A native of Sous-Beil who transferred to the capital of Roxche at the age of 14. Because of the delay the transfer caused, she is a year older than most people in her grade level.  In volumes 1-3, she is 16 years old and a fourth year level student.      Meg appears intermittently in the Lillia and Treize novels, as well as in the Allison and Lillia anime, as  Lillia&#039;s school friend.  She is the chorus club&#039;s best singer, and eventually becomes a news club member at the end of volume 2.   She is gentle, sensitive, and trusting to a fault.  She is completely unaware of Seron&#039;s feelings for her.

Takuto Tatsunagi is the main character in Cardfight!! Vanguard Season 2. He is the organizer of the Asia Circuit tournament and is the chairman of Tatsugami Foundation. Takuto is the top of the Tatsunagi financial group as well as the host of the Asia Circuit.  Takuto first appeared in the anime in Episode 57 during a flashback of Ren's history as Ren was having a Vanguard battle, Takuto was part of the crowd watching the battle. He also appeared in Episode 64, which he possessed Rekka. He explained the past of the World of Cray, where all of the clans are facing extinction, and the conflict between the Royal Paladin and Shadow Paladin clans.  He will make his other appearance in Episode 1 of Season 2, where he will meet Aichi for the first time.  He also appears in the manga, albeit much taller and in the company of Ultra Rare.

Taichi is from a wealthy family (His father &amp; Grandfather are both doctors). Chihaya's childhood friend is quite the golden boy. Smart, good looking, and mature, he excells at nearly everything he does which makes him the voice of reason in the Misusawa Karuta Club. While he sees himself as keeper of Chihaya and the less experienced members, he demands a lot of himself both in games and as a leader and can overthink even the most simple situations. Taichi's karuta leverages his incredible memory to give him a sense of which cards might be called next and the ability to out-think opponents. He also has a crush on Chihaya but is hesitant to do anything as he thinks that she only has eyes for Arata.

Member of the Fujisaki High School karuta team. She is also the granddaughter of Kyoko Yamashiro.

A third year Zuellni Military Arts student, Nina is the strong willed captain of the 17th platoon. In order to keep the 17th platoon from being dissolved, she recruited Layfon after he was forced into the Military Arts section by Karian.  She is formerly from a rich household from a different city. However, she escaped that city, because she felt like there were other things out in the world that she had to protect. So, she ran away. She supports herself by working along with Layfon.  She is a powerful fighter who considers weakness a sin. When she was younger, she was almost killed because of saving a young infant fairy. Thankful because of her, the head fairy sacrificed herself in order to save Nina. Therefore, she seeks power to protect the weak.

She is the student of Kazemi senior high class 2-3 and the chairman of the student council. She refers to Yoshiyuki as &quot;otōto-kun&quot;, meaning &quot;little brother&quot;. Otome inherited her father&#039;s magical abilities. Otome seems to be one of the two persons, besides Sakura, to have known that Yoshiyuki was created due to the a wish upon the Sakura tree.         ~!  It is not clear whether Otome&#039;s feelings for Yoshiyuki are that of a brother or more but in the second season it was hinted that her feelings for him are greater than that of a brother.    In the first season of the anime, Otome is portrayed as a caring elder sister to Yoshiyuki and also a very responsible council member in school, to the extent of falling sick in worries of matters regarding Minatsu.     In the second season of the anime, Otome is shown to be very reserved when she was young only to become more open with the help of Yoshiyuki. They then share a promise to be whole-heartedly together.     Otome is seen to care very much for Yoshiyuki and his daily affairs. This is shown when Yoshiyuki has an upcoming play where he is to play the main character. She forced Yoshiyuki to practice with her every night just to perfect his skills.     Otome describes herself as a &#039;Magician of Justice&#039; and has overwhelming passion to uphold what is right and what is wrong. However, Otome is shown to be very emotional in her part. Tadakuni's younger sister. She is usually violent and hits Tadakuni, Hidenori, and Yoshitake when they do something to her —for example, steal her underwear. 

At the start of the series Jasmine is a wild orphan girl who lives a solitary life in the dangerous Forests of Silence. She has messy coal black hair which frames her elfin like face and emerald green eyes. She is often described as impatient and lonely but with a good heart. Her only friends in the Forests are the raven named Kree and a small furry animal called Filli. Jasmine understands the language of trees and many other animals.    She is independent, like Lief, though she displays far less tact. She is also unafraid of standing up for what she believes in, if she feels something is injust or incorrect she explains her view without any fear of repremadation. She believes in equal rights and fairness, her only problem is that she cannot understand people who will not fight for themselves. Growing up all alone, Jasmine knows how to fend for herself. She usually gets her own way. Jasmine is unable to comprehend how easily many people can be tricked by fancy words and promises.    In the series she finds her long lost father and they are once again reunited. She is about the same age as Lief (16). Also during the series, Jasmine competes in a contest in which she describes her special skill as agility. She shows romantic interest in Lief, even though they don&#039;t always see eye to eye. Ferris, who comes from a famous clan of swordsmen designated to serve as guards to the King of Roland, is the heroine of the story. She carries a typically emotionless expression, is fanatic about dango (Japanese dumpling) and can do almost anything for the sake of dango. Ferris is incredibly skilled in the sword and assigned by Sion to guard Ryner on his quest to search for the "relics of heroes". She enjoys teasing and bullying Ryner, and unconsciously gradually develops feelings for him, going into tears then into a berserk rage when she believed Ryner to be dead, attacking an opponent far superior to her with no second thoughts others than vengeance and no thought of her own well being. Her sword possesses the "ability to devour gods", which has the power to cut off the demon within Ryner, but with the price being her own life upon invocation.   ~!She was abused as a child due Her family practicing the dark tradition of incest to keep its bloodline pure. Ferris was originally supposed to marry her brother however Both Ferris and her sister were considered to be unworthy of preserving the Eris bloodline by her parents and would have been killed were not for her brother's murdering of their parents to save Ferris's life and forever ending the Eris's family dark legacy.  She also show signs of being romantically in love with Ryner!~

Noritaka's assistant, who admires his work and looks forward to succeeding him.  ~!She soon realizes that she cannot succeed Noritaka after her own flower withers. Instead, she places her faith in a young Kiritsugu. She drinks Noritaka's potion to prove it's validity, but it fails and turns her into a bloodthirsty Dead Apostle. Kiritsugu is presumably forced to kill her. !~

Round like an egg as her name implies (tamago means egg in Japanese), Tamako is a 1st Year Dairy Farming Program student who is not afraid to speak her mind. She excels in accounting and is obsessed with micromanaging money. ~!Over summer she goes on a diet and slims down considerably to the point where most of the characters do not recognize her. She regains her weight quickly since being thin makes her feel weak and faint.!~

Shungo, the main character, is a talented martial artist and can even defend himself in his sleep. He seems to show little interest in women, as the girls in his school are frequently trying to get him to have intercourse with them, but as of yet, he has done his best to run away. In fact he shows almost no interest at all in women with the lone exception of Mayu and Reika.

Hamaji is like a sister to Shino and Sosuke, having been raised with them since childhood. Along with them, she survived the destruction of Otsuka Village. She is something of a health nut, and obsessed with making sure everyone around her maintains a proper diet, but her cooking skills leave a lot to be desired. Unlike her pretty appearance, she often manipulates Shino and Sosuke, but in heart, she cares about them. There are hints that Kaname has feelings for her, but those feelings haven't been addressed. 

Hiiragi is part of Cherry Blossom group. She is very smart and skillful. Hiiragi always has new ideas how to help Anzu to get closer to their teacher. She also seems to own a &#039;few&#039; costumes. All we know about her home life is that she lives with her father who is an astronomer.
