The daughter of deceased SRA Major General Nada El. She and her father were stranded on Earth at the end of the war and after he died, she developed a hatred of those living on the planet. She became a mercenary and had numerous run-ins with the Freeden crew, at one point assisting in the Patulia project. She develops feelings for Garrod, though he never returns them.

Teacher of Orange class. She was classmates and rivals with Mr. Rascal when they were younger. She actually likes Mr. Rascal very much and hates it that he's nice to everyone but her.

Jun is an unfulfilled office lady who moonlights as the masked villain Blood Falcon.

Tellu (Telulu in the English dub) is the third member of the Witches 5, named for the mineral tellurite.  In the anime, Tellu is assigned the task of gathering pure hearts. She approaches this by opening a flower shop and giving away beautiful plants, Telluns, which will later wrestle the pure hearts out of their owners. Tellu may then collect these in a magical container. Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Pluto, and Tuxedo Mask eventually confront her, and she unleashes her most destructive plant, Hyper-Tellun.   In the manga, Tellu appears as the fourth witch instead of the third. She goes by the alias Lulu Teruno and is in charge of the Garden in the Physical Division of Infinity Academy, as well as the botanical gardens. She is ranked at Level 404, and her death attack is &quot;Mandragora Buster.&quot; Just as in the anime, she uses a number of artificial plants to steal Hostes, but is foiled by the Sailor Senshi. 

Meteor is the princess of the Castanet Star World and went to Earth to find the prince of the Tambourine Star World, but she takes the easy way of acquiring clues by following Comet instead of investigating on her own. Unlike Comet's tranquil demeanor, Meteor is entirely the opposite, especially with her princesslike tantrums. She is loud, selfish, rude, and all-around annoying. She is absolutely a pain if she doesn't get what she wants and gets angry very easily. True, Meteor can be very cruel, but she can be generous. It's a shame that she doesn't show that side very often.      Meteor sees Comet as a rival and has held a grudge on her ever since Comet accidentally tripped her in the kindergarten ballet dance. She will stop at nothing to bring Comet down and always believes that Comet is plotting something against her. Though Meteor harbors an everlasting hatred for Comet, she often mistakenly helps Comet without realizing it until the end. Around the middle of the anime, Meteo begins to like Imashun.

She usually supplies Yohko with info (sometimes pictures) on the most handsome guys. Asuka is the boy who Meirin loves to no end. While he has never stated that he loves her, his own feelings tend to jettison between protective affection and frustrated annoyance. The two are childhood friends, and their families are on very close terms as well. His frustration tends to show mostly when Meirin tries to help him her way, with feng-shui. Devoted to reality, Asuka constantly derides her well-intentioned efforts

Together with her partner and love interest, Takuto Kira, Meroko Yui is a part of the shinigami team Negi Ramen, sent to collect the soul of 12-year-old Mitsuki Kouyama. Meroko is a rabbit shinigami with long ears, and she is capable of transforming into an anthropomorphic bunny stuffed toy.  She has a hot temper and is sometimes very moody especially when it comes to her relationship with Takuto (despite her constant attempts to impress him, he doesn't seem to notice her or have the same feelings).  Though she tries to help Mitsuki with her singing career, her ideas often get the girl into trouble.  In the anime, she is rather fond of changing her appearance into other characters, and her trademark phrase in the anime is "Mero Mero Change!" 

Amy is the youngest of her circle of friends aboard the Lorilei. She serves in medical areas and is a close friend of Spea.

Mitty was a vagabond who searched the rubble-strewn remains of cities for food. When Sandy found her she began following Sandy&rsquo;s band of resistance fighters. Mitty is still quite young but full of optimism and tough enough to keep up with everyone. Her knowledge of the sewer systems of some areas comes in handy for her new friends.

Tenshi is the Empress of Tento. She is a young and wise woman who taught Rushuna the ultimate battle strategy: to eliminate the opponent's willingness to fight without fighting. She only appears in the anime. (Source: Wikipedia)

A "floral magician" from the Flower Magic World who looks like a little girl, but actually is about 500,000 years old. She uses both ordinary magic and flower magic. She is a fairies' friend, but is not a fairy herself. 

A High School Girl who is a Spiritual medium and friend of Meisuke Nueno (Nube).

Amu Fanneria, a former actress who turned to a life of crime by joining a group of bandits meets Daba and Kyao in the wastelands of Koam and immediately falls in love with Daba. She immediately leaves the bandits and teams up with them. Amu doesn't have much talent, but has a lot of dedication to Daba and works as hard as she can over the course of the series at increasing her skills. She eventually captains the space shuttle Turner and takes over the L-Gaim once Daba obtains the Mk-II. Amu's nemesis is Gaw Ha Leccee as both are evying for Daba's love and they constantly get into fights over not just him, but many other reasons as well. Voiced by Chieko Honda.
