East Kaioushin is the supreme ruler of the Eastern Quadrant of the Universe along with his best friends, and under his superior, Dai Kaioshin (Grand Supreme Kai). He is short, purple skinned with white hair, dressed in a posh Kaio outfit and always accompanied by his ever-loyal bodyguard and friend, Kibito. East Kaioshin survived Majin Buu&#039;s assault on the Kaioshin Kai to become the only surviving Kaioshin, when rescued by his bodyguard. East Kaioshin mentions that he was the weakest of the four kaioshins. Gregory is a little flying cricket and King Kai&#039;s motor-mouth pet. Gregory is very respectful of his master and always speaks highly of him, but he will talk trash to anyone he does not believe is better than him. King Kai called for him after Goku managed to catch Bubbles: the new goal was to hit Gregory with a heavy hammer. Heinrich von Kümmel was a cousin to Hildegard von Lohengramm. Due to his chronically (indeed, terminally) poor health, he seemed to have been bed-ridden for most or all of his life, thus giving him the appearance of a man well older than he actually was. 

Heinrich held the title of Baron, though how powerful he was in the court of the Galactic Empire must surely have been negligible due to his inability to actually participate in any obvious manner.

He gets inspired by people who work hard at something, whether or not they are victorious, and likes to support them. Yuusaku eventually joins the Myoujou High School baseball team, playing center fielder, despite not knowing how to play the game. He has a cat, Taisuke, which he finds in a box at the side of the road.

Dr. Irabu is the son of the founder of the Irabu General Hospital. Irabu is a psychiatrist with a carefree, eccentric, and childlike personality. He changes appearance throughout the scenes. In his first form, he is slightly overweight wearing bright clothes under his labcoat with a large green bear head that can change expression to suit his. &quot;Middle Irabu&quot; is slimmer, wearing his normal attire. In this form, he has long blond hair, red glasses, and a pair of green bear ears. 

His personality in this form is notably effeminate. His final form is &quot;little Irabu&quot; (him as a boy), with an oversized lab coat, and shorts instead of trousers. He is quite mellow in this form, but can get ecstatic.    Irabu has a strange angle to his line of medicine, insisting that all his patients have a vitamin shot and insisting that his patients face their problems head on. He is seen by other psychiatrists as obscene and childish, although his treatments seem to work.

Lowell is a delicate young man from a wealthy English family. He travels to Australia where he's going to meet Georgie. He will want to leave everything behind just to be with her.

Dr. Tofu Ono is the local chiropractor and often helps [Akane](https://anilist.co/character/669/Akane-Tendou) and [Ranma](https://anilist.co/character/668/Ranma-Saotome) when they have bumps, bruises or dislocated joints from their many fights. He is very knowledgeable about martial arts techniques although he is never seen practicing. He has injured quite a few of his patients when this happens. Dr. Tofu is well liked in the community and has many older clients. He is often seen in the company of his skeleton, Betty, which he carries and moves as if it were a real person. At one time Akane had a crush on Dr. Tofu and he would often give her advice and support. 

Marg is the twin brother to Takeru, who grows up on Gishin instead of Earth. Not content to follow the orders of Zool, Marg uses his telepathy to aid Takeru from afar and teach him more about the history of Gishin.
