Gilbert G.P. Guilford is a slender, dark-haired, bespectacled man who was once known as the 'Spearhead of the Empire'. He is confidante and personal knight to the Second Princess Cornelia, and commands her Glaston Knights. Though he initially pilots a Gloucester, he switches to the more advanced Vincent model in the second season. He informs Jeremiah Gottwald of his demotion shortly after his arrival, and helps to end the Black Rebellion with the help of the Glaston Knights. Following Cornelia's disappearance during the rebellion, he remains in Area 11, dutifully awaiting her return. After Viceroy Carares is killed in the second season, Guilford serves as a temporary replacement prior to Nunnally taking over the position.

Yakon is a character from the anime and manga, Dragon Ball Z. While his exact origins are unknown, Yakon&#039;s home planet is referred to as Dark Star (Ankoku) and is a land shrouded in darkness, giving him the ability to see in the dark. He is a monster controlled by Babidi, and is portrayed as one of his strongest followers (and was possibly intended to be placed on level 3 as Dabura claims that sending Yakon to level 2 is too drastic an action). He is a voracious monster with an apparently insatiable appetite as he greets the Z Fighters by asking which one he should eat first despite the fact that he had devoured two messengers Babidi sent him only minutes before. His power level is said to be at 800 Kili (a unit of measurement that is different from power levels displayed on the conventional scouters). As stated by Babidi, this is a level much weaker than Goku&#039;s power level of 3,000 Kili (as a Super Saiyan). Yakon sports a large, retractable claw in each of his forearms. Commander Ripper was one of Axe-Hand Morgan's officers at his base in the East Blue. After Morgan's defeat, he takes control of the base's operations. He allows Luffy and Zoro to escape without reporting them to headquarters for ending Morgan's tyranny, and later puts himself (and his entire squad) on food restrictions for doing so. He is the one who also allows Koby, and forces Helmeppo, to join the Marines. He is unique among the marines in that he is stuck in the middle of "Absolute Justice" and "Moral Justice"

He appears to be a scale / human hybrid and is often hooked to a pulley system on the ceiling. He sings the lines; "Do you know, who I am? They call me Judgement Boy". He'll often stop and ask a very difficult question, choosing between love and money, then weigh the answer by what he sees in their soul.
