Oze Rintarou, also known as America Ou (King of America) is the main antagonist of the series. He is a hacker of great ability, yet not as good as BPS or Yoriko. His daytime job is with Eibin Electronics, while he runs his illegal activities as the CEO of Kyaratech.

Artemis is the companion to the leader of the Guardian Senshi—he trained [Minako Aino](https://anilist.co/character/2826/Minako-Aino) as Sailor V, and remains by her side when she takes on her proper role as Sailor Venus. His memory of the Silver Millennium seems to be more intact than Luna's—in fact, before appearing in the Sailor Moon series he guides her through the Sailor V video game at the arcade. Later, he fills in the details of her true mission. Artemis is more easy going than [Luna,](https://anilist.co/character/5407/Luna) and has a "big brother" relationship with Minako, although his attraction to her is sometimes implied. He also cares very deeply about Luna, often comforting her when she is distressed and stating his admiration of her. In addition, he is a good father to [Diana](https://anilist.co/character/11899/Diana) as evidenced by her affection for him. Artemis does not seem to mind the fact that he is named after a female goddess, even when teased about it by Minako.

Guldo is the smallest and least powerful member of the team physically. Though clearly the weakest member of the group, Gurd possesses some psychic abilities, including being able to stop time (for as long as he can hold his breath) and telekinesis.      ~!He fights Gohan and Kuririn, and nearly kills them before being decapitated then blown up by Vegeta. He is believed to come from a royal lineage, &quot;The Kittons&quot;. This is not known for certain as he has amnesia. He has a strong desire to learn, especially pertaining to herbs. His mini-picture book is very useful when the group encounters danger. He is extremely indifferent to cleanliness and hygiene and he dislikes taking a bath and or cutting his hair.. His profession is a farmer.

Gluttony is the second homunculus to appear in the series, typically being in the company of Lust. He is a large, simple-minded homunculus whose thoughts rarely stray far from eating. He has powerful jaws, acidic saliva, and can and will eat almost anything. He particularly likes eating people, and the only way he can find enjoyment in a battle is if he believes he can eat his opponent afterwards. A running gag in the manga and anime is asking Lust (or any other Homunculi) if he can eat someone. He apparently prefers girls (as in to eat) and also seems to share a bond with his partner Lust.     There is no significant information pertaining to his role in the 2003 anime series.     __In the manga and 2009 anime series;__  Gluttony is the sixth Homunculus created by Father...   ~!and the failed product of Father&#039;s attempts to create a Gate of Truth. When activating this gate, Gluttony&#039;s stomach opens up, revealing a large eye at its center. His ribs spread out to act as a border for the gate, and then double as large extendable teeth. With these teeth Gluttony can consume everything in his eye&#039;s field of vision in an instant, which is then transported to a realm within himself. Artifacts from centuries before the start of the series can be found there, indicating Gluttony&#039;s age. The largest nation in the world by area, Russia’s a tall character with an intimidating air about him. He comes off as kind and sweet, but is actually off his rocker, one could say. His hair is light blonde and his eyes are violet, but were colored blue in earlier artwork. In the anime adaptation, his hair was colored beige.

Belarus and Ukraine are his sisters. Ukraine basically raised him and Belarus, and was the one that gave him his scarf (which is beige in the manga, but was colored pink in the anime). Belarus is madly in love with him, and wants to marry him. Usually when he thinks about either of them, he becomes very depressed afterwards.  

In the past, Russia had control over the Baltic Brothers (Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia). The three worked in his house and were the subjects of his torment. He especially picked on Latvia, whom he teased because of his height. Russia also showed particular interest in Lithuania, even forcing him to accompany him on a trip when Lithuania said that he had a date with Belarus that day.   

From his appearance, Shalnark seems to be a guileless and normal boy. However, see him in action with the rest of the Phantom Troupe and that thought is dispelled.

Shalnark is one of the most intelligent and quick-thinking members in the group —being adept at using technology for information gathering, providing the brains behind the brawn. Shalnark is also a Hunter, so he has the ability to gain access to certain information that could be potentially useful for the Phantom Troupe He is member number 9 of the Troupe. 

__Nen Abilities:__  
Black Voice - Mobile Fate Detector: Shalnark is able to control the physical movements of any person he has targeted, as long as he has a special antenna on them and that person is not already being controlled. This is done via a cellphone interface in which he remotely controls other people from a distance while pointing the antenna at the person he's controlling.
Auto Mode: When Shalnark places an antenna on himself, he temporarily gains immense strength. However, he can only control himself through giving himself instructions and cannot withdraw from Auto Mode until he has accomplished the task. After going out of Auto Mode, Shalnark cannot move for two days. He also doesn't retain any memory from what happened in that state. 

A tiny little pervert coming from a long line of "Panty Masters". He is constantly tricked into playing along with Maeno and Izawa's schemes. He also constantly refers to girls he likes as "Mommy".

Suguru claims to be an archangel. He makes contact with Tenko when he believes Samatarou is capable of moving on without his guardian from now on and comes to Earth himself when Tenko asks for a three day grace period, just to spend some more time with Samatarou. Suguru appears as a piggy bank, which can fly and tells how much money it contains and receives, according to him because he didn&#039;t want to draw attention to himself. He seems to resent being addressed as &#039;pig&#039;, claiming to be a most splendid archangel. His claims do nothing to prevent Tenko from smacking him around a couple of times. He is also Tenko&#039;s father.

Byonko is a talking frog mamado from the Mamodo world. Byonko himself gets upset very easily and is always worried especially about making friends. During battle he is shown to be complimenting himself on how good his skills are instead of worring about the enemy.    ~!At some point he befriends Zofis and assists him in collecting the Ancient Mamado that were locked away in stone tablet but Zofis could revive them as his servants. Thinking that he and Zofis were friends, he along with Penny joined Zofis and became his first two assisstant duos for the Ancient Mamado. They held power over the ancient Mamado and would give orders to them to attack and destroy Zatch and Kiyo along with their other friends.!~  Byonko's abilities are mainly slime based which matches up with his frog personality perfectly. It mostly has to do with stretching his limbs or shooting out bubbles made out of slime. He is also shown to be extremley strong being able to knock down Demolt.  Spells Gigano Ribbisto: An unknown spell that Byonko attempted to use to save Penny from Zatch's Bao Zakeruga. However, Byonko was unable to use it since Alvin was not present. (Attack) Gigaro Nyururuk: Byonko's hands and feet will stretch to an incredible size. (Attack) Raja Nyurusen: Creates numerous, slippery, green bubbles that make an enemy slip and fall. Used to prevent enemy from counterattacking. (Immobilization) Giga Nyushield: A green shield made of slime in the shape of a crown. (Defense) Shin Nyushield: Byonko's strongest spell, seen in Zatch's golden spellbook. A slimy membrane that is formed around a spell in order to reinforce its strength. Kuzzey is one of Kira's classmates from the Heliopolis technical college, who escapes the destruction of the space colony aboard the Earth Alliance warship Archangel. Unlike his comrades he harbors some prejudice against Coordinators, and doesn't entirely trust Kira. Nonetheless, he joins his friends in volunteering to help out around the ship, and is assigned to the Archangel's bridge crew as a communications operator.

One of the few surviving crew members of the Earth Alliance warship Archangel. Pal works on the ship&#039;s bridge, where he&#039;s responsible for the Archangel&#039;s fire control systems.

Owner of the ship, Solarismaru, where the story takes place. A merchant of foreign trade, he uses a compass embedded in the ship to guide his travels. Goromaru is his assistant.

Bepo is a polar bear mink and the navigator of the Heart Pirates under Captain [Trafalgar Law](https://anilist.co/character/13767/Law-Trafalgar). He is the younger brother of the late Nox Pirate Zepo.

As the navigator of the Heart Pirates, it can be assumed that Bepo has the knowledge required to navigate the seas. The level of his skills is as yet unknown, though it is expected that he is reasonably capable of navigating through the Grand Line. Interestingly enough, despite his occupation, he is not seen wearing a Log Pose, which is essential for Grand Line navigation. He also has some skill in cartography, as he was the one who drew the map of Dressrosa and Green Bit that Law shared with the Straw Hats. However, he appears to be a bit messy, as the map had his paw print on it, and Nami stated that his map-drawing and navigation skills are far from her own.

Peterman is the head of a kidnapping gang called the Hound Pets, located at Shabondy Archipelago. He is informed by bounty hunters (as they were wounded they were most likely those that tried to attack the Strawhats for their bounties earlier) that Camie, a mermaid, is at Shabondy Park. He then arranges a deal of 10% of her final selling price to the bounty hunters and goes leaves to kidnap her.    He later takes her to the Human Auctioning House, to come back after she's sold for his share of the money. He never gets the chance however as the SH managed to rescue her then visit his hideout and give him a deserved beating for his actions.

Satori of the Forest punishes criminals with the Ordeal of Balls.  He is the older brother of Hotori and Kotori. His ordeal has a 10% chance of survival.

Wanze is CP7&#039;s melee fighting expert. He fights on roller skates, and can make ramen noodles by eating flour and using his nose hairs to cut it. Despite this, Sanji declares that Wanze is not fit to be a cook, due to Wanze being wasteful and disrespectful towards food. He is quite analytical, as he was able to figure out Sanji&#039;s weakness (in that immobilizing his legs makes him powerless) after fighting with him for only a few minutes. He fights Sanji with his &quot;Ramen Kenpo&quot; (noodle style), shooting ramen out of his nose and using them in various other ways, as well as using kitchen knives as darts and swords. At one point he uses this ramen to make a battle suit.

Fecor is a Lord who looks like a feeble middle-aged businessman with features of stereotype devils, such as horns, pair of bat's wings and a long tail. He usually acts as a guide of Seireiden, greeting Denizens and Lords at the gate. Being polite and timid, young Denizens like Vine had thought of him as mere guide but in fact, Fecor is Bel Peol's right-hand man, who is in charge of the Seireiden's defense. Despite his looks and behaviour, he uses very powerful and deadly "defensive" Unresticted Method called Magnesia, which creates storm of heavy particles. The particles are controlled at Fecor's will, its streams inflict heavy blows upon the enemies in spite of it's true purpose as defensive maneuver.
