Nagakura Shinpachi is second lieutenant of Shinsengumi, bellow Hijikata Toshizo and Kondo Isami. Overall, his character could be called Happy-Go-Lucky. He loves to make jokes and play with his comrades.  Usually, Shinpachi can be seen with his closest friend, Harada Sanosuke, picking on Toudou Heisuke. It is also noted that he is true alcoholic and womanizer, as he is seen to break curfew one night and was out drinking.  Despite being very cheerful and childish, Shinpachi is master swordsman, rightfully earning his position as second lieutenant of Shinsengumi.  His character is based on Historical Nagakura Shinpachi. 

Kuizame is one of the twelve head Maniwani ninjas. He is introduced in episode 3. His name includes the word for &quot;shark,&quot; and he dresses like one accordingly. He claims that his only motivation for killing is money.

Izumo is a chuunin of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, partnered with his friend  Kotetsu Hagane, they make their first appearance trying to discourage the genins from the chuunin exams. It is later discovered that they are both proctors in the exams. After the chuunin exams, the fifth hokage takes them both as assistants, doubling them as guards to the main gate of the village.  He is hardly ever seen without Kotetsu and they also appear in Shippuden.

He is the personification of sleep and slumber, and the twin brother of Thanatos, the Greek god who personifies death and mortality. Hypnos is a subordinate of Hades, the Emperor of the Darkness and ruler of the Underworld, he is a deity with all attributes, and as his lord, he is a sworn enemy of the protector goddess of the Earth, Athena.     

A strong family man, he loves his wife Matsu (and adopted nephew Keiji in Sengoku Basara 2) dearly but he doesn&#039;t have much for brains and seems to be perpetually famished, often asking Matsu for more food, even though he&#039;s had enough. Traveling Bard or better known as a Minstrel, who is the chieftain of the Brigante tribe; the direct descendants of Pwyll that the Gael tribe broke away from. He passes the chieftain status to Arthur later on. Later he learned about Arawn's past and his suffering. Through those past visions, he learned how to play the Song of Creation, which he eventually used it to stop the blizzard to cause the entire mountain to crumble onto majority of the host of heaven.He is fortold that he will have terible future devoured by a beast - most likely by the love of dragon baby, that travel with him after the war. He never leaves the school grounds, and yet is always aware of everything that goes on within the City on a spiritual level. Somehow he knows Hisui Kisaragi, and that the teenager is a demon fighter. He is also close to Takako Iwayama, the doctor at Sakuragaoka Central Hospital, apparently having a past relationship with her that is also a mystery. He is often shown disapproving of mankind, and its inability to learn from past mistakes.     ~!The teacher is given an unimportant and all-too brief arc in the second season, where it is revealed that he is actually a real inugami - a dog spirit that acts as a guardian for its master. Fair Ukon Yatsurugi is an assassin and member of the Twelve Heavenly Generals of the Martial Fist. Narcissistic and honorable, Ukon is a samurai skilled in the fast-draw technique called Demonic Beheading. It&#039;s an art that takes brash Kyouichi Houraiji by surprise when the young General is set to kill the Magami delinquent.     Ukon has a deep admiration for all things beautiful, and a noble sense of justice. When he senses a change in tactics and spirit from Kyouichi, he has no qualms about forfeiting the assassination request and befriending Kyouichi instead. He later returns to aid in the battle against Yagyuu.    In the omake episode, Ukon Yatsurugi shows a great sense of care for Kureha Mibu, and the two seemingly remain comrades after everything.  

The president of the Student Council at Kyo's school, but also revealed to be the commander of the Oceanus, the base of operations for Kyo, Shizuno, and other Celebrants, and the leader of Celebram. Like Shizuno, there is more to him than meets the eye and he is only one who knows the true conditions of the present world. He and Shizuno had no prior history in the Maihama server before transferring to the Oceanus. It is later revealed that Shima's apparition (thus the reason why his Celebrant icon reads "CP-041" instead of his name) is actually a clone of his true self, a revolting Gards-orm who seeks to aid humanity's resurrection but remains with the Gards-orm. Mr. Minami is a prosecutor, and is the father of Mirei. He wants Mirei to become a prosecutor idol, and often gets into debates with his wife, Mrs. Minami. Mirei usually plays "Judge" to end and make a decision for them. He seems very nice, intelligent, and welcoming, but can be mean and angry when debating.
