Mikiko Oguro, aka Kuromi, is the production manager of a small animation studio named Studio Petit. She is responsible for coordinating the work, keeping the artists on schedule and delivering completed work forth to the next stages of production. Kuromi is young, enthusiastic and full of energy. She is willing to make good anime series and thinks that nothing is impossible. On the other hand, she is quite attentive and caring towards others. Chisa Tsukamoto is the daughter of the printing shop where Kazuki gets his doujinshi printed. She is hardworking and looks after the business when her parents go out of town, but she is clumsy and scatterbrained and sometimes makes mistakes with the printing process. The shy and easily frightened computer expert of the crew, Pony gets along much better with artificial intelligences than she does with any of the organic crew members. Her closest friends are Catty and the ship's computer, OX-11.

The eldest and highest ranking of the major characters. With the captain of the Star Leaf in a meeting on the fleet flagship, Eluza is the next highest officer and in temporary command when the Paranoids attack the fleet. Her will is very strong and it is her inflexibility which leads to her final fate. Her Rhea/Earth Chapter reincarnation, "Fortin" demonstrates a similar difficulty in letting go of old enmities, even when the alternative is death.

A bespectaled, long raven-haired beauty who was once Toutaku's second-in-command. Intelligent, seductive, and manipulative, her power lay in manipulating others into doing her dirty work as she is otherwise an average fighter. She helped set up the events that led to Ryubi's dragon being awakened three years before the start of the series. She offered to help Enjutsu get the respect he should have had as Nanyo's leader at the time. She became (or always has been) Kakuka's lover, plotting to take advantage of Sousou's power. She was genuinely in love with him until he was taken out of action. However, she gets into a sexual relationship with whomever she plots with (Toutaku, Kakuka and now currently Junyu).

She acts more submissive in the anime than in the manga but is also more trusting and trustworthy. She is less seductive and does not act as calculating or as cunning. In fact, she seems almost caring towards Sousou and his friends, leading them to trust her more or at least be less suspicious of her. She also gives out the orders to Myosai to search for the Dragon Jade. She could have been working for her own needs after she was told by Sousou that she was no longer necessary for his plans. However, she was not involved in the Battle of Chibi.

The revolving point of the whole story is the child-like being that Shu encountered in the first episode; she has special water powers which can be invoked with her pendant, but she no longer wants these powers to be used by humans in general (she specifically does not want them to be used by Hamdo for his deeds). Apart from the fact that each use of these powers permanently weakens her physical state, she has also found that the initial gratitude people show for the use of these powers later turns violent when she refuses to use them. Tsubasa Shibahime is a girl who loved Soichiro Arima ever since they attended middle school together. Although she studied hard so she could attend Hokuei High School with Soichiro, a bad skateboarding accident prevents her from starting school with everyone else.

Roxanne is the adopted daughter of Mari Nikaidō and is Mantaro&#039;s love interest. She attends Shirabara (白薔薇?) Private High School, Class 2-A. In the original manga she is a kogal and debuts after the Hercules Factory Second Year Replacement Matches, but in the anime she is a more wholesome high school girl who loves wrestling and first appears during the Tel Tel Boy fight. Her two best friends are Keiko and Tamaki (Kiki and Trixie in the anime versions) and they are almost always seen with her, although lately they have been fading into the background and she has been spending more time with Jacqueline. The tiny devil companion of V-darn and V-sion. Obsessed with pain, death, souls and murder. Thinks of souls as her &quot;food&quot;. Hangs out mostly around V-darn and refers to him as her Master, doesn&#039;t usually support the 2 in their battles though. Although she seems morbid shes practically harmless except for the mischief she gets herself into caused by her own sillyness.

Deedlit is a High Elf from the Faery Realm. She has a great appreciation for nature, and her magic always exhibits elemental forces, such as wind and water. She also wields a thin elven sword. She can be incredibly fast and can match the attacks of dark elves like Pirotess.

Despite her occasional haughtiness (especially to Ghim), Deedlit is quite knowledgeable, always cautioning her comrades of potential dangers. She also has a fascination with and affection for Parn, and it greatly frustrates her when he doesn't seem to return her attention. Throughout the ambiguous development of their relationship she remains loyal to him and stays by his side regardless.

As a High Elf, Deedlit possesses eternal life, making her a target for the dark wizard Wagnard, who requires a High Elf sacrifice to complete the ritual to revive the goddess of darkness, Kardis.

A 2nd year and a friend of Sae since childhood. She just wants to be a normal high school girl and gets frustrated with Sae&#039;s obsession with the Magic Club, although she is proficient in magic herself. Nanaka has a crush on Aburatsubo but is afraid to admit her feelings because she knows they won&#039;t be returned. She self described her family as &quot;all over the place&quot;, and though she is often embarressed and aggrivated by their respective antics, she loves them dearly.

A small, imp-like girl who is constantly seen with Gass. She is shown to care for him deeply and treats him with the utmost respect and trust, crying out in fear when he is hurt. The 16-year-old empress of the Holy Raalgon Empire. Azalyn is a child, forced into the unenviable situation of having to assume power of the empire once her parents are murdered. Prompted by her advisors, she gives the command to attack the UPSF (assuming that they were behind the assassination plot). Chopper is the 6th member to join the Straw Hat Pirates, acting as their general physician, despite being a reindeer. 

After a set of unusual circumstances, he ate the Hito Hito no Mi (Human Human Fruit), which permitted him the ability to speak, think, and (to a limited extent) change into a human. Chopper often acts like a child, but he is an upright friend and companion who will try anything to overcome a task given by his team. He also still has distrust in humankind because of events his youth, where he was treated as a brutal monster. He will often outright insult a human who compliments him while smiling, dancing, and being obviously pleased. He also shows a certain interest in books, but mostly medicine related ones. Chopper is more or less on a journey to define himself, seeing almost anybody on his crew as a role model. This, combined with his naiveness, often causes him to imitate the other Straw Hats' actions, no matter how obviously silly. Chopper is one of the most innocent Straw Hat Pirates, and is also very naive, resulting in a tendency to believe anything told to him, even the outrageously fictitious and exaggerated lies of Usopp. [Sanji](https://anilist.co/character/305/Sanji) originally wanted to cook Chopper and continues to refer to him as "the emergency food supply" to tease him but considers him a friend. Although he is the crew's doctor, he wasn't originally hired by Luffy for that purpose, but rather, in Luffy's words, for being  "a cool reindeer that can transform".

Natsume is the Gym Leader of Yamabuki City's Gym, known officially as the Yamabuki Gym. She hands out the Marsh Badge to Trainers who defeat her. She possesses psychic abilities and specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon.

As Natsume's psychic powers increased, she grew more obsessed with developing them. She also became less emotional, using her abilities for destructive purposes. This caused a deep psychological rift, and the emotions she tried to shut off developed into a separate personality: a young girl who manifested as a puppet around Natsume. Natsume's mind was then divided into the cold, callous woman with a thirst for power and the little girl who just wanted to have fun.

Prior to befriending Ghost, Natsume was a menacing and strong Gym Leader. She was shown to be able to telepathically command her Yungerer. However, her lighthearted nature was seen briefly at the end of "Ghost VS Esper!".

Liza (Japanese: ジーク Sieg) is the caretaker of the Charicific Valley, which is made specifically as a natural paradise for wild Charizard.    Liza made her debut appearance in Charizard&#039;s Burning Ambitions. Ash&#039;s Charizard wanted to train at the valley seeing the other powerful Charizard there but Liza refused after it lost to her Charizard, Charla. But seeing its determination to train there, she agreed.    Liza made a brief cameo appearance in the third movie with Charla and other Charizard from the Charicific Valley.    Liza later appeared in Great Bowls of Fire! bringing Ash&#039;s Charizard with her. It was revealed that she was good friends with Clair since they were young children. Liza often takes the Charizard from the Charicific Valley to Blackthorn City in order to train them.    Ash would also call Liza sometimes whenever he needed Charizard sent over.

Daisy (Japanese: サクラ Sakura) is the oldest of Misty&#039;s sisters, and the one who gets along the best with Misty out of the three. Cheerful and somewhat absent-minded, Daisy spends more time at the Cerulean Gym than Violet or Lily, though she is still not very responsible as a Gym Leader; she will give Gym Badges out for free, even when Misty is the official leader.  When Misty left to become a Water Pok&eacute;mon Master, Daisy and her other two sisters were put in charge of the gym. However, after Gary and the other two trainers from Pallet Town defeated them consecutively, they decided to stop accepting battles and to instead perform water ballet shows for the residents of Cerulean City. They were continuing this and neglecting the gym when Misty stopped by to drop off her Starmie and her Horsea to play at the gym. It is unknown for how long afterwards the sisters continued to do this.  In Gotta Catch Ya Later!, the sisters called Misty to tell her that they had won a trip around the world. They made Misty return to Cerulean City so she could take over the role of gym leader for them.  They returned to the gym two weeks before A Date with Delcatty. However, Misty is still the official gym leader, with Daisy and the other sisters filling in when Misty is away. However, they still don&#039;t like battling, and in A Real Cleffa-Hanger, Daisy asked Misty if they could just give badges to the trainers instead of battling them. 

Lara and her family own the Laramie Ranch, an area just outside of the Kanto Safari Zone. Lara and her Ponyta and Growlithe helps guard the ranch from Pok&eacute;mon poachers.    Lara was going to enter a race with her Ponyta when Team Rocket, working for Dario, caused an accident that lead to her breaking her arm. Lara was saddened, but quickly realized that Ash could ride her Ponyta in the race.    Ash and Ponyta entered the race, and they were able to successfully defeat Dario, and all the other trainers, and win the race. In the process, Lara&#039;s Ponyta evolved into a Rapidash. Before she became a voice actor, Lisa Ortiz was in the 1991 teen TV show Hillside (aka Fifteen), and was cast as Liz in the 4th season of Hillside.
