Toraichi Tamiya and Otaki Aoyama are the directors of the Motor Club. They make life very hard for Keiichi by passing on a lot of work to him. However, they have a great deal of respect for Keiichi&#039;s abilities both as a mechanic and a driver. In the manga, they pass the directorship of the Motor Club to Keiichi. Ginji Matsuzaki is the acting wakagashira (underboss) of Washimine Group. He is currently working as a street stall vendor, but was formerly an assassin nicknamed &quot;Hitokiri Ginji&quot; (Manslayer Ginji) due to his use of a katana in combat. His skills in its use are exceptional, manifesting themselves in such feats as cleaving bullets in two in midflight. Coupled with his ability to evade gunfire from multiple foes, Ginji almost completely eschews the use of firearms.    Ginji had protected Yukio for a long time and hoped that she would live out her life normally despite her family&#039;s criminal background. He seems to regret his past as a murderer, but is willing to take up arms again for those he cares for. He is killed by Revy in a prearranged duel after he and Yukio realize they can&#039;t defeat Balalaika and the rest of Hotel Moscow.    It is interesting to note that although Revy calls Ginji &quot;Jumbo&quot; because of his height, the name &quot;Jumbo&quot; may also refer to Takeshi Takeda (AKA &quot;Jumbo&quot;) from the Yotsuba&amp;! manga series with whom he shares an uncanny appearance.

Tessai Tsukabishi is a tall, muscular man working for Kisuke Urahara in his shop. In reality, just like his current boss, he is a Shinigami, who was once the Captain of the Kidō Corps. Like his good friend, Urahara, he was forced into exile, and currently hides in an untraceable gigai while helping out at Urahara Shop.    Tessai is a quiet, stern, level-headed man who often acts as a source of discipline to Jinta&#039;s childish behavior, though he has his own sentimental side. He is quite loyal to Urahara and takes meticulous care of the shop, actually bursting into joyful tears if anyone compliments his work. Conversely, when Soifon snubs it, his instant reaction is extreme irritation. He is known to buy TV-displayed medicines, which do not always work or have unpleasant side affects, much to Urahara&#039;s chagrin. He is also among the few who find Orihime&#039;s strange food ideas tasty, the other being Rangiku Matsumoto.    Tessai is a large, muscular dark-skinned man wearing square-shaped glasses and with an enormous handle-bar mustache. He is always seen in a white shirt with a blue apron, although during his time in soul society he wore an ornate dark robe over standard shinigami garb.    In the past, Tessai was once the leader of the Kidō Corps in Soul Society. The reason of his exile to the Human World is for using a forbidden spell even though it was for an unsuccessful attempt to capture Aizen. Currently he works as Urahara&#039;s personal assistant in both business and other duties. He has apparently held a position among the Shinigami for quite some time, at least 200 years, since he informed Rukia Kuchiki that the word &quot;Quincy&quot; &quot;brings back memories&quot; from that long ago. Along with Mars, Vulcan once held the title of the Empire's strongest before Casshern, Dio, and Leda were born. Wanting to keep that title even in ruin, Mars and Vulcan plot to kill Dio by spreading a rumor that they know Luna's whereabouts; this succeeds in attracting Dio and Leda's attention. Mars and Vulcan battle as a tag-team, with Vulcan using his brawn and giant scythe arm to pummel his opponents.

In their first battle with Dio, Mars and Vulcan win but Mars spares Dio's life at Leda's request. Leda leads Vulcan and Mars to Dio's castle, only to have Dio waiting there to properly handle them. Mars is destroyed by Dio, but Vulcan is not, because Dio knows Vulcan is powerless without Mars by his side. Defeated, Vulcan reveals Luna's whereabouts.

Right after, Braiking Boss appears and Vulcan confronts him about his abandoning the robots. Braiking Boss does not answer, but instead encourages Vulcan to fight him if he's angry. Vulcan hesitates, but then raises his blade to Braiking Boss. He is instantaneously killed.

His innocence, &quot;Noel Organon&quot; (聖人ノ詩篇, &quot;Noel Organon&quot;?), gives him an incredibly strong hearing, allowing Marie to hear very low or very distant sounds. It can also be used in an offensive form in the technique called &quot;Verse of the Saint&quot; (嘆きの旋律, &quot;Verse of the Saint&quot;?) which forms strings used to capture a victim and conduct a music that can paralyze easily even the stronger Akuma like a very strong poison. He seems to harbor feelings for fellow Exorcist, Miranda Lotto, because he shows extra care towards her and &quot;short circuits&quot; when she bit him under the affect of the Komuvitamin D. He has not been seen since the Black Order was cured of the Komuvitamin D virus.

He is the Yotsuba Vice President of VT Enterprises. He works with the Yotsuba Group as the eldest and "most influential" member and he appears to control the conferences. He individually contacts the members of the committee. Ooi is seemingly a tough guy who doesn't sweat the details. Ooi is a graduate of Wasegi University Law department, who was a weapon enthusiast with a father works in the Ministry of Defense. 

Andre Camel is brutish looking FBI agent. In the past, he accidentally exposed Shuichi Akai&#039;s identity as an FBI agent to the Black Organization and impeded his mission as a spy. He felt his mistake caused Akai&#039;s love interest to be killed by the Black Organization and has thus felt indebted to Akai ever since.

Nappa is an elite Saiyan warrior that accompanied Vegeta to Earth in search of the Dragon Balls. He has been Vegeta's attendant ever since Vegeta's childhood, and has a somewhat violent nature, even among Saiyans. He survived the attacks of Tenshinhan and Chaozu which drained their lives and put Piccolo to death with his incredible might, but fell powerless to Son Goku who had returned to Earth with new training from North Kaio. Vegeta ordered him to stop fighting Goku due to Goku's clear dominance over him; He was then executed by Vegeta when Goku defeated Nappa.  *Wiki

A machine mutant created by Dr. Myu, who appears to be the leader of Myu&#039;s Machine Mutant armies. When Goku, Pan, and Trunks arrive on the planet M2 at the befrient of Gill, Rilldo sends the Sigma Force to capture them. The Sigma Force are defeated by Goku and Trunks, leaving Rilldo to take care of the two by himself.      ~!Using his special beam that turns things into metal, Rilld captures Trunks, but is still defeated by Goku. After combining with the remaining scraps of the Mega Cannon Sigma, Rilldo powers up to his Meta Rilld form, forcing Goku to transform into a Super Saiyan to fight him properly. As Goku begins to gain the upper hand, Rilldo transforms again to allow him to fuse with any metal on the planet and make him nearly invincible.  While the trio try to leave the planet M2, Rilld stops them by grabbing hold of the ship. Trunks tries to reason with him, saying he was nothing but a pawn in Dr. Myuu&#039;s games, just an inferior being that would be shut down once his plans with other creation Baby are complete. Rilld refuses to listen. However, the three fire a combined Kamehameha-like attack, that easily kills the un-transformed Rilld.    It is later revealed that Rilld was in fact under control of Baby.    General Rilldo, along with the other villians, escaped from Hell, thanks to Myuu and Dr. Gero. He is first seen chasing Pan and Mr. Satan, only for them to be saved by Gohan. The two end up fighting, with Rilldo easily gaining the upper hand. He is even successful in encasing Gohan&#039;s arm and leg in metal.    He nearly kills Gohan, but is killed by a sneak attack from Uubu. !~    &copy; http://dragonball.wikia.com/
