His name in the Namek language translates to &#039;dragon of dreams&#039; or &#039;dragon of law&#039;.

Dornkirk is the ruler of the Zaibach Empire and the main antagonist of the series.

A large and powerful humanoid monster made of rocks. He moves slowly, but his punches and other attacks are destructive. Golem is a kind-hearted monster who loves nature. However, when in battle he will fight furiously with powerful techniques. He can break apart to perform his Tornado attack, launching bits and pieces of himself in a whirlwind formation. Because he cannot swim, he is also afraid of water. Despite being the single most powerful member of the group, he is passive and would only resort to violence when the group is desperate or if Holly would be hurt. Masa appears in nearly every single episode during the first two seasons, and mentions at least once to "Take your calcium!". Masa loves fish, they are definately his passion. He rides a bike throughout town, and wears a funny apron with a fish on it. When trying to talk to Masa about Net Battling, he'll pretend to not know a thing about it. "Net Bath? What is that?"   However, we soon learn that Masa is not all who he appears to be. Masa also poses as the mysterious Net Battler known as "Commander Beef", and is the operator of the Net Navi called Sharkman (big surprise). He also seems to be the leader of an organization called Net Agents, which are geared towards stopping net crimes.   When Masa is not parading around as Commander Beef, he's doting upon the beautiful Mariko-sensei, who is Netto's teacher at school. Unfortunately he has some competition for her affections, the rather nerdy otaku known as Higure Yamitaro. Masa likes to make him continuesly angry by mangling the pronunciation of Higure's last name. 

The old man in the story is Manager of Video Shop Gokuraku, Japan Branch. His real name is unknown. Despite the term &#039;Manager&#039;, he belongs to the lower echelon of the Gokuraku and basically manages the &#039;rental system&#039; in the video shop. He has some specialized knowledge in the field of Video Girl Engineering and helps him employer, Rolex, in development and maintenance of equipment. In the series, he is the only &#039;normal human&#039; employee working for Gokuraku.

Shion&#039;s kind and patient foster father and veeda, one who guides those with special talents, after Shion had been rescued from the war-torn Tess. After only 78 days, La Zlo dies in a car accident while Shion is at school. La Zlo is from whom Shion realized what it was that he truly wanted from someone, anyone, in life, the space that Mokuren unwittingly filled later on the moon base.

Oolong is a shapeshifting humanoid pig, standing about three feet tall with pale pink skin, who tends to dress in trousers, button-down shirts, and suspenders. He was expelled from shapeshifting training for stealing the teacher's underwear and lacks the ability to change his form for more than five minutes at a time without a break. With his shapeshifting, Oolong can look like anything at all. Oolong's initial appearance was as a villain who terrorized a village and kidnapped their young women. Son Goku defeated Oolong and the girls were returned to their village. Bulma decided that he might be useful on her Dragonball quest and persuaded him to join their expedition. Eventually he becomes good friends with Goku and the others, and helps them to find more Dragonballs. He plays a large role in the beginning of Dragon Ball, but by the end of Dragon Ball Z, he just shows up from time to time. His poor shapeshifting skills (and innate cowardice) made him a very weak character that didn't have much to do once the tone was shifted to more serious action. In the anime and several movies, he appears quite often as comic relief. He is loosely based on the character Zhu Bajie from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. 

Vector Prime is Primus's appointed guardian of time and space. Though recorded history pegs him as 25 million years old, he has identified himself as 9 billion years old, making the clockwork-covered Transformer one of the Thirteen. Despite his age, Vector Prime is very powerful, and can warp both space and time, though excessive use of this power can severely weaken him.

Richard Newman is a voice actor with numerous voice roles in Transformers cartoons. Newman started his career in voice acting in Beast Wars voicing Rhinox and the Vok. Born Chicago, Illinois USA  Newman has also had roles in Dragon Ball Z, RoboCop Alpha Commando, and Beast Machines: Transformers as well as MegaMan NT Warrior, and Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars.  He also provided archvillain Phaeton's voice in the animated television series Exosquad.
