Originally in Ryusuke's first band, Serial Mama, he turned into his rival, and his new band, Belle Ame, formed as BECK's competition was mainly succeeding through appeal for the band member's looks and not sound. Getting all the big breaks, Belle Ame seemed destined for greatness, until BECK destroyed their ride to fame, at the cost of being blacklisted in the music industry.

The most charismatic and prominent member of Gilgamesh, Novem (Nine) is the seductive blond who eventually captures Kiyoko's heart. He has blue eyes and short hair with a fringe usually covering his left eye. He remains calm at all times, and generally takes a position equivalent to leader, giving the orders to his team members. Debut: Episode 7 "A Risky Racket"   Shinsuke is forced to steal to support himself and his mother. He first appears bumping into Fuu on the street, and it is later revealed that he picked her pocket. His next victim happens to be the head of a band of drug smugglers, yielding a packet of opium powder.    ~!He takes the drugs to Hikoichi for resale (Shinsuke doesn't have the connections to sell it safely), but gets ratted out. Meanwhile, the doctor is telling him that it would take a hundred times his current funds to cure his mother's illness, and his mom is getting antsy because he won't tell her what he's up to. Fuu corners him at the same time the gang tracks him down, he takes her hostage and holes up in a warehouse. He was injured by the gang, and F binds the cut and gets him to talk about his problems. The police announce they will storm in at sunset if he doesn't give himself up, the gang crawls in the window looking for the drugs, and M comes in raging after he realizes that the kidnapper robbed him. In the ensuing chaos, Shinsuke slips out the window and runs across the roof. Although notoriously known as an alcoholic, Lusca was once a very highly respected and accomplished lawyer, who eventually turned to drinking after his life became a bit complicated. He was hired by Guys&#039; family for the sole reason his fees were no longer expensive, but due to his alcoholism, he cared very little about Guys&#039; case and did little to help the boy prove his innocence; however, after Guys was sent to prison, Lusca was paid a bit more money by the boy&#039;s family so he could visit him a total of 12 times in order to possibly gather new evidence. At first, Guys and Lusca do not get along at all, but through Evan, Guys discovers that Lusca was once a successful lawyer and that Evan and him used to work closely together before breaking off communication. Slowly, Lusca and Evan begin speaking again, and soon, Lusca starts taking Guys&#039; case more seriously and drifts away from alcohol.

Raoh is the eldest of the four adopted children trained by Ryuken, the previous Hokuto Shinken master. The manga and anime gives two different origins thorough the course of the story. In his first origin, Raoh and his biological younger brother Toki, were adopted by Ryuken after their real parents died. A second origin shows that a young Raoh and Toki, along with an infant Kenshiro, were actually refugees who were sent to the "Eastern Land" to be trained in the art of Hokuto Shinken by Ryuken.  Raoh trained under Ryuken along with Toki and Kenshiro, as well as another student named Jagi. In spite of his ambitions to become the greatest martial artist in the world, Raoh lost the rights to the Hokuto Shinken succession to Kenshiro. Refusing to give up the style, Raoh killed his sifu Ryuken in combat and formed his own army, taking the name of Ken-oh, King of Fist. Among his many subordinates includes his adoptive brother Jagi, the Toki impersonator Amiba, Uighur the Warden of Cassandra Dungeon, Juda of Nanto Seiken, and Ryuga of the Star of Sirius, among others. Raoh also begins to ride a large black stallion named Kokuoh-Go (黒王号, Kokuōgō).   ~!Raoh first appears in the story after Kenshiro and his allies destroys Cassandra. Raoh and his army begin to occupy Mamiya's home village afterward. Rei is the first warrior to challenge him, but he proves to be no match against Raoh and is defeated. He is then challenged by both, Ken and Toki, and managed to thwart both. In the end, Raoh fights Ken again and the battle between the two men end in a stalemate, with both too wounded to continue fighting.  After Souther's defeat, Raoh re-emerges to resume his "conquest of the heavens". He gauges the extent of his recovery by challenging Koryu, Ryuken's former rival for the Hokuto Shinken succession and defeats him. Raoh then challenges his brother Toki to a fight and defeats him, but spares his life out of sympathy due to the fact that Toki was already dying from a terminal disease.  Raoh later fights the warriors of the Five Chariots, who challenge Raoh on behalf of the Last General of Nanto Seiken. When Raoh discovers that the Last General is actually Yuria, he rushes to the Capital of Nanto to capture her only to be confronted by Kenshiro, who has now mastered the ultimate Hokuto Shinken technique of Musō Tensei, the Unconscious Transmigration of Souls. Raoh manages to escape from Ken and takes Yuria captive with him.  Vowing to overcome the fear he felt fighting Kenshiro, Raoh decides to challenge Fudoh of the Mountains, the first person who ever made him feel fear. During his confrontation with Fudoh, Raoh learns that the only way he can ever learn Musō Tensei is to experience true sorrow. Raoh decides to take Yuria's life to achieve, only to learn that she is already dying from a terminal illness as well. Feeling sympathy for her fate, Raoh is able to master Musō Tensei as well. Raoh challenges Kenshiro to a final battle at the Hokuto Renkitōza, the North Star Mind and Body Training Ground. The two brothers engage in a long grueling battle, in which Kenshiro emerges as the ultimate victor. Zenon (悪魔王, or 大魔王　ゼノン, lit. Devil King, or Great Demon King Zenon) is a character from Demon Lord Dante and Devilman.   In the Devilman TV Series his name is changed to Zannin (魔将軍ザンニン Demon Shogun Zannin).
