Ex is a System Maintenance Assistant. She uses a Celestial Loom to interface with Yggdrasil computer system. She&#039;s a Goddess 3rd Class.

Arisu is a talented genius Angel-builder who aids her sister in creating Angels. She follows in her sister&#039;s steps as a talented Kung Fu artist, and creates very strong and agile angels. Arisu does not make Angels for herself, suggesting that she is not good at guiding them. Arisu designed Mao and Unpyo to be stronger than Suzuka, but Unpyo loses to Suzuka in record time, which mortifies her and her sister. After sabotaging Hikaru with a transmitter, Arisu is caught by Ohjiro Mihara and is told that Angelic Layer is meant to show true talent and that anyone can be brilliant, thus forcing her to give up cheating to win. She is very sensitive about the Angels she builds, and accuses her sister of not liking the Angels she made after their loss to Hikaru. Arisu creates a balance oriented Angel for herself near the end of the anime, called Alice, and vows to beat Hikaru in a friendly battle. At the end credits, in the last episode, Arisu is shown fighting the angel Queen with Alice. 

A member of Creed's "Apostles of the Stars", Kyoko is a hyperactive high-school student. Often partnered up with Charden, she tends to be more of a messenger than a fighter. In battle however, she can use Tao to raise her body temperature to ridiculous degrees, which she can then expel as fire.  Like other Apostles, she believes what Creed is doing is right, though it's mostly in a "yeah, whatever" childish way. She falls in love with Train shortly after their meeting, and continues to idolize him throughout the series.

Wannya, also known as Bowmeow, is a babysitter pet from Planet Otto, who is entrusted to take care of Luu, and is a cat-like alien who can transform into all sorts of human beings, often a blond-haired man (dubbed Mitarashi Dango) who was actually once the subject of Mikan's affection, and all forms of animals and objects. 

He develops a passionate liking for dumplings and often writes about the events of the progressing day in his computerized nanny diary. Wannyā often does all the cooking and cleaning in the house. 

Lieutenant Kitsurubami is an attractive young woman and second in command on Amarao's staff in the Interstellar Immigration Bureau. She is often seen either giving out vital mission data, or on the field in investigations with Amarao. Amarao hits on her in the final episode, but she resists him. In fact, Kitsurubami seems to be generally disgusted by the idea of romantic involvement (and likely any form of physical contact) with Amarao (she freaks out when she accidentally drinks from Amarao's water container), though she looks up to him as a superior and follows his orders loyally. She also seems to become smitten with Canti, despite her initial efforts to attack him with a 50 caliber sniper rifle.    Kitsurubami is named after a light brown traditional Japanese color, which happens to be the color of her skin. Thus, her name could be interpreted as &quot;Lieutenant Brown&quot;, although the color Kitsurubami is not the common &quot;brown.&quot; She appears to be the only &quot;normal&quot; (or mature) adult in FLCL.

Mimi&#039;s pet hamster which follows wherever Mimi goes in her bag (and at times, the narrator of the show). Temotemo is able to understand and speak out Mimi&#039;s feelings, but Mimi is unable to understand it.

Klutz Devil is a demon whose occupation is to steal people's souls after death. She has never managed to steal a single soul and is frequently punished because of this. The main reason she hasn't aquired a soul is because she is too kind and also, as the name implies, she is a klutz.

Marika is a calm, cute yet fiesty Gothic lolita girl who somehow ends up in the mysterious town named Galihabara which she is soon told to be she can&#039;t leave until she comes to &quot;like&quot; science. She is very reluctant about it and put down by the whole idea, assuming she won&#039;t ever be able to return to her home due to her often becoming easily confused to the slightest equation. She&#039;s hinted here and there to take a slight interest.     Scientific procedures are sometimes explained during Marika&#039;s meals, being the glutton she is. 

Emokis is a Level 1 Bishop of the Chess Pieces. She is very foolish and carries a sword named Dandarshia, which she treats unfairly, Emokis&#039; personality can be described as stubborn.

A half-Earthling half-alien girl, Kyouko is a famous idol who the ability to create and throw fire at will and becomes a friend to Run when Run portrays an antagonist on her show. She is best known for her role as Magical Kyouko, a fictional magical girl character who stars in her own television serial Lala loves watching, often forcing Rito to watch it with her. She reappears again as Run askes Rito to be her date, however Kyouko is able to tell they aren't dating though wishes her luck on getting him. Ever since their first meeting on her show Run and her have done many projects together, one of which is debuting many songs together.  When Rito and his friends are subsequently given invitations to an RPG world Lala had partially created, an image of Kyouko is programmed into the game. However, Kyouko's programming within the game is modified by Nana and Momo, turning her into the "Demon King", tasked to seek out Rito and offer him a way to send him and his friends home if he left Lala and promises to be her boyfriend. Adding to Rito's anxiety, Demon King Kyouko threatens to destroy Rito and his friends if he does not state his feelings for Lala. In comedic fashion, the otherwise unbeatable Kyouko is destroyed by a watering can only Rito can use.  Like some To Love-Ru characters, Kyouko is a homage to Kyouko Kirisaki of Black Cat. Both characters also share the same voice actress in their respective drama CD/animated counterparts, even addressing herself as her Black Cat incarnation, along with fire manipulation. 

Self-proclaimed as the "unluckiest pretty girl in the world", Doremi inherits the traits of every main character: clumsy and ditzy, but with a compassion for others. Doremi is the girl who first becomes a witch, and at first, her magic only got her into trouble. One important fact about Doremi is that she has an obsession with steak. However, her hopes of getting one are extremely slim. In each season, she has an open chance to get a steak, but she'd turn it down in some way. Frankly, Doremi's first magic spell was attempting to conjure up one, but it failed.  Doremi has no real love interest, except she has affection for Kotake Tetsuya and Akatsuki of the FLAT4.  Her family consists of her parents, Keisuke and Haruka, and her younger sister, Poppu.

Akoya was once a sad girl who has been good friend with Magi. But suddenly she started to act strange and everyday she would suddenly grow old and only in the morning turn back to her old self. 

Nanaka is a senior high school student. For her, studying is the most important thing in the world so she has few friends. Due to circumstances, she gave up on her childhood early in life.  One day, she received a shock and fell down a flight of stairs causing her to regress to a time when she was 6 years old. This 6-year-old Nanaka is a very spirited and is obsessed by a children&#039;s TV-show called Magiko Domiko. The 6-year-old Nanaka says &quot;hayaya&quot; and &quot;hawawa&quot; a lot. Erica&#039;s first appearance was in Mean with Envy. She and her boyfriend Joshua were training for the Pacifidlog Town Contest. Erica hoped that she and Joshua would be the first couple to become winners in the Contest.    Much to Erica&#039;s chagrin, May began training with Joshua. They were only doing so as friends, but Erica refused to believe May&#039;s story. She was convinced that May was going to steal Joshua away from her.    During the contest in Pacifidlog Jam, Joshua faced off against May. Erica hoped that Joshua would defeat her, but she was stunned when May ended up defeating him. Now more than ever, Erica wanted to defeat May. However, when May defeated Erica, the Coordinator had a change of heart. She told May that she was jealous of her, and that she shouldn&#039;t have been.    She and Joshua both had cameos watching May on TV during the Hoenn Grand Festival.

No one ever thought it possible for there to be a net navi cuter than Iceman. We were then flawlessly proved wrong. Even Iceman himself comments on how scarily cute Aquaman is! This net navi belongs to the young girl Shuuko, and just like her, is very emotional and easy to start crying. Aquaman has the speech pattern of a very young child, and often only says the words &quot;Peruru!&quot; When one of his crying tantrums is set off, he creates an indestructible aqua barrier around himself for protection.    

Kirakishou is the true seventh doll of the Rozen Maiden. Her costume is different from that of her imitation, Barasuishou, and she has a living rose in her right eye, whereas Barasuishou merely had an eyepatch covering her left eye.  Kirakishou's precise abilities have yet to be seen in the anime. In the manga, she is seen controlling rose vines when taking Hina-Ichigo's body and also when ensnaring Shinku and Suigintou during their first meetings. It could be possible for her abilities to consist of ice crystals in the anime, serving as Enju's inspiration when creating Barasuishou.  Kirakishou, is shown very briefly towards the end of the final episode of Rozen Maiden träumend, watching Laplace no Ma dance with two Rosae Mysticae in his hands. Nothing more about Kirakishou has been revealed in the anime. 

Hinako is the youngest of the 12 sisters, and just like all of them, wants to be around her big brother when possible. She enjoys playing all sorts of games, writing cute little letters and messages, and likes storybooks, especially when Wataru is reading them to her. When she goes off to search for a missing teddy bear, even after Wataru endlessly helps her to search for him, she tells him that, &quot;If onii-tama is with me, I don&#039;t need anything else.&quot; It really shows that even as young as she is, her playfulness expresses how much she likes her older brother.    In her story in Sister Princess RePure, we really get to see how much she adores him in a fantasy sequence where she goes on a little adventure on a rainy day and meets a frog prince, but still continues on to eventually find the one that she likes most, her big brother.

Kibi is one of Dakki's two sisters, bieng the older one despite her childish looks. She's actually a Youkai Hanyou Sennin, whose true form is a chikeisei, a rare bird whose feathers can make time move forward or backward.  Like Youzen she makes use of a transformation ability,however hers is granted by the paopei Nyoihagoromo,a cloth similar to those weilded by her sisters. Kibi's transformation ability surpasses even the seven ultimate paopei due to it bieng able to turn her into anything she can imagine,such as a turning into light to by-pass a barrier.  She has a crush on Suupuushan, always carrying around a plushie of him. At Hourai Island she challenges Taikoubou to a duel for permission to marry him.
