Fuyumi Akiyama was an accomplished swordswoman and the mother of Miharu Akiyama. She was very hard on her daughter, taunting her and even smacking her around with a wooden sword.

Kou Seiya is the leader of the Sailor Starlights and the lead vocals for the Three Lights. In general, Seiya acts arrogant and tends to be, at least on the surface, confident in his/her own abilities.   Over the course of the series, Seiya develops strong feelings for Usagi and his attempts to forge a bond with her provides the primary romantic tension of the season. From their first meeting on, Seiya calls Usagi odango, like Mamoru does. The two even go on a date at an amusement park, which prematurely ends when Sailor Iron Mouse attacks.   The relationship between Sailor Star Fighter and Princess Kakyuu is slightly ambiguous. In the manga, the princess had a lover who was killed by Galaxia. In the anime, it is implied Seiya's romantic feelings for Usagi may be a confusion with similar feelings for Kakyuu.

Rie Shibusawa is the Vice-president of the Etiquette Club. Rie is usually brash, hot-headed and unpredictable, a foil for Reika&#039;s cool head. Rie is equally strong on the battlefield as Reika and is ever loyal to her and her family. Rie has an extreme hatred for the Debutante Club and is a struggling student at St. Ignacio&#039;s. 

A 5th grader and the Elementary School Board Secretary. Suoh is a martial arts expert, with a 3rd dan blackbelt in Karate, Judo, Aikido, and Kendo (he would have gone higher, but he ran out of competition), he&#039;s also good in kyūdō. He is also the descendant of a Japanese ninja clan, and has sworn to protect Nokoru though anything. He is also responsible for making sure the chairman does all of his paperwork on time.

Mikako&rsquo;s best female friend, Risa comes from Hokkaido and her dream is to design children&rsquo;s clothes. She lives with her boyfriend Takeshi, a guitarist for a local band, and is Mikako&rsquo;s biggest supporter as well as (later in the series) the mother of Arashi from Paradise Kiss. 

Deedlit is a High Elf from the Faery Realm. She has a great appreciation for nature, and her magic always exhibits elemental forces, such as wind and water. She also wields a thin elven sword. She can be incredibly fast and can match the attacks of dark elves like Pirotess.

Despite her occasional haughtiness (especially to Ghim), Deedlit is quite knowledgeable, always cautioning her comrades of potential dangers. She also has a fascination with and affection for Parn, and it greatly frustrates her when he doesn't seem to return her attention. Throughout the ambiguous development of their relationship she remains loyal to him and stays by his side regardless.

As a High Elf, Deedlit possesses eternal life, making her a target for the dark wizard Wagnard, who requires a High Elf sacrifice to complete the ritual to revive the goddess of darkness, Kardis.

 voice of reason and counterpoint to Jinny, Doris likes Brian but has not made her feelings known to him, since she thinks men will only see her as a best friend but not date material. She finally declares her love for Brian when Jinny gets together with Bill.  

Rei is a singer in the pop music group CHAM! After Mima left, Rei and Yukiko become more popular, which results of them getting into the best singing group charts. She does seem to care about Mima, even when she changed careers. In one scene in the film, Rei and Yukiko are on their radio talk show and when they bid goodbye to the audience, Mima's apparition appears. Initially a mysterious figure, Momiji is the second of TERRA's pilots. She replaced Yohko while waiting for Yohko to regain her memories. A long-haired, somewhat masculine girl, she speaks in the kansai dialect. She's strong willed and a team player. She works part time at a mini-market. She has a crush on Lawson, and for a short period believed that Yohko was attracted to him. However, Yohko herself denied this, and later revealed indirectly that she was attracted to Fluger. She is the pilot of the Super Storm TA-23, armed with MRLs and Laser Arrays.    Source: Wikipedia

Shiho Niiyama was affiliated with Aoni Production. Niiyama was famous for voicing Kō Seiya, otherwise known as Sailor Star Fighter, in Sailor Stars and Deedlit from Record of Lodoss War among other character roles (see below). She was also involved in one seiyū group, Virgo, who are the voice actresses of the anime and game, Ojōsama Sōsamō. She was diagnosed with leukemia in 1998, and died of internal bleeding following pneumonia in 2000. She was 29 years old. After her death, her ongoing roles went to Tarako, Satsuki Yukino, Makiko Ōmoto and Junko Noda. Niiyama's last work was the voice of Deedlit in Record of Lodoss War.
