Sailor Galaxia is one of the strongest Sailor Senshi in the universe, and is known as Soldier of Destruction and the commander of Shadow Galactica. Under the influence of [Chaos](https://anilist.co/character/12417/Chaos) she has destroyed numerous planets in search of star seeds. Her followers were individuals from destroyed planets who swore loyalty to her. 

Numerous details of her character vary between the manga and anime. In the manga, Galaxia was already cold-hearted and followed Chaos willingly to pursue more power for her own sake. In the anime, she was kind-hearted but became possessed while fighting with Chaos which led to her evil actions against her wishes. Her exact powers, goals, and fate are also different between the anime and manga. 

Chaos was the final villain Eternal [Sailor Moon](https://anilist.co/character/2030/Usagi-Tsukino) faced. It was said to be the source of all evil in the galaxy and influences others despite not having a physical form for itself. Even when defeated, it is not fully destroyed and is sure to eventually return.

In the manga, Chaos is a being that was trapped in the Galaxy Cauldron and missed out on becoming a star. It sends out incarnations in the form of Sailor Moon's major enemies, and eventually uses [Sailor Galaxia](https://anilist.co/character/4900/Sailor-Galaxia) to steal Sailor Crystals so it can free itself and rule the galaxy. Chaos does not appear explicitly in the anime, but is a force which possesses Sailor Galaxia.

Robot built by Dr Mashirito using the plans for Arale, but male. Arale calls him Obotchiman-kun (おぼっちまん君, Obotchiman-kun). Extremely polite and well-mannered. He later becomes a love interest for Arale. Initially dubbed &quot;Caramelman #4&quot; by Dr Mashirito, his creator.

The son of Bora, he accompanies Son Goku for a short time during the Fortuneteller Baba Saga in order to recover all of the Dragon Balls so they can wish his father back to life. At the end of Dragon Ball Z, now an adult, he is shown giving energy to Goku's Genki Dama. Upa and his father also make a final cameo appearance in Dragon Ball GT on the episode "Piccolo's Decision". It is interesting to note that when Kuririn first meets Upa, he thinks that Upa is a cute girl. He is disgusted when he finds out otherwise and apologizes to Upa.

She is a sweet, talkative girl who lives in Court Lodge with Annie. She is strong-willed and unafraid of any opponent, but she also has a whiny side. She has no parents and is being raised by her grandmother, Kathy.
She is well known to the count, the servants of the mansion, and the villagers. When she sees other people working, she gets interested in whatever they are doing and wants to imitate them, but because she's so young, she almost always fails. She loves Ceddie like an older brother and supported him when he was separated from his mother. She does not appear in the original story.
